I love shopping on SammyDress, I have mostly used it for jewelry and clothes. Only ever got one item that was a poor fit but SammyDressclothing.com did refund me for it, not a full refund but a partial refund which is better then nothing. I love the jewelry on this site there's always really cool and funky stuff on it and the prices are reasonable. I only took off 1 star as I do find the shipping to be quite slow compared to other sites, sometimes I've even forgotten about my order until it shows up at the door lol.
I didn't know that it is china based company otherwise I would not order. Very cheap product when you see them rather than picture, will ship very cheap products worth $2 each. You will never get rest of the items which is worth more than $5 each. They will never respond your e-mail or complaints you register by logging in their account. Their US based phone number will never work. I had tried 50 times on different days. They charged me $84 for order and shipped few cheap items worth $15 and no reply for rest of the items. It has been more than two months. I disputed credit card charges won the case. If anybody has similar experience please make credit card dispute or contact PayPal and it will be resolved but you will always lose some. Don't trust, don't be tempted by cheap products and advertisement, don't buy or don't recommended to anybody. Inform governor or consumer affair to stop his business.
Really like your dresses but it wouldn't allow me to edit my order, removing one of the dresses and the shipping cost was definitely too high, $20 for only two dresses, which caused me to cancel my order. Too bad!
I'm a little concerned about this site. I placed an order a couple days ago and I got an email that my order was shipped and they provided me with a tracking number but when i tried tracking, it told me tracking number was invalid. There's no way for me to contact them. Chat does not work and neither does tbier customer services number. I'm worried about debit card I used for purchase

My first order came before the time it said, so i thought cool, i'll order more!\
My husband made a order from them. There is different processing times for each time so i got 2 separate packages. It took 30+ days to get to me. Yes i get the Christmas holidays busy times but i ordered them in November and its now jan! I didn't receive one of the items for the orders either and i talked to them and they kept giving me the shipping number, i'm like no i need that item that i paid for!
I made another after the 1st one and its been 24 days since i made that order and no shipping number or email.

This was by far the worst shopping site I have ever used. It was my own fault since did not read the reviews prior to purchasing anything from them. Their sizing concept is horrible. I purchased an XL skirt for my daughter (size 16). When I got it I will be lucky if I can wear it (size 4). They weren't even close. And delivery, it took a month for me to get the skirt. My experience was not worth the cheaper pricing. And speaking of cheap, the quality of the product was horrible, and oddly, there were no tags with sizing, washing instructions, product materials, nothing. There is something not right with this company. Dont recommend going there.

I really wanted to give Sammydress a chance despite all the complaints. I should have listened to all the complaints made. I ordered 5 bathing suits which arrived in decent time but they are missing 2 bathing suits. They took my money but didn't deliver ALL of the items. I put in a ticket and got nothing. After receiving an item that lo looked nothing like the photo advert and contacting SammyDress 6 times with no resolution from them I had to contact Paypal to get a refund. Very poor customer servise from this company.
Tip for consumers:
Very small sizes, be prepared to be fobbed off.

I purchased several different items in one order. A zip up coat was one of them. It was about 2 sizes too small but was cute. They broke my order up into two shipments. I still have yet to receive the second order after a month and a half. I paid the extra fee for a tracking number and only received one tracking number for the first shipment. It was only told me that the package left their facility and then when it arrived in the US. I filed a complaint to ask about the second shipment and was basically told I had to wait. They informed me that the shipping company used does not have tracking numbers. I am still unsure if I am just out my money for the second items but the hassle and frustration is not worth the few extra dollars saved.

My order was for quite a few things. I am quite disappointed. Each item I looked at the size chart and read the other reviews.
Warning. Quality is not very good. Fabric was very thin. One shirt is lace over a thin lining.
The sizes on most of the items has been incorrect.
My blouse was a size medium. A young lady who visits from time to time is extremely small. She was not able to fit in the blouse. She has to be a size zero and not large through the breast.
It's sad to spend money on something that appears to be a great bargain. Instead It's a total waste of money. In this economy most people expect some value for their money.

I am so sorry I ordered from Sammy Dresses. I am back into 5 tops that I want to return and they won't tell me how to return and get my refund. They want me to measure everything and send photos, it's ridiculous. I would not recommend buying from Sammy Dresses if want to return items that you receive.
I love the tops I decided to keep but I have 5 I want to return and I can't.

I didn't have to return the tops - they said keep them and sent me my refund.

I totally get the, you get what you pay for. I ordered my dress Thursday and it was taken out of my account within minutes. However I got an email saying they needed me to confirm my order by sending a picture of my id and credit card (who asks for this) even worse who falls for it and sends it. Unfortunately, I did! I have yet to receive a tracking number. I paid for expidited shipping because I needed it for a special event, and the package is no where to be found. Worst of all the are an unreliable, I have been trying to contact them for three days and I can't get ahold of anyone. I should have known that to order from a tacky site. Stick to what you know and normally shop from. The prices are not worth the headache of wondering where you packages are at.

I ordered many clothes on June11th.
I paid an extra 86$ for expedited shipping within three days.
Have written and receive at least twelve replies.
Today we are July 1st it is still not shipped!
Also they asked me for a picture of my debit and credit car how insane and not normal is that.
Completely unorganized an unprofessional.
Feel lucky if you receive the item as you see on the image. NOTHING ALIKE just a replica, wasted my time and my money & they gave a stupid return label that does not even work?

I ordered a jacket and after about 2 weeks the order had not been processed and even with other sites although I didn't pay extra for fast shipping I had items within a week. They said the problem was do to high order volumes. What a load of bull! I canceled my order and ordered from Burlington and got just as good of a deal and it was less then a week before it came. I ended up calling PayPal so I could get a refund which I am still waiting for. :(

I'm getting rather nervous.
I placed my order well over a week ago, and was then asked to email them a copy of my credit card plus my drivers license (which i regrettably did).
I paid extra for shipping yet it still says 'order processing'.

I placed an order last month, the order status says it is still processing. I have emailed them and have tried calling several times all I get is a busy signal. Until they show some improvements, I do not recommended nor will I use this site again. I cannot afford wasting money.

So I decided to check out this website my mom told me about, really cute stuff. The only problem is my mom and I ordered our stuff on the same day and chose the same shipping method. She already got hers, she got the correct items. My package? Never came. It says it hasn't even shipped yet. Which is very frustrating and disappointing because I spent a good amount of money on it. In July of 2015 I ordered three shirts. Tracking showed a 2-3 week delivery time via China Post. The product never arrived. I subsequently moved and inquired about the shirts. Sammy Dress told me that because I had given them the wrong address they would do nothing. What? I later learned that US Postal Service did not deliver the product but returned it to SD. Customer service appeared helpful but did not even issue a credit. Imagine, the product was no longer available. That's all I wanted; ship it back out! Do yourself a favor. Buy from Amazon.

I received only half the items i ordered in October. I inquired on where the others were since they never told me and their status on line said "delivered". Of the items not delivered 1 was out of stock and the others they said I should get by a certain date and I never did.
They DO NOT update you unless you ask and you have to go to their website to see if and when they reply.
Also ordered a legging in one size fits all. I am 5ft 2 108 and it was WAY too small.
Also of the items received, they are of low quality.
