I ordered some watches on the 11th. The money was immediately taken from my account upon purchase. I chose to pay extra for 3 to 7 day shipping. I received a confirmation email of my purchase, but never received one for shipping details. 8 days went by. Nothing. Went to the website and my profile showed no orders. I opened an email ticket in which they day they reply in 24 hours. NO REPLY. I call. I get voicemail. No return call. 13 days later and nothing. I had to file a claim with my bank. Immediately refunded. DON'T USE THIS SITE

I am very pleased with Sammy Dress. I recently ordered a bathing suit from the site, this was my first online shopping and I can safely say it wont be my last. The customer service is really good- Quick response and regular check ups. The price is low, compared to what I'd spend if I was shopping in my country. I would suggest that you look at the comments and the customer's picture of the product before you make a purchase though.

I decided to order shoes from this website. They take forever to come in, even though the shipping costs more than the product. I used there conversion chart for shoe sizes. I ALWAYS wear a size 7 shoe, and the chart says that translates to a size 38 so that is what I ordered. After waiting forever, the finally came in. When I put them on, they seemed as if they were 2 sizes too big. In no circumstances could I ever wear a size 5 AKA 36. I went on there website to return them, and I noticed you have to pay for shipping both ways on return. Therefore, I would be paying for shipping THREE times, and as stated earlier the cost of one time shipping was more than the shoes. I would be loosing money to get a new pair, or even get a refund because of their faulty chart. This website is not worth the trouble.

This will be my 3 rd update in my review of sammydress.com. I have raised my initial 1 star to 3 stars. They have recently contacted me to say they have made improvements, and are offering me a generous coupon to try their product again. I am happy to give them a second chance and will update this review further as this progresses. Keeping high hopes! I have been asked multiple times to give this site a better review. I will give an honest review though. The swimsuit I received from them was utterly disappointing, they did not provide the tracking data I had paid for. Now, after 6 weeks of complaints from myself, and their multiple request for photos of a suit that would not cover my lady parts... I finally did receive my money back for the suit... and after several more weeks and messages back and forth I did also receive my shipping and tracking charge refund. I will never order from this company again though... it may not be a scam, but it is not worth my time or effort.

This site really works! I have to say Sammydress paid attention. They sent several emails and refunded my money. They are trying to improve their image, and I have to give them credit. Give them a try--they are working hard at customer service and changing their word on the street--remember, they are a Chinese site, and their clothing runs extremely small. My husband who is a size small took an extra large! Just for your info---order much larger

I ordered few items from SammyDress store few days ago, Order no. M**************. I got mail that ill receive them in 6 to 8 days as i choose standard shipping instead of normal shipping, i paid $6 extra for that while checkout. I am about to leave country this weekend and i didn't receive the shipment yet.

The Order has also broken in 2 shipments and one of them just shipped yesterday (20th April) via some unknown shipping company Epost(SU). I even didn't find any tracking of the same.

I talked with their live chat support and they told me they cant help me now. I pissed off due this website, they spoiled my very important day.

I bought a dress from SammyDress and it came in 2 weeks late and with a HUGE tear in the dress. Customer service felt robotic and I will never EVER buy from them again. Not only that but the dress felt like a shower curtain. It was definitely not what it looked like in the pic. Also, sizes are crazy small. Im normally a 2x/3x and I nearly have to buy a 5x to even get close.

So I ordered a shirt that was $6.99USD. It came within a reasonable time frame of what they stated. The shirt was too small and the color was nothing like it appeared in the picture online.
I requested an exchange for a different color and bigger size, so I sent my shirt back paying $22.75USD just to get it there!
The lady whom helped me through the process never notified me when she got my returned item, like she said she would; I had to contact them asking if they got my shirt.

They replied and said they did and that they would send my exchanged shirt out and to give it another 2+ weeks. The lady whom helped didn't give me a tracking number nor any type of notification saying it was sent out. They just told me to wait a couple days for processing and the 2 weeks for shipping. I WAITED FOR A WHOLE MONTH, NEVER GOT ANYTHING. I had to contact them AGAIN for the THIRD time asking about my shirt! A new person stated I had to pay another $4.99USD for shipping the item out, but the girl who helped me originally didn't even mention me paying another shipping fee- she just stated she would send it out since I returned it! DO NOT BUY FROM SAMMYDRESS, ITS TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE AND I WASTED $28USD FOR A $6.99USD SHIRT! I might as well bought more than one shirt from a store I really liked with the money I wasted!

I feel that I was Scam to believe that I was going to receive Items that will fit me, I could not believe what I pulled out of the bag four items if they was combined with all of the material within the pieces would not be enough to make me one dress what a insult... A size 3X(USA) means a size22 and not a size12. Order was not shipped on time... Communication is awful, I learned that doing business with u all is waiting game not knowing what has happen to your money... No return address is a big RED FLAG for a RIPOFF... U will not be recommended by me... SAMMYDRESS really Sulk in my book... Stop advertising LIES TO CUSTOMERS PLEASE... I am very disappointed with my order... Donot bother to contact me because I wish not to discuss this any farther... I decided to put your MESSY CLOTHES in my YARD SALE because I feel like u all sold me some JUNK...

I ordered a coat for my son (large mens) in Jan. 2016 and the coat did not come until March 5. When I opened the package, the coat barely fit my wife who is 5'3" and approx. 125lbs. I have followed their return policies by sending pictures of the coat and the SKU number. They replied that I ordered the wrong size so I go back to my order and it states men's large. Customer Service was responding within 24 hours at first, now they don't reply to my complaints at all on what I should do next. So far I am stuck with this coat that no one I know can wear. Never buy from this website again.

Sammy Dress is a great site to shop from. The variety of products they offer is huge and varied. They range from ornaments, to jewellery to clothing (men women and children), shoes, bags, and they even have cosmetics.

I have ordered a number of dresses, false nails, watches, wigs, jewellery and even an umbrella. Every product I have ordered has been great. They look exactly like the pictures and all of the dresses fit really well.

If you are considering ordering from this site there are only two things to keep in mind.
1) Postage takes time, which shouldnt be a problem if you dont need the item right way. I dont have an issue with it as I feel the price of the items outweighs any delay in delivery.
2) Read the description of the items especially with the jewellery. If you do that then you will know exactly what you are getting as nothing is hidden.

Overall I can say that I am very happy with the items I have bought, I have a huge wish list (lol) waiting for me and I have every intention of buying more.
