They sent products different from description. They also sent counterfeit luxury perfume which lasted less than an hour. Then I had to pay $10 to return. They prevented me from reviewing their products from their website. They are just like scammer. Only buy from them if you can accept paying returning fees to return their counterfeit products.
Have contacted them multiple times during the course of 5months regards to items I never received but were charged. Each time I call they tell me the same thing-apologize, promise me they will look into it and get back to me and never do. Some reps offer me a gift card for the inconvenience but never follow through with actually sending it to me or some just hang up on you. It is truly unbelievable how a company retains in business like this. I am also guilty of giving them a lot of my business but not anymore. STAY AWAY!
Placed an order. Received different color. Called and what I ordered was sold out. So you just ship something else to me without contacting me first?! Then they send me a return label and an email stating I will receive a refund, minus the shipping. Excuse me?! Now I must wait approximately 2 weeks for my refund. Very unprofessional rude customer service. They are basically dishonest thieves who bait & switch.

The quality of their merchandise and customer service has become awful. I received a jacket with a hole in the sleeve by the shoulder. 2 times customer service agreed to take it back, once they actually did and sent it back to me. They accused me of wearing it and reattaching the labels, even though there were three factory sewn labels still on the outside of the sleeve. I spent thousands there and now I won't spend another dollar online or in any of their stores. Most ridiculous thing I ever experienced. They're farming all the calls outside the country to people who are reading from a prepared script so basically zero customer service. Be aware this was only one of 3 fiascos from them this past holiday season
I bought a white upper leather wedge shoes from Saks. I live in Canada and bought on-line. I must of wore my shoes less than 10 times for the summer due to COVID. I put on my shoes today to find it came apart (the upper to the sole. How does a shoe come apart like this? This is not a cheap brand? I called the store to get a script that they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. Really?!?
Before I could purchase anything from the site I signed up for the $20 off 1st time buyer coupon... Was told it would take almost 24 hours to arrive in my email account. I was sent a 10% off coupon. That dishonesty stopped me from buying anything from the app or website.

Which Saks and shipper claimed was delivered to me. This was not delivered to me. Saks investigated and shipper confirmed that it was incorrectly delivered to another address.
However Saks keeps repeating that the shipper said it was delivered and therefore my claim is denied. I am just in total shock but determined to find justice. Please be careful dealing with this business. They and their shipper are shady and they have the worst customer service. After this experience, I will no longer have the confidence to order anything from them again. If you shop with them know that it is at a high risk. Be careful.
I fell in their store and injured my shoulder and wrist. No one came to my rescue, as I'm sure they have cameras at their front door. When dealing with the company they hire to settle loss claims, I found them very unprofessional and almost never answering or returning my phone calls. A year went by and I was still dealing with the fall in the store, that I got so frustrated I decided it wasn't worth my time. I guess that was their plan all along. They later installed carpet in the exit and entrance of their Oregon store.
Be very careful to shop online at Saks website. I purchased 2 item online. I was waiting for my package 2 weeks. Than I tracked it and I noticed that the package is "out for delivery 4 days". I contacted Saks customer service in India. I was told by multiple people they need 14 business days! To investigate what happened with my package. Do they live in 16th century? I tried via phone, online, asked for supervisors, same broken record answer. I didn't received the package or money. I will never shop online again.
My order came with a store sensor…there were four items in the order. I called customer service and they said for my trouble they would give me 20% off my entire order. That never came. I called several more times…it never happened. Then one rep finally said. Ok we will refund the entire order…that never happened. Now they say that can't happen and that instead of 20% off the entire order its only 20% off one item. What a hoax…absolutely the worst service ever. Never been lied to before
The item had a stain from a deodorant. I returned the product (with all the tags) next day. They shipped the product backed to me, saying that they cannot accept the return.
The dress was $400. They shipped it without signature upon delivery. Now I am stuck with this dirty piece of garbage. What is wrong with them? When I called and explained the situation, they told me that I was lying and they sent me clean dress. They were so rude, that I am still shaking! I would never buy from this store again. I probably won't order off the website from here again because I had ordered a size 10 Kurt Geiger Sandal. I received an 8.5. On the sticker on the bottom of the shoe it says a size 10 but the shoe is actually a 39 euro size. How do they not check these things before they send them out? I call, they were unable to send me my size. I really wanted this shoe and it was there mistake. The only thing they did was sent me a prepaid return and I have to wait for them to receive their mistake to get a refund. I hate doing business with incompetent companies. Where's the incentive for there f up! #never again
The seller received the package several days ago, I am very disaffected from that store, the item looks very poor, collect the return, they receive the item and still do not return the money. Honestly what a disappointment. I never buy anything
If you are from canada, i highly recommend not buying anything from the saks of 5th website if you would like to recieve that purchase within a month at least. A complete pain to call, provides inconsistent and inaccurate information. Abomination.
I purchased 2 dresses for $600, placed a rush 2 day delivery, and never received them. Called customer service several times, was told that items were "lost" and I cannot be refunded the money until the items were found. I have called every customer service number I can find, and they all route to the same El Salvador facility. I was also told by the agent(s) that I must have put the address wrong and that they are doing me a "favor" by putting a trace on the package. The way they treat customers is disgusting.
I ordered 2 designer belts but only received 1. When I called to complain, they denied my claim. I am out $255 and no belt. I can't believe that they steal from their customers. Absolute worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I have shopped at SAKS and OFF SAKS for years but I will never shop there again. And I'm telling everyone I know so buyer beware! Twice they have not refunded what was owed to me. I even took a screenshot of a part of my online chat conversation with them and still they deny everything! I was owed a full refund and than a partial refund due to a pouch missing from a purse I purchased. Back and forth back and forth for months the first time for a refund and just this month I am due a partial refund and they flat out deny they ever had a conversation with me let alone owe me a refund!. Doubt they gave a $#*! but I will never purchase from them again!
I wish I could give a rating score of 0. Unfortunately, there is no such option. I had ordered a pair of shoes in size 7, however they sent me incorrect size. When I called about the issue, they offered me a $20 partial refund. I asked for a refund for shipment cost (shoes are in Turkey and the return costs me around $50) so I could return them the wrong size. But they were not willing to do that. Instead they offered me $20 refund. It's absolutely non sense. Terrible customer service and shopping experience!
I attempted, with multiple different credit cards, to purchase items from the saksoff5th site, but my orders were repeatedly canceled. I called their customer service department 4 different times to try to reorder and determine the issue, but they all gave me different answers. I contacted my credit card issuers who said they were not preventing the purchase with fraud prevention measures, so the problem must be on saksoff5th side. All in, I wasted a few hours of my life trying to purchase products from Saks, but apparently they don't want my business.
I ordered three items for my son totaling over $2200. 00 Upon arrival, we learned he needed to go a size up so i reordered the same three and returned the original three. For the return i was sent a gift card at which time i called and asked that they credit my credit card, original mode of payment. They voided the gift card but i simply cannot get them to give me the credit. They have their merchandise, i have paid for both the correct and incorrect size. I have had 5 phone calls all in excess of an hour between being placed on hold and shuffled from person to person. Its an absolute scam! I keep thinking i will hear about them going under because of the virus and i will never get my money back. I was finally told last week that they would credit my amex within 24-48 hours, apologized repeatedly for the confusion, still no refund. I am on hold today, now for 20 minutes
