The quality of their merchandise and customer service has become awful. I received a jacket with a hole in the sleeve by the shoulder. 2 times customer service agreed to take it back, once they actually did and sent it back to me. They accused me of wearing it and reattaching the labels, even though there were three factory sewn labels still on the outside of the sleeve. I spent thousands there and now I won't spend another dollar online or in any of their stores. Most ridiculous thing I ever experienced. They're farming all the calls outside the country to people who are reading from a prepared script so basically zero customer service. Be aware this was only one of 3 fiascos from them this past holiday season
