STAY AWAY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE! THEY STEAL MONEY! IT'S A FRAUD! I spent countless hours on the phone trying to get a refund for items i DIDN'T receive! They are plain rude and not even trying to help! Contacting my credit card and filing a claim.
It started with the company just straight up sending me the wrong product. They had "run out" of my pair of shoes so they sent me a different kind. So weird. First, how did they not have correct inventory in their system and secondly, why didn't they tell me before sending it. So I had them pick up the package. They claimed they'd refund the money since it was their mistake. Over the next few months, I had to contact them over and over to get small portions of my refund. They tried to withhold the taxes and the shipping. So weird with the taxes. I've never heard of that before. I don't even have the item. And this whole situation was their fault. I finally got the tax money back, but after several chats and phone calls and promises that the money is on the way, it never came. Luckily, I'm only out $10, but it's completely unethical what they put me through. They lied through their teeth over and over. It was multiple people. Either their system is ridiculously messed up or they train their employees to lie. I finally asked them for written proof so I could at least put in a claim with PayPal, but it wasn't enough of a receipt to get my money back.
Shopping here is either a hit or a miss. Sometimes there are cute clothes for good prices and other times the clothes are weird and still seem expensive. You just have to try your luck!
They gave me a broken lipstick and an empty bottle of facial spray, I returned them, but no refund, I called them millions of times, the same answer, said already released your refund, feel gross
I wish I can give zero stars because I think 1 is too much for this trash like company. I ordered a Valentino bag few weeks ago. The package came few days after but the items inside is a complete stranger's order. I contacted their customer service and they told me they will open up a case for me for investigation and also gave me a return label to return the incorrect items (which I did). Didn't hear back for awhile and when I tried to contact them again, I was told I will not be able to get a refund for the tax because the government already took the tax. Ridiculous as I've never heard of not being able to get the tax back if you were to return something. 3 weeks passed and I got a notification that my request for the refund was declined because the tracking indicates the package was delivered (even though the items inside was not my order!) This is a complete scam and I can't deal with them anymore so just went ahead and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Never will I order anything from this company again. They have horrible customer service with people who can't do their job correctly. They obviously also need to update their system or assembly line to ensure the items in the packages are going to the correct customer.
This worse company I ve ever bought from I bought a vercase belt for my son it was on sale for 242.42 when it arrived had a price tag on it for 124. Dollars I saw that said Iam sending back I mailed back they said 7to10 days for refund It's been a month I am still waiting for my refund they are impossible to get a hold of I was suppose to have free shipping another lie this company is owned by a jerk dentist that's corput and just trying to hustle poor souls I can't recommend this company at all their practices are deplorable

However the next day i received an email stating my request for refund was denied.
Therefore I was charged twice ". BEWARE" If you don't received your order because it was delivered to the wrong door YOU LOOSE OUT BOTH WAYS NO MERCHANDISE AND NO REFUND.

I recently purchased a handbag online with Saks. Within 3 days a large hole appeared on the side of the bag. It was clear this was a defect. I carried a purse for exactly 3 days before the hole appeared. I spoke with a customer service representative who sent me a return authorization. After three weeks with no communication and no credit, along with three unanswered emails through their website I was finally informed that since I used the purse I would not receive a replacement or refund. It was very obvious that the stitching missed the leather on the portion of the seam of the purse. I explained this in detail and sent photos when the bag was returned to me. It took another two weeks and two more emails to receive a response. The responses were rude, dismissive, and not up to par of a high-end store. Ive been shopping at Neiman Marcus and Last Call for years and thought I would give Saks a try. Needless to say Ive close my account with Saks and will only be giving my business to Neiman Marcus and Last Call. Their customer service, merchandise quality and overall experience is far and above that of Saks Fifth Avenue. Buyer beware.

Saks and Saks Off 5th have thr WORST possible customer service. I returned an item and after more than a month of getting the run-around by countless cs agents, telling me that a review of warehouse video would be done, there was never any such thing. They obviously lost or stole the item and iinsist I never sent it back. Ny other store woukd have refunded my money. I spent close to $1000 in the past six months at that store and now they're stealing over $300 from me. I had another incident with saks before, in which I returned a pair of boots, well within the return period and the manager just refused to take them back. I had to go theough bbb for a refund. In thenpresent case, bbb can do nothing because they continue to lie about not having the item! I will MEVER shop at Saks or Off 5th again!
I orders from the site saksoff5th.com over $500 of 3 mens jeans. Fedex tracking shows deliver today. But the items never came it was transferred to USPS.

SHOCKING! I ordered a size 46 'Brunello Cucinelli' navy wool blazer on sale for $999.99 ($1100 with tax), online, here in Chicago. What I received was a 'Robert Graham' blue blazer in a size 48, with Off Saks and Brunello Cucinelli sales tags on it. After numerous calls and a return to them, the item was sent back to me. It's been two months and they claim they never sold me the item. Pure insanity! Doesn't seem like anyone over there is going to take any responsibility. WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO IN THIS SITUATION?! There is clearly some kind of a scam running at their shipping facility. I also received a size 40 jacket from them the same week, when I ordered a size 46. DO NOT RISK ORDERING EXPENSIVE ITEMS ONLINE FROM THESE CLOWNS!
Roberto Cavalli slided very disappointed in my purchase with saks 5th off my shoes looks so cheap, i thought this store get stuff from saks to make room for there new items. I will never order again.
I bought an evening purse (hoping it was the last one I would ever have to buy). It was half the price it was at other sites and so I thought "why not?". Here's why - It came with a defective clasp. I didn't find that out until I tried to use it at a black tie wedding 15 hours from my home. I used it anyhow and kept shutting it. I received many complements and many prompts to close my purse. The last time I closed it the chain also broke. I called Sax of 5th and they would not let me return it - "The distributor won't take it back", "we can't resell it"... They offered me 25.00 for a 32.00 purchase (credit towards another purchase). I said I wanted the full purchase amount or another bag (who knows what happened to the initial offer of another bag). "We don't take back used merchandise" - was another excuse. Finally I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said they would send me a return label just for this one time exception but the distributor would determine if I got my money back. The return voucher charged 9.95 to the return with me getting a refund of 14.99. I called again and they supposedly will not charge for the return. Each time I called I was on hold for 20 minutes. Next time - Lord and Taylor or Nordstrom Rack - even if I have to pay full price.
I urge anyone reading this review to reconsider shopping at Saks Off Fifth. I purchased a Ferragamo hand bag in October of last year and hardly even wore it because I live in California and most everything was shut down till recently. I just so happen to be wearing it recently as I was shopping at Ferragamo in the city and the sales clerk asked me where I got my bag? I told her I got at Saks off fifth, she asked if she could look at closer and I of course didn't mind this only to be told that the bag was not authentic. I was in complete shock and to mention embarrassed having paid over $1000 for it. I contacted off 5th and they told me to send it back and even emailed me a shipping label, only to find out that this is a scam they pull bcs it has been over 3 weeks and still no refund!
I contacted their customer service only to be told that they are shipping the bag back to me bcs it has no tags. They don't care that they sold me a fake bag. But I'm not completely done with them as I am going to expose them for their fake products and the fraudulent ways they are deceiving the consumer.

I ordered a winter jacket made by Kenneth Cole and the zipper broke after only 5-6 of wearing and couldn't return or get store credit. I shopped here for quality but was I wrong. Never again.
I purchased some Valentino shoes for almost $500, they are still being sold at the regular saks for almost double so it seemed like a great deal. I bought the shoe for a special event so i did not fully examine them until only roughly 2 weeks after the 30 day return policy. I took pictures, screenshots and sent them all in to the email they provided, hoping an exception can be made. On top of this, I went back to look at the posting and you can actually see the damage in the pictured item! It's just not very visible until you put your hand or sock in, then you see the HUGE hole. This means theyre knowingly selling this. I waited for almost a week to hear back from the "return department" and they finally respond saying no refund will be offered but we can give you 15% off a different item. Horrible. They knowingly sell damaged and used merchandise! I think it's all factory rejects personally, and according to statistics, only 12% is actually merchandise from the real Saks. I've disputed this thievery. They do have real items but chances are it's damaged or not suitable to be sold in the real saks.
Saks of 5th don't care about your package, they don't care how much you spend buying the goods they give your package to fraudulent company like CDL who are known for leaving people package outside lobby so the delivery guy can steal it or people can steal it. It's a SHAME that Saks off 5th use company like CDL.
I made sure I ordered in early for Christmas and I'm a official member but they never sent my package and don't want to refund me I will never shop back here because they lied telling me they shipped and the shipping company never received it they spoiled my kid's Christmas
