Please do not shop with this pos company I was under the impression I was buying from a legitimate Saks ave store the products are total garbage this Chinesse company should be completely out of business quality is garbage not even real material total thieves you can't even return the items frustrated and angry make you believe you're buying good quality expensive and it's garbage POS
I made ana order of 6 items, and paid for all of them! Then i received 5 items together and the last item i received it alone and had to pay for its clearance double! And that was not just it, they also took its price and shipping fees once again from my bank account! So i paid twice for one item! I contacted the costumer service and they promised me that they will refund my money. But no one had contacted me since then and the costumer service are no longer replying to neither my live chat request neither my emails! Do NOT ever order from this website!
I ordered three items and only received one. They did not include the invoice with the package. They refused to give me a refund because their system indicated that all item was packed. I asked for a copy of their packing slip but they refused to provide it me. I ended up paying for the items never received.
Litearlly DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! If you know someone will not be home 24/7 I repeat DO NOT ORDER! I spoke to 4 diffrent reps bt yesterday and toady because my 544$ pacakage was just casually left on my steps at 8am and I didn't return home until 7pm. The reps told me because there is proof it was atleast delivered that There's nothing they can do. Like come on, people steal packages everyday and as a customer I should take the L for deciding to do business with you? Yea never again! They took away signature requirements and left nothing for customers who sincerely need to be home because of the area they live in. You will be out of money if you miss your package, I have warned you all
The worst customer service and policies. They use the cheapest delivery courier and when the item was delivered to the wrong address they completed their investigation on the same day. This means that they never did any investigation, they just say case closed and steal your money. They don't even provide any supporting information or a reason because they are fraud. I have been a customer for over 15 years including original Saks, but NEVER again. It's getting worse and worse. I'm closing their credit card and will never shop there again.
My kids were sick so I wasn't able to return my purchase. I called and got approval to mail it back past the 30 days. I sent it back in the same condition it was delivered to me, tags on, unused. It was sent back to me due to being past 30 days (which they had originally accepted) and "marks of wear". It's not my fault I was given a defective bag and then blamed for marks? I called customer service after having done surgery a few days ago, not the time to deal with this. They said you can try to send it back but we can't guarantee the returns department will accept it. Now, not only was I sent a defective bag, I am blamed for it? I'm not allowed to return it? What horrible horrible customer service. I disputed this with my bank. It's unacceptable. I hadn't even noticed the marks on the inside of the bag because I didn't even have time to open the bag let alone "wear" it as they claim with the tags still on.
I ordered a bracelet sets since February 28th never received the items called about 3times to get my refund never received no refunds they send emails to the seller never got a replied this is the worse experience I will never shop there.
I ordered from OFF5TH in December and in February. Both times they promised to do a $10 price adjustment on each order. I received an email approval for the first price adjustment and a verbal approval on the second ($10 SHIPPING THEY CHARGED THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CREDITED FOR DAMAGED ITEM IN PICTURE) and neither were applied. I escalated and sent verification on the one approved by email after numerous phone calls and it was denied again after being told and emailed an approval. How pathetic is it when a company lies to a customer and then screws them out of promised $10 price adjustment twice in 3 months. Never will I do business with these liars and thieve again!
Do not ever deal with this company and do not trust them. They do not deliver any service (save and except for bad service) and when their csr's and supervisors agree and undertake to do something to address the situation and compensate you, they do not do so and refuse to abide by their agreement and undertaking.

I ordered a winter jacket made by Kenneth Cole and the zipper broke after only 5-6 of wearing and couldn't return or get store credit. I shopped here for quality but was I wrong. Never again.
I called up and asked for photo evidence of a delivery and was told that there was no photo evidence. I was convinced that the delivery was made to the wrong house since I did not receive the delivery. I called up Saks of fifth customer service and made a claim only for the claim to be rejected based on the fact that the vendor said the package was delivered. I called up and requested that I get photo evidence that that package was delivered and again I was told that the vendor does not have photo evidence. The case got sent off to a supervisor and I was suppose to be contacted back about the progress. That did not happen so I called back several times and my last call I demanded to talk to someone who could help me now. When that person got on the phone all of a sudden there was a photo of the package in front of my house. I asked how do I know that phots was not taken after the fact. The person told me the photo was time stamped. I looked at the photo and above the photo was a text box you can type in the date and time. I still asked how do I know that the photo was not taken after the fact and once again I was told the photo was time stamped. My lesson learned was to not waste time. Instead of calling customer service for Saks off fifth and having the whole process just drag our just call your credit card company instead and call right away because there is a time window to make the claim via your credit card company instead.
I went through the refund process and NO REFUND! Sent 14 emails to customer support - not one reply ever! Then telephone 3 times to the USA from Australia made me wait 35 minutes so then lodged a dispute through Paypal have written tonight if the PayPay dispute is not dropped it will take 180 days to get my money back! What a dreadful dishonest company with the shocking staff! One text on Facebook messenger said - hope you are well now - that was helpful!
So I order a $1000+ package and gets stolen. I file 2 claims with them that end up being denied. They refuse to refund me or send me a replacement. They rely on a FedEx delivery picture that doesn't even have an apartment number on! I call them so they file a claim with FedEx so I can at least be refunded, but NOTHING! They're helping with NOTHING! My package is lost, my money is lost and even my mind is lost with their stupidity!
I bought 3 items and only 2 arrived in the box. I've bought alot in store that I kept in the past few years. They claim my few online returns disqualified me from getting my 160 dollars back. And they lied saying it came in 2 packages which it didn't. I received a nordstroms package on the porch 10 minutes earlier which was in their picture and I tracked it for them. Even with proof and knowing I received 2 items they stole my money and refused to reimburse me for what was never sent. They r a horrible company. Go to the real saks website for sales. Saks off fifth shame on you!@ 3 supervisors lied to me! You should go out pf business asap
I bought a purse from them, I liked the purse but 30 days later the latch fell apart. They wont take it back.
They say it it used. A purse should last for a few years. NOT a few days.
I ordered the bag TWICE and twice they delivered parcel to the not correct address. They made a refund first time and it was a large mistake to try make an order again. The same situation, the status of the order delivered, but unfortunately NO and no refund this time.

Let me tell y'all that Saks Off Fifth is PITIFUL AS F*CK! When I tell you within a week I have spent well over $1150. WHY do they DELETE purchases, STEAL points, and DO NOT give you your CORRECT reward status. I would NEVER recommend Saks Off Fifth to my worse enemy. They CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! They're going to regret losing my business. Because once I receive my Versace slides I will NEVER SPEND another cent with Saks Off Fifth! DEFINITELY BAD BUSINESS!
Never received my package
They say that it has been send and left in the lobby of my apartment and are not able to create a case. Now I don't have my order and lost my money. Customer service is not willing to help and she just decided to not say anything back on the phone when I didn't accept "no" and when I asked to talk with the manager they let me wait for 30min
I made my first purchase online with Saks fifth Avenue recently. I bought a pair of these house shoes made by Sanctuary and I just received them today. The postage on them seemed slow, but I can live with that, however, as soon as I saw them, I thought they looked small. They do say size 10 and I am a 10 medium, and that is the size that I buy when I go shopping for my shoes. However, as cute as they may be, as soon as I tried them on, the back of my heels are pretty much hanging off and I seem to be able to feel them on the edge. They seem to fit more like a 9 1/2 or possibly a 9, I don't know since I wear 10's, but my assessment was right for me as soon as I saw them. Because these were on sale, I just saw that I can't return them or do an exchange and so I don't think I will ever purchase from them, especially online, again. I am very disappointed in my first online purchase. I did purchade some Hue socks with my shoes and I do like them.
I have been using Molton Brown Indian Cress shampoo and conditioner for years, and what I received from Saks Off is not Molton Brown. The conditioner arrived in a hand lotion pump bottle (it is never packaged this way) and is in no way near to the quality of Molton Brown hair care products. The scent is weak at best and my hair doesn't feel the same as it always has when I've used Molton Brown.
Even though I've been sent what is, from all appearances, a fraudulent product, Saks Off wants to charge me $10 for the return. I am just going to throw it away to avoid the charge.
Icing on the cake… the delivery person dropped off the package at the wrong address, so I had to hunt around my neighbor's homes to find it.
Just a horrible experience all around.
This is one of those, "you get what you pay for" lessons. Molton Brown is expensive, but it's truly worth it. Better off to pay for the real deal.
