They had a great sale on a pair of shoes so I bought them, it took about a week just for the payment to process. And then finally a million years later it shipped. I finally get them and they sent a size 6 instead of an 8... ugh. I like that they have 24/7 custom service, which was ok, the guy was kinda $#*!y but I definitely don't plan on buying from them again.
I received my order 5 days late. Still wasn't getting responses to most of my emails. It went from them telling me they'll update it to overnight shipping, to me getting it super late.
I placed an order online. There was an issue with the payment so I had to call in. Once they put the new payment on there they changed the shipping and billing address to my old work address for whatever reason. They never confirmed the address with me. The first part of the order was shipped there. Had to call multiple times to finally arrange Fedex to go pick it up and deliver it to me (still hasn't happened). Then after 5 calls and 2 hours on the phone with them they said they'd have fedex intercept the second package so I could pick it up from a fedex location. The customer service agent said they'd make sure this happened and would call me. Neither happened. The second package was also delivered to the wrong address. Now I'm on the phone again, the 2nd time today, trying to get this figured out. Yesterday I got hung up on after being on hold forever then one guy refused to transfer me to a manager and kept reading the same thing over and over off the script and it wasn't even what I was asking. This has been beyond absurd, infuriating, and a huge waste of my time. It's also embarassing because they were delivered to my old work and I didn't leave on good terms and now I'm having to text with my old boss about my packages.
I purchased a pair of boots and after maybe 3 wears they came apart. This company will only take returns up to 30 days even with a clearly defective product. I will never order from Saks Off 5th again... as a brand of Saks they should really be ashamed. How often is it you order an item and wear it right away to determine it is a defective product. They don't stand behind the products they sell. Never had this problem with Nordstrom Rack.
Liars and thieves. Placed an order Saturday night and tried to cancel shortly after. Went through several associates on the phone and back and forth with emails. Was told on early Sunday morning that the ordered was already shipped and they could not cancel it. When I pressed, they told me to wait for a tracking number (what sense does that make?) and then call them back and they would notify FedEx to reject the package and return it to them even though they still obviously had the package and had not shipped it because FedEx does not pick up on Sunday mornings. Anyway, was assured that this had been done and that I would receive a refund. Almost two days later, on Monday evening, I noticed my card was charged for the order and was receiving emails stating the order had shipped! I called again and was told there was no record of previous conversations and there was nothing they could do. I was told that I had to wait for my order to arrive and then if I didn't want it (I already established I didn't) I could return it. Well, I decided to call FedEx myself. I was told outright that the package had not left the vendor and that FedEx was not in possession of the package! I told them to reject it when they did scan it. I called back again and was told again the lie that the package had already been shipped out! I am completing several negative reviews warning people of these tactics. I am also pursuing contacting the authorities for investigation of fraud and theft charges.
If I could give it no stars I would. Not only was my first order cancelled but I did not receive any notice! When I called they told me it was because my cards billing address wasnt authorized!? Ive had this card for over ten years and the address change was 6 months ago. No other site has told me theyve had problems BUT this one. He reordered the product with fast two day shipping for free. Received an email later on that day saying again my order was cancelled. Checked my bank statement and they charged me twice. Trying NOT to refund me. Your better off just going to the store and not touching their site if youre that desperate.
Great customer service from Alexander at saksoff5th Great mall Milpitas. This young man is doing a tremendous customer service. I've been observing him for a while, and every time I go to saksoff 5th avenue, he always helps with that smile on his face, and does his best to make the customer feel comfortable. That's why 5th avenue Milpitas has became my favorite store. He deserves a promotion!
I ordered a down coat on 1/19 and received it on 1/25. However, the belt was missing. I called customer service but kept me waiting and waiting. I sent them email telling them I wanted to return it for a refund due to that fact that I got a defective coat, and I don't agree that I'm responsible for return shipping cost as it's not my mistake. They replied my email after a couple of days with copy and paste from what I can read in return policy. Nothing I can do but just packed the coat and dropped it off at FedEx. I'm so regret dropping it off at FedEx now cos after 2 days the tracking still shows "not found". I just have 14 days to go before it passes the 30 days return window. Finally I was told the return shipping can take 10-14 BUSINESS days, which is 20 days. But the return policy doesn't show the return shipping time can take up to 20 days. The 30 days return window is so unfair to customers. This is an excuse for them not to accept the return. Beware!
First time ordering a pair of jeans from them. Fast delivery but package came completely empty, just receipt. I'm so confused so I call and speak to them and they tell me "sorry, we'll contact the warehouse to see if it was there mistake." and doesn't offer a refund but tells me the jeans are now sold out.
I've placed 2 orders with Saks off 5th. The first one was okay. The 2nd order was placed in Oct 2017. The pants of a suit were missing from the 2nd order and I've been following up with their customer service for 3 months. Every time I'm told the same story that they are still investigating. Not sure why it takes so long to investigate as this is not exactly a serial murder. Suffice to say I'll never order from them again. Can't wait for Amazon to get into the high end clothing business and destroy them.
I cannot believe the level of customer service and (CLEARLY) insufficient employee training from Saks Off Fifth online. EVERY SINGLE purchase has had an issue (or two, three) attached to it. Further, they need to TRAIN the employees. These people either don't know the answers to basic questions, or they can't be bothered to find out, so they dish out inaccurate info. It would also be helpful if they could at the least, understand the English language, let alone speak it.
To spare myself any continued aggravation, I WILL NEVER AGAIN MAKE A PURCHASE FROM SAKS-OFF-FITH, NOR RECOMMEND THEM. There are PLENTY of online clothing stores that have wonderful customer service AND are appreciative of your patronage.

Took my money and never sent the product I ordered. I have emailed 3 times with no response. I have calldont e multiple times but no one picks up. Spent hours on hold. Terrible site. Read all
Negative reviews before making a purchase. It seems like to this is a normal business practice to them.
After placing an order for next day shipping I was informed that this was actually 3 day shipping. Dan, customer service management, stated "next day shipping time frame goes into affect after the order has been processed, which take 48hrs". I was absolutely appalled at the rude and disrespectful way I was talked to and treated after requesting that my shipment be expedited and delivered next day, as I paid for and was initially promised. After being hung up on twice and waiting on hold for 40 min I'm now on my way to find a backup dress for the funeral I'm attending tomorrow.
I ordered a pair of Ugg slippers on November 14,2017. It's now 12/29/17 and I still do not have the Uggs! I plan ahead and order early so that this never happens to me and what does Saks do? My attempts at emailing them were futile. It took the company forever to reply to just one email in which they were extremely cocky and not helpful in the least bit. My item has been sitting in Nashville TN since 11/16/17 according to tracking. Customer service via Saks was rude and not willing in any way to compensate me or even RETURN MY OWN MONEY that they've had since 11/14/17, yet I still have not received the product that I paid for. Stay away from Saks. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm sticking with Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. Impeccable service, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'm also reporting Saks to the BBB. Beware.
When i received my order, the bag was torn and an expensive item was missing. As others have mentioned, i spent over an hour on hold, waiting for a customer service rep. When someone eventually answered, all they could say was that an inquiry would be conducted and i'd hear back in 3 to 5 days. Needless to say i heard nothing. So much for Customer Service! Avoid this site!
I got a blue suit that was 800 for 350 about a year ago and it has held up well. Also I have gotten some nice ties there. It is worth going there. They were such good quality that when I accidently washed one it wasn't ruined. Awesome.
Have ordered a few things from this site and the clothes and shoes always come dirty. Buttons on clothes are loose and shoes are mangled. It's like they don't care if the customer is happy and they obviously don't inspect the items before they are shipped.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE DARN CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS! EVER. HOURS OF WAITING, INCLUDING AN AGENT FROM SAKS FIFTH AVE, WHO TRIED TO HELP. SHE WAS ON HOLD FOR AN HR WITH ME, AND THEN HUNG UP. WTF
I ordered a few things from clearance and expected that 25% would be taken off at the checkout as the website clearly stated at the top of the website. The system did not accept the discount code HOHOHO stating the items do not qualify. When I called Customer Care and after i spent 45 minutes on hold, I expressed my frustration with the fact that the website is deceiving customers by announcing a 25% discount off the clearance and then not acknowledging it at the checkout. When I asked the agent on the phone to deliver the message to a supervisor and asked that someone would get back to me with the answers, the guy said that he would be lying to me if he promised that someone would actually get back to me. He repeated that no one would get back to me. Absolutely non acceptable.
I purchased a suit and a pair of pants. Between the two of them I paid $300, they both ripped within after wearing them 3 times. The customer service people didnt care and would not give me any compensation whatsoever
Pathetic customer service... the 1866... telephone number is almost never answered. Bought an Elie Tahari blouse, paid rush shipping as I am going to be travelling soon. Item was to be delivered on Dec 7th, 2017... tried calling them yesterday as it had still not arrived. Sent an email asking for a tracking number, anything so I could confirm it had indeed been sent. This morning I see my order has been cancelled. Very poor customer service.
