Shopping at Off 5th for over 6 years. Great suits made from Ermenegildo Zegna cloth. Good deals but need to be patient. Returns no problems at the store but did lose 9.95$ a couple of times on returning since you cannot combine a return. Overall good online experience.

Call the customer service, was hung up on first time after 20 minutes, 2nd call Erin (she introduced herself) ID ******* was unhelpful and not understanding (although multiple times their catchphrase "I do apologize, and I understand"). Rep told me they can't remove the shipping charge and can't provide any incentive. Upon requesting a supervisor was told a 10% off my next order, meaning I have to spend another 100$ with them... Kept on requesting a supervisor for 20 minutes only to be told "All are busy, how about 20%".
Horrible customer service, would not recommend, dishonest
They sent products different from description. They also sent counterfeit luxury perfume which lasted less than an hour. Then I had to pay $10 to return. They prevented me from reviewing their products from their website. They are just like scammer. Only buy from them if you can accept paying returning fees to return their counterfeit products.
I see quite a few people on sitejabber getting ripped off buying fake prada bags, fake uggs, discounted fake perfumes and I just had to point out my favorite site for fashion shopping. If you sign up for Off 5th email newsletters they give you 30-50% off coupons to be used about once every 2-3 months. I usually wait until I receive these coupons and then go nuts shopping. With the savings you already get from Off 5th combined with these coupons you can usually find "something" you are looking for that is from a real designer and not FAKE as very good prices. Keep shopping and be safe out there!
I bought 2 V Italia purses from them about a week ago. I guess I am lucky that I got them in a reasonable time and that they are not damaged judging by the all the problems people have had with this company.
My problem is that the purses were supposedly over $700 a piece (I paid about $150 a piece) and for that price I would expect high quality. The purses are cute, but flimsy. The lining looks cheap and it just doesn't seem high quality at all.
I normally read reviews first before I buy anything online, but I thought it's Saks, what could go wrong. I can't return the items but at least I got them and they are usable. But I will never shop there again.
I got a blue suit that was 800 for 350 about a year ago and it has held up well. Also I have gotten some nice ties there. It is worth going there. They were such good quality that when I accidently washed one it wasn't ruined. Awesome.
I can attest that Saks Off5th is legitimate. My orders were received during the holiday rush in a timely fashion and my merchandise was packed neatly and all my items were fabulous. I even ordered a high-end handbag and its ahh-mazing and authentic.

In the last purchase, I made several orders with various items.
One is missing. I made the claim and they practically made fun of me.
They told me that they were not wrong about the shipments and that they trusted their warehouses.
That is, they told me that I am a liar and that I don't deserve credit.
Summary: In addition to being disappointed, and feeling scammed, I feel that Saks Off 5Th has lost the essence of excellence and respect for customers.

I was thinking about purchasing some shoes from your company, and awhile later I had a customer walk in and was and had been on hold for a good amount of time, and when he got through he was not happy with the 2 left shoes he had received, and customer service was not interested in helping him at all and had an attitude, so this is the reason I will be taking my business to a company that actually cares about customer service, sincerely Scott fleenor
I am so disappointed. Is there gum on there? Why is there a glitter packet taped in the box? Original sticker remnants showed an $89 price tag. They charged me $64 plus tax and$10 to return. Just burn your money instead.
Bought an item in the beginning of January and returned via post office the day after I got it. Today is April 5th still waiting a refund. Contacted customer support maybe 10 times they're saying it's still in process. What kind of internal system they must have to be this bad on customer support. It's 2022, you don't care about your image on internet you'll end up like Barneys soon.
STAY AWAY! DON'T DO IT! Ordered pretty dress and shoes my daughter loved for her high school graduation. Two weeks in advance. Told initially would arrive in 3 days. Never showed up. Had to scramble 2 days before to find something nice. Agents not very attentive, don't listen to you. Have to wait 5 days past due date before start refund, which will take up to 2 weeks to complete. Customer service sounds like a bunch of AI programs unable to clearly appreciate situations. Saks is not anything close to its former reputation.
I ordered two ornaments from Saks off 5th. One was broken upon receiving it, either in the warehouse or shipping. Possibly before shipping because the other ornament arrived just fine in the same shipping box. After MANY emails back and forth to their customer service they finally send me a shipping label to return for refund and they are charging me $9 to return their broken product. I should not be charged to fix this situation. I even emailed pictures as proof of it being broken. I will never buy from them again and will review on any site I'm able!
There's no way this store doesn't check their merchandise on returns, or people are stealing and exchanging items in the warehouse! I have 5 more pair of shoes coming and I'm not excited to see their condition. I didn't order size 12 Bally shoes so I'm really trying to figure out how that was the box that was used!
Crooks! I've never dealt with such a horrible store/company in my entire life. Ive returned three separate orders over two months ago and still have not been refunded. Ive tracked my returns and I know the have received them. I've called countless times and have wasted so much of my time and energy on this. They told me I'd be refunded within 15 days and two months later still no refund. They have lied to me and gave me the run around. I will never do business with these crooks again! Buyer beware! Save yourself the headache and stress. I just want my money back.

Ordered 4 items. Tried to return 2 items: 1 item arrived defective, the other did not resemble the online picture. I was told they have a 30 day return policy. It had only been 20 days or so since I received it so I thought I was ok. It's 30 days from date of purchase, not delivery. Thus I was over their 30 day rule by 2 days. Call center employee told me to send it back anyway and see if they would accept the return - then issued me a return slip and shipping label. I did all of that, sent the 2 items back immediately and waited a month with our hearing a peep. Today I received the two items back in the mail with a note saying they dont accept returns after 30 days. What a moronic business. I'm done with them period. I wish them nothing less than bankruptcy - it's well deserved and hopefully soon earned. Businesses with failed customer service business practices (especially in times of a pandemic) deserve to fail themselves.
I have placed 4 orders with this dump in the last 30 days. I only received 1. When I contacted customer service, I was told the only thing that they can do is put in a claim, which takes 7-10 days. After a long wait, I was told that my claim was denied. So not only did I not get my items, they kept my money.
STAY AWAY. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, even considering Comcast. The customer service here is plain horrible and their management/policies are plain disgusting.

I had to give this one star as zero stars was not an option. I have waited for a month for my order. Customer service replies every time with the same cut and paste statements. They then created a shipping label but did not ship the item. They keep telling me FedEx needs to collect the order, but I know FedEx comes every day... Save your money and order from somewhere else.
