Horrible company

Please don't shop with this company! I paid for shoes and never received them. The company refuses to refund or send my shoes to me. No reason for refusal. This company steals money from customers! Please don't buy!

I had the most horrible experience and I am involving my attorney on this matter:

I ordered 14k golden necklace which has NEVER been delivered to my building!
The carrier sent a photo of package delivered to the wrong building.
I sent a photo of my lobby which is completely different the lobby from carriers photo and also a confirmation from my doorman that he never received a package. (Photos are attached)

I have filed claim twice with Saks Off Fifth and both times they denied my claim saying that the package was delivered.

I would never recommend anyone to order anything online from them!

They are criminal!

Customer service sucks

I recently ordered an item from here and did not receive a refund during investigation for no valid reason. This place sucks and I will never in my life buy from here. If you want something shop somewhere else! They suck!

Hi do I had a terrible experience with saksofffifth.com. Ordered earrings on Nov 26 for Christmas present for daughter never received. Called 4x go the runnaround then on Dec 28th they reorddered had to fight to get the same sale price. They said I would get the the earring in 2 weeks not the status just changed to 30 days Jan 30th calling back now, Thisis insane

They sent products different from description. They also sent counterfeit luxury perfume which lasted less than an hour. Then I had to pay $10 to return. They prevented me from reviewing their products from their website. They are just like scammer. Only buy from them if you can accept paying returning fees to return their counterfeit products.

I am very disappointed with this company's refund process. I have ordered two ladies' coats one of which was too small and I had to return it. The return label was for USPS so had to stand in a long line at the post office which was two weeks ago and there is no sign of my refund monies. They received the item a week ago but still no refund. Their long refund policy is actually defeating their purpose of selling as much merchandise as they can for the Holidays, since people are unable to spend the refund monies on other merchandise which most of us would. Due to their awful return/refund policy, I won't be shopping on this site again

They STOLD money from me

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THEIFS! I placed an order with this company and they took the money outta my account never shipped anything! They never gave me an order confirmation or any email stating my order was being processed. I called same day and was told there was no record of my order but they had record of taking my money. The sales lady Wana just kept lying to me and placing me on hold. I emailed them screen shots of the email they sent me minutes before I places the order to set up a password and my bank statement showing where they took the money. THEY CONTINUE TO LIE AND SAY THEY DIDNT TAKE THE MONEY. I EVEN SENT THEM COPIES WHERE MY BANK Addressed them as the company who took the money out of my account.them I spoke to Roselanen who told me she had access to the company bank account and could assure me that they didn't steal it!

Stay away, I bought a few items, and some of them never arrived, I was told that I will get a refund for the item that did not arrive and I ended up getting charged double and never received the item, when I call them they tell me it's in process and customer service are very rude and disrespectful people that keep talking and don't let you talk, supervisor is never ever available, I called twice total time hour 40 minutes waste of my time and I'm honestly extremely pissed off, I will never ever shop from this company again even if they had 90% off sale

DO NOT SHOP AT SAKS off 5th ( online)
I bought 7 items a week ago ( received only 3 items) all 3 wrong items - the package says my name and address and inside the package. The invoice has someone else's name and order, I called to let them know so I can ship back this order and ask them to send me my items. - Customer service is very rude and not let me talk, she was speaking the whole time and cutting me off

They cannot send my items but they can give me a refund 15 days after I take the wrong items to the USPS store

The rest of my shipment is coming in 10 to 17 days which did not say that when I made the order

-I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was put on hold for 42 minutes and did not get to speak to one because they are extremely busy, I bet a lot of people are complaining about the horrible customer service

I was upset and told them that I want the whole order to be refunded and I do not want any of the other items/but of course customer service told me that cannot because the items are in process even though they're not shipped yet/still in process
My advice is stay away from this horrible company and customer service, however, I've always had good experiences at this store, but will never ever shop online even if they have 90% off

Worst Customer Service

I gave one star because I had to give an overall rating but they deserve 0. I ordered a jacket and for weeks their website said the order was in progress. When I called no one could give me an update on if and when my order would ship. After a few weeks I asked that the order be canceled and they said they would cancel it but never did. This has happened twice and my bank can't cancel the purchase since it wasn't charged but in the meantime the order remains in progress and I cannot get Saks to cancelm it. A supervisor was to call me back but never did. This is the worst customer service. I don't know how they stay in business. I don't want the jacket to show up in 6 months and get charged and not be able to return it. I will never order from them again and I suggest you don't either.

Very bad experience, my black friday purchase was a waste of time and money. Clothings were defect where I had to make a return, they still charged me shipping fee. Customer service can not be found and if you get lucky with their phone number, they barely understand English. I will never buy any thing from Saks Off 5th.

I ordered at saks off fifth during thier Black Friday sale. I ordered a Lanvin hoodie original price, $400 for $99 and an extra 25% off. Ordered the Lanvin sweatpants original price $400 now $99 with and extra 25% off. Ordered a pair of Tom ford sunglasses. Original price, $489 on sale for $179 extra 25% off. In total my 3 purchases came to $303! Great right? I even called customer service to make sure the products were indeed in stock. My size everything. I'm told YES! "IF YOU LIKE, I can put the order in myself" customer service rep says. 3 days later I get an email, your hoodie has been cancelled. Out of stock. I'm like, wtf? I just talked to your customer service rep?! 10 days past, I'm just waiting on my glasses and sweatpants. On my saks account it says shipped like 6 days ago but there's been absolutely no movement on my package. I call customer service who I must admit are very polite and considerate they look up my order and the same results. No movement whatsoever. It hasn't even been sent to the carrier. I will never order from there again. Never had this type of problem with Saks Fifth Avenue but off saks is a joke. I swear, I almost feel like thier warehouse employees are stealing merchandise and acting like they moved these items to be shipped. Buyer beware! Purchase at your own risk!

Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there.

Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.

I placed the order through https://www.saksoff5th.com website. The amount was $133.36. The order was for KARL LAGERFELD PARIS Snakeskin Embossed Leather Slip On Sneakers. I had received two left shoes instead of the right and left pair. Moreover, both of these left shoes were in a defective condition. The defects include broken zippers. The sneakers came in a plastic bag, without original shoe box. I returned these snickers and what was especially frustrating and even offensive that instead of getting a refund, I got a letter stating that the item was not in salable condition.

Clover bracelet

I ordered online the clover bracelet and I must say I am very disappointed and feel like I've been scammed out of $66 for a toy bracelet that looks like it belongs on a doll and they don't make it easy for you to do returns because you have to pay postage and all that crap
