I have been looking for a site that offers a great deal on golf carts as I needed them to be able to ride around my property, which is about 20 acres. I found a great deal on this site and I contacted customer service beforehand to make sure they would be able to ship them in a timely manner. Customer service was very friendly, answered all my questions, and reassured me that the items would get to my home quickly. I ended up purchasing two golf carts from them.
Let me start out by saying that the deals on this site are incredible. At first you think they are too good to be true, but once I placed my order, I actually did receive the golf carts sooner than I expected! They were exactly as advertised and work great. It's been a few months and I have had no problems. I have recommended this site to others and will continue to do so. So thankful to have found them!
It has been over a year and I still do not have the item I ordered and no partial refund either. I get hung up on when I call and want to talk to a manager. The only way they will talk to you is to take and order and make promises they can't deliver. I'm still out $1200. That money set me back and ended up closing doors to my small business that was already at a loss. They ruined my life and my familys life and I hope that one day they will learn the hard way.

We do apologize if you have not received a refund check, but that is not our normal policy for cancellation. I do see you were working with Conor on an in-store credit and it looks like you had rejected his offer for the full in-store credit and would only accept a Check refund with a 30% cancellation fee. Our owner cuts a few personal checks each week. We will see what can be done to expedite the process and get you a check ASAP. Once we have mailed the check we will update you with a photo copy of the refund check and the mailing envelope with postage.
BEWARE! You're better off getting an ATV at half the price off Ebay. Here's my story...
I bought an ATV with monster wheels, all the trimmings and even paid an extra $100 for 10 day shipping. I ordered it July 8 and it came... July 29.
Came on a crate and the guy who brought it by truck was in a hurry and wouldn't wait for me to open it. (Now I know why) Three separate areas on the plastic body were cracked and looked as though someone tried to melt the plastic. I also noticed right away it wasn't moving as well as my friend's son's who BTW, ordered the exact same one 2 months earlier. Called customer service right away and proceeded to tell them what was wrong. They told me to send pictures of the damage and completely disregarded that I paid extra for faster shipping and it came a month later.
Fast forward 1 week, I call to find out what's the story with the body and let them also know that this ATV is damaged! The chain kept falling off wouldn't even go over a simple little hill. Opps, they sent all my info to the wrong place. I CALLED EVERY OTHER WEEK! Even the guy in parts was getting frustrated because they evidentally have to send to their manufacturer. Long story short. I had to have the ATV towed, they won't send me the parts I need to fix this thing because it came broken to begin with. Standing in the mechanics since Sept 1! Garbage company, liars, scammers and just horendous business practice! Gave up and fixing it on my own because my mechanic took mercy on me. $950 piece of $h*T!

My worst nightmare, they lie and only do one thing well, take your money, after sales service does not exist, they hid behind a number of company's GREAT SPORTS INC is one of them, charge for shipping services that you don't get. The item take for ever to be shipped
When received broken, damaged in freight, dead and corroded batterys wires etc. they tell you to put in a claim to a account that does not exist, after two months 30 emails, 10 phone calls put on hold for 20-30 mins. You get Arti a very rude no customer skills, who wastes another three months, of not answering your Emails. Then in the end tells you you don't have a claim, even though you have pictures documents etc.
I apologize for your frustrations. You received a golf cart with a damaged roof. Unfortunately due to lack of notations with the delivery company we could not claim any damages. We have provided you with a copy of the delivery receipt where you noted it was a GOOD delivery. Your mother in law indicated that she could get a replacement roof locally for $300.00 and although we cannot claim the damages we would be willing to entertain giving you some in-store credit as compensation towards a future purchase with our company due to customer satisfaction.

This is a cheater, trash company. I spent a lot of time on calling them and deal with my issue. They never solved any problem. I brought a chopper 125 in 2013. When I got this motorcycle, just realized it is a garbage and unable to start the engine. The headlight is broken. I follow their instruction for parts. Just kidding. Do not believe what they said, they all lie to you.

Your unit is over a year old and it does not appear that there are any notes on you account indicating that you have ever contacted us regarding an issue with your unit. We do have a parts department here to help you troubleshoot your issues and get any replacement parts you need. Honestly to make sure that you have a proper diagnosis at this time I would take the unit to a bike shop and have it checked out. If you can determine what parts need to be replaced my parts guys will be able to get them ordered up for you. saferwholesale.com is giving me the runaround on a 47 Chevy Pickup Golf cart I purchased for my dad so we could drive him around town. I made the purchase 7-30-14 and it was to be 4-6 weeks "typically" is is now 13 weeks and I have been told the last 6 weeks next week-next week -next week and was told last week the 7th for sure. Yesterday I was told it would be Monday for sure and I would have a picture of it by the end of the day. I did not hold my breath. I call again today and now it is Monday for sure.

I ordered a inflatable hot tub and was told they had it in stock. Well this was ordered OCT 6th, 2014 my check cleared my bank the 7th and then I was told allow 10-15 days for tracking, This is still going on and its November 3rd, Great Sports is another name in which shows up as a receipt and it actually says STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS TYPICALLY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED- I have called numerous times and told different things, just Friday Oct 31st I was told it just got picked up from the warehouse and they didn't have a tracking number as of yet... I have never bought anything from this company and not sure I ever will again, Seems when I call no one wants to tell me because its still not here and they cant tell me when because they really don't know. I am a business owner myself and I would make this right for my customer, this is bad business and I am hoping for a good outcome. I spent over $550.00 and it seems like I am just a number not a customer.
Any company who's advertised shipping price is substantially less than the written quoted price should (in my option) be avoided at all costs, they did this with me in an email, (isn't that right Julian?).
They lied to me regarding product payment, the first caller (Julian) informed me they only do e-checks, then a second caller (Scott) contradicted that statement, my alarm bells were ringing when all they talked about was about me making the payment, and nothing about the product!

If your going to lie to your potential customers, get your employees to lie better than they currently do, they really aren't quite up to scratch with the skill of bull******g, oh and while I'm here, get yourself some credit facilities, try Paypal. Well let's see, my golf cart 1 year late delivered to a wrecker company who signed off not knowing the cart was busted all to pieces, so now we have a busted cart same as the last 2 times it was delivered, but the wrecker company signed for it. Repairs to the cart were around 1200 dollars, saferwholesale offered only 600 saying it was signed for by someone other than us! Message me as I am looking into legal action, multiple people will make it a class action and get all of us some of our money back! From the bottom feeding people who run this place!
This customer has received a Custom Golf Cart from us and unfortunately there were damages in shipping. The product was returned to our warehouse for repairs. Currently we are working on replacing the damaged fiber glass body. There is a shipping claim with our carrier and once repaired the customer will be reshipped the product.

Nothing but lies. Bought a pontoon boat was told when I bought it 2-4 weeks, it was four months. When we got our new boat it came with a USED motor and no wiring with it. Was told when we called that all their boats come with used motors. Never heard of such a thing so stupid. We were never told this. Do not buy from these people. Lied over and over to me. Used motor! Esther agreed to purchase a “2014 8.5 x 22 Cruising Pontoon Boat w/ Bimini Top + Steering Console + Rear Bench + 40 HP Outboard Motor” by referencing our website saferwholesale.com. We did deliver the exact product that the customer contracted to purchase. The customer purchased a pontoon boat from our website, that comes standard with a refurbished 40hp engine. We do have an additional drop down tab for ordering the boat with a Brand New Motor, but the prices are respective to the Motor power and quality. This customer did not include any additional purchase of a New Motor and simply purchased the boat with the standard refurbished motor that comes with the purchase at the price she has paid. The new motors we offer for this unit range in price from an additional $1449. 95 for a 2hp 2 stoke up to $5645. 95 for a new 25hp Long Shaft Remote Start Engine. Again the customer did not add this to their purchase, nor were they charged additionally for the purchase of a new engine. Since the customer did not express the option for a New Motor to be included with the purchase she received exactly what was contracted to be delivered from our company. She was charged for the material costs of the boat and a FREE 40hp Refurbished engine was included. Therefore, the customer did not purchase a NEW engine and in fact received what they paid for.

I was delivered damaged product cannot get parts sent to me to replace. Also after sending in payment in full for utv was told no longer had the color I asked had to get comoflouage utv.The utv makes loud noise when turning have not gotten awnser for fixing this also, I would not recommend anyone buying from this company they sell after that no service department and can care less about you.

We purchased a golf cart on July 17,2014. We were told delivery would take about two weeks. It took 42 days and we had to make many calls on our own, despite multiple promises of specific days it would be delivered but wasn't. Due to the poor service they offered to extend our warranty from 12 to 18 months. After just two and a half weeks, the batteries would not keep a charge. They told us to to charge each one individually, which we did (twice). That worked for one day. They next had us take them out and have the volts tested at an auto supply store. We took them to the auto supply store and they said all 6 of the batteries needed to be replaced. The company then offered us a measly $35 per battery. We asked to speak to people higher up the line but they would not do so. Their warranty is worthless. Stay away from this company.
Michael J. F. contacted our parts department on 9/23/14 and provided us with the voltage levels of each of his 6 batteries in the refurbished Fleet car he purchased from our website and was able to prove that he did indeed need replacement batteries. In our Warranty policy listed on our website it clearly indicates that Batteries are never covered under warranty, as you can see in the attached warranty policy. We get replacement batteries in bulk and our price on batteries is $35.00 per battery. Although we can purchase them at our warehouse we are not able to ship batteries in the mail Via federal shipping laws. Therefore, if the customer needs replacement batteries, eventhough they are not covered under warranty, we are offering them compensation for our cost on the batteries. This means we are 100% willing to compensate this customer $210.00 total. The customer was demanding $57.00 per battery and would not accept our offer. We were not willing to negotiate this price with the customer and the customer became very irate. The customer was acting as if this was some sort of Car Sales negotiation, but we simply informed him that in the past we have refunded customer's $35.00 per battery and that is our final offer. If the customer is willing to accept our offer for compensation we will cut a personal check for $210.00 and mail it to the customer immediately. We are willing to work with this customer, but are unwilling to negotiate compensation price as we have already set a precedent with previous customer's.

This is a response to prior complaint. If my review had been read... you would see that I ordered the 300cc Motor trike in March but did receive it until mid-August. So when SaferWholeSale was contacted it was mid Sept... clearly in 1 month window. Just the fact that the review I wrote on September didn't receive a response until Dec. Says it all. Thank God I got rid of trike. Had to sell it for less than half that I paid for it and that doesn't take into account the $1100 had to pay to repair a trike that was ridden a total of 7 times in the first month I owned it.

I do understand your frustrations and can assure you that we are here to assist you anyway possible. You received your unit in July and did not contact our parts department until September 17th. This is 2 months after the product was delivered. Although we cover all parts under warranty for the first 30 days after delivery to ensure that the product is free of manufacturer defects, we only cover "Non-wearable" parts after 30 days. The extended 12 month warranty is for engine only. This ensures that if you experience any defects internally they will replace the engine for you. All of the parts that you had requested after owning the vehicle for 2 months are considered Wearable and therefore are not covered under our warranty. The parts you needed were all parts that can be damaged from improper assembly or just by the riders tenencies. You can burn out a clutch very quickly if you ride the unit a specific way and you can break a belt if it is not tightened correctly. I have included the clause from our terms and conditions page that outlines our warranty policies for you review. If you still need replacement parts please feel free to contact our parts and warranty department at your earliest convenience.

Manufacturer's Defects/Warranty: Although we do not accept returns or grant refunds, we will request the product manufacturer to ship replacement parts for confirmed manufacturer's defects in an item you purchase from us. Items not covered under any warranty include, but are not limited to, batteries and wearable parts (example: brakes, tires, cables). Labor is also not covered under any warranty. The manufacturers of the products we sell generally warrant the products to be free of material defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. I wrote about Saferwholesale about a year ago. I bought a three wheel trike, I had 10 miles on it when it just fall apart. I paid $4,500 for the trike, It sold after 5 months for $1,500. And I was glad to get that. I must have shown the bike to over 100 people. They were alot smarter than me. If your thinking of buying anything from Safer wholesale, think again.

I purchased golf cart august 15,2014, they sent me a cart which has a lot of issues.
A seller said 2011, club car, with a great condition I spent $3000 for it, but
They sent me 2008, and batteries are all dead, and the charger is out of order, the body condition is bad, and having issues below( from a repair shop):
1. Steering and alignment
The front steering issue is caused by a combination of the spindle bushings and kingpins being worn out, and a significant binding in the rack and pinion steering gear. It will need new spindles on each side, new kingpins, and a new rack & pinion steering assembly.
2. Hesitation on acceleration
The MCOR unit is causing the jerky startup.
3. Squealing noise
The brake shoes are completely worn out. You need new shoes and a complete brake service.
4. The battery light on the dash is not working.
The battery light needs to operate for us to run diagnostics and to communicate charging issues to the operator.
I sent this email to saferwholesale and called a lot of times, they keep saying " wait, or this in not my department, my manager is not here yet, and so on..."
I am still waiting their answer, the same time the cart is a repair shop for waiting for their answer...

Seung L. Contacted us first on 09/15/14 to inform us that his Battery Charger was not working and he needed a replacement sent to him. We agreed to send him a replacement Battery Charger and even supplied the customer with a return shipping slip for the defective charger. Indicated on the attached sales receipt is the respective tracking numbers for the returned battery charger and also the replacement sent to the customer. You will see on the sales receipt that a label was provided to the customer to ship his defective battery charger back to us on 09/15/14 and on 09/24/14 we sent a replacement battery charger back to the customer.
This customer agreed to purchase a “Precedent” model club car, which stands for a previously owned fleet car that has been refurbished. The customer was completely aware that he was going to be receiving a used Golf Cart. Upon receiving the cart the customer took it to a local Club Cart service center near him, without our authorization to have the cart completely refurbished with “New” parts. He then forwarded a bill to us for the servicing and expected us to refund him for the cost of the service. We informed him that the parts that he had serviced are not something we cover and we could not reimburse him for the services he had done on his own accord. We informed the customer that we were willing to offer him $100.00 In-Store credit towards a future purchase with our company for customer satisfaction. The customer was unwilling to accept our offer, but the offer still remains on the table for the customer should he agree to accept our compensation. The customer agreed to purchase a “Used” product and had it repaired as a “New” unit. Had the customer purchased a “New” cart from us he would have received exactly that, but since he purchased a “Used” cart we do not accept liability for the repairs done to this unit to make “New”. Attached to this letter is our correspondences with the customer agreeing to a small bit of compensation for any discrepancies they were having.
Seung L. Agreed to purchase a “Club Car Precedent Electric 48v Golf Cart - Green” by referencing our website saferwholesale.com. The customer initially contacted our parts department to diagnose why he was not getting power to the Golf Cart. We were able to diagnose the Charger was defective. We sent the customer a replacement Charger via ups.com # 1ZWE0010P290679308 and it was delivered 9/26/14@1:22pm. Included with this response is the shipment tracking and delivery receipt for the replacement charge that was sent to the customer. The customer also took his Golf Cart to a local dealership to have it looked over thoroughly. He then provided us with an inflated receipt for the labor he had performed and asked for monetary compensation. We informed him that all of the services he had performed were not things we would cover, nor were they part of the refurbishing process. The customer was then offered a $100.00 compensation for any discrepancies he may have had with his order due to customer satisfaction. The customer blatantly refused the compensation offered to him. We informed the customer that we had not authorized the work to be done nor had we approved any compensation for the work he had done. Our warranty policies cover replacement parts, but never does it include labor fees. We have tried to work with this customer and satisfy him, but he has refused everything we have offered.

On sept. 15 I received 2 scooters. After opening 1 box I found parts missing& broken. Same thing with the 2nd. Scooter. After charging the batteries I found 1 scooter did not run. I checked the wiring harness everything was good. Found out the control module was bad. Called the company they said they would contact me about the part. Heard nothing for 2 days. Called the company, and had a knock down drag out conversation with somebody about how I felt they were screwing their customers. Never do business with this company. They don't care about service after the sale.

On aug 27 I ordered dee well pump and paid 399.95 they took the money out of my acct same day said would take 5 days. Receipt says 10-15 Biz days after several call they say can t process order out of stock and would be 30-60 days refund. Then they say 9/17 in store credit like I would buy anything from these people. I have gone 2 month without water and no income. Is there any desent companies out ther anymore. This is sure not one of them

Answer: I am still out $1200 and it has been over a year since I ordered my Facial table for my business. Everytime I call and try to get an answer I get disconnected or people including the managers there are rude and make promises that I will eventually get my refund and to give it up to 90 days. Well it has been well over that and I still don't have my refund or the item that I ordered. BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I believe in Karma and one day they willl get theirs.
