Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.

I purchased two atvs with them only making it where i couldl borrow 2300 dollars and now because they say i missed a payment i am now in debt with them by 4300 dollars asked could i return the item due to neither one running after a couple of days of use for one of them and a day of use for the other one. They have poor customer service so yeah i gave them a 1 should be a 0000 all the way. Do not buy anything from them.

My UTV still doesn't run - 1 mile in 8 months! Arrived with body damage and a bad battery. Called for service and told there's one guy and he works part time! Absolute junk. Out almost $7000 for a 350 pound paperweight. Stay away! Buy local!

I purchased a 13' inflatable boat. I received in Nov of 23. I did not immediately open and inspect because of weather, I unboxed and open later in Feb of 24. After getting it registered here in Texas and after placing all appropriate decals and numbers on it I took it out. Only to find out it was a 10ft boat and not 13ft. Upon notifying safer wholesale the only they said they could do is give me $75 back. Total BS. I WILL NOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. And now probably won't receive the $75. I should have read their BBB rating. 2.8! They got that rating for a reason. And I see why.

I purchased a shower spa and had it installed. On the first night of use, my son closed the door and it shattered completely cutting his foot. I attempted to call and was told to fill out a form and wait three business days. Five days later still have not heard from them. I dont trust this item, it's flimsy and I DO NOT HAVE A SHOWER. The Rep I spoke with said the parts Department is busy, which tells me they sell a lot of faulty items.

Biar, beware this is the worst place to buy anything mechanical have the parts were not delivered no instruction booklets and when we called you had to wait forever online to get somebody and they kept redirecting you it's a third-party seller do not I repeat do not buy from this company. They're horrible and they do not have refunds. We got our steam shower and it had no parts with it and no instructions and then they gave us a hard time Barbie, where

Do not i repeat Do not buy anything from this company... they are a total rip off and don't how they talk to their customers, especially the person who work in parts... he is rude and unprofessional and lies about everything hey say... i didn't even have my Atv for a whole day and the breaks went out and it flipped my daughter off and when I called they gave me the run around and so many words he basically didn't care

First of all, although they are based in the USA, all of their parts come from overseas in China. I had purchased the MSA 4-wheeler and plow in early February and it didn't arrive until almost April. I believe that the only reason it was even delivered was because I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card as they obviously didn't honor their 10-15 day policy of delivery time and I gave them every opportunity to tell me what was going on. I had called multiple times and only ever got the run-around: should be getting tracking soon, parts delay, in warehouse being put together, truck hasn't picked up yet, you name it, for almost two months I heard it.
I wasn't home when it was finally delivered and the driver apparently got the ok to leave the ATV and plow outside of my property, close to the road, with keys "hidden" under the seat, along with the open title and all paperwork.
I had no choice but to withdraw the dispute because the product was technically delivered, although I had not technically accepted it. I would've had to pay for the carrier to take the product back in addition to a refund of - 25% of what I originally paid.
I went to install the plow and realized that there are parts missing. I had to independently special order plates to secure U-bolts for the plow system. Finally, after a handful of rides, without the plow, under 15 mph, I can't get the ATV to stay running. Every time I put the vehicle in reverse, it stalls. I now need to pay my mechanic to make a house call.
My experience with this company has been awful. They are great., attentive, and customer-oriented until they get your form of payment. After that, they couldn't care less. Buyer beware!

Tip for consumers:
Please do not be fooled by their prices (which I have found better deals since). They have videos on the products that they themselves have made, but I have found no customer videos or real reviews on the company or their products.
In addition, I was supposed to get that tracking 10-15 days after the date of order to let me know it was on it's way and had never received it. Even when they hustled to get it to me after realizing that I was disputing the transaction, I still never got tracking.

Products used:
MSA ATV. Product arrived almost two months after my purchase and missed the season to use the plow. I haven't even been able to assemble and attach the plow due to missing parts from the company.

Chinese junk. Sales person Ray calls you back throughout the day until you make a purchase once you purchase one of these Chinese junk scooters you will never be able to talk to him again unless if you're willing to purchase another one when you talk to parts manager John and let him know that your missing pieces on Chinese junk he will tell you to call Amazon and order the parts everyone there is very nasty and does not want bothered with their customers I advise everyone to go elsewhere to purchase scooters buyers beware

RUN RUN RUN. They shipped a damaged golf cart. Broken handles, no power, defective brakes. They asked me to remove the previous review and they would pay for everything to be fixed. Keep in mind this is a NEW golf cart. They received the invoices and ran. I have checked the reviews and they are buying them. FRAUD. Do not work with them.

Absolute trash and total disregard for what they're actually doing. Please look below. The manager seriously told me to F off when I asked to cancel my order that still hadn't been sent after 41 days even though they claimed it was in stock and would be delivered in 2 weeks. Can't imagine why the BBB pulled their support of you.

The reviews before purchase, if I would have read them, I would be $2k better off.

100% Not a true review as we would NEVER state any type of comment to any customer! We allow any customer to cancel an order for any item as long as it is not a custom item, or a special order type item. In those circumstances, we would also typically allow a cancellattion with a fee. Sitejabber, please remove this asap as we cannot verify this person as a customer and we would never ever tell any to "F" off! Ordered Classical RocketTeer Side Car Motorcycle Sidecar Kit on 06/03/2023. It is now 09/01/2023 and no tracking number for shipment. It was to be shipped to our business. It has still not arrived nor have we been giving a shipment tracking number.

When I called to attempt to speak with someone, a woman who refused to give me her name, stated the sidecar already shipped but they didn't have a tracking number and to contact the freight shipping company to get it. I did and of course they informed me that SafterWholesale was given a tracking number upon pickup if any item was actually shipped through them. She was incredibly rude and had an oh well attitude concerning our order, which was not cheap.

Definitely outside of their 4-8 weeks we were told for shipping. We have missed ALL late Summer motorcycle events because it's too late to order from anywhere else and have it arrive on time.

I'll update if they actually ship the sidecar... If not I guess we'll have to get banks and federal fraud division involved due to the amount of money sent to SaferWholesale via their website.

Definitely do not recommend ordering through the company for any reason.

Someone did respond to my Google review stating they would like to rectify the situation however, I strive to be as polite as possible to anyone in the service industry because I know they generally get treated like garbage and was still met with rudeness from their customer service reps on the phone and through online chat.

My son bought us a brand new Terminator golf cart back in April from Safer Wholesale and the charging system won't register right. He has contacted them several times always of getting the new part needed in a few weeks at most. Here it is in September and still several attempts no part. Beware of this company they don't honor there customers and any things that need taken care of. Thank you

Like others, I regret not reading reviews before ordering. You kind of can tell from the very first interaction with them that it's not going to be a straight forward purchase. E.g. When you have to negotiate the shipping charges, which are not available when you order. Then if you need call customer service, they are really rude. I should have followed my gut with them. Just by looking at their website and their pushy sales strategy, you can tell there is something fishy; but I'm just one customer, so don't only take my word for it. A simple google search will save you from a bad experience and potentially losing some money.

Never in all my years of purchasing ATV for my kids have I ever had to deal with poor service like theirs. My husband and I bought a 4 wheelers for my 16 year old daughter. The first day riding it, it tore up and hasn't worked since then. Not knowing they would give me a hard time about parts, and the warranty. How can they sale faulty products to paint customers. Everytime we call we get the run around. This is the absolute worst place to buy from. Never spend your money here, and i could they would get 0 stars.

I ordered a moped in dec. Of 2021 got it 2nd week of January 2022. Front end damage while still in crate. Took pictures and filed a claim. 1st they said it was deleted from their computer.So I sent another set of pictures and filed a 2nd claim. This time I called the company in texas that sold safer the moped. They couldn't help me. I even drove 70miles to safer's warehouse on 3/14/2022 to raise he'll. Don't buy a thing from them let alone a moped

After reading the poor reviews I still went into the showroom. Waited several minutes until the salesman. I think he is a salesman or just gets paid to talk on his phone. When he finally acknowledged me. His answer was " This is what we have " and then made a personal call.
Another customer had to chase him down since he did a houdini a disappeared.
I just decided my two possible purchases wouldn't be here.

I called this company to order a carrier for my quad. They did not care nor did they want to sell me anything. Absolutely the rudest group of people. Nobody cares where it's made when your employees hate the world and everyone in it. I dodged a bullet after reading the reviews. Trust the reviews!

I entered a chat session to see why Instructional Manuals were not available because the amount of temperature the sauna can or cannot produce is important to me.

As you can see the chat person left childish remarks and this is NOT how a company should communicate with potential buyers under no circumstances. I am a contractor and this is how you lose customers on the daily, karma has its way of screwing the owners out of what we are all wanting to create, business referrals and money.

PLEASE fix this issue and better train the kids that are acting as Sales Representatives for your company and Sales Department Team.

I bought 2 mopeds from these people. They shipped them through 3 different freight companies. The third one ended up dropping them on the side of the road to a stranger. These cost 6500. 00. Thet are mow mot willing to stand behind their delivery people or even help me with the address for the police. Very rude.

Did not receive the electric trike bike I ordered. No one would help correct the issue at the company. Wrong color, missing parts, scratched fender and 500 watts vs 1000 as advertised and on receipt. G*******

I was transferred 3 times and left on hold for 30 minutes while they checked to see if they could price match a scooter. Though their website said it was in stock and that they would, they came back and said it was out of stock and that they wouldn't price match it anyhow. I then commented on a tiktok video about my experience. They said I was a liar, and then blocked me. Stay away from these clowns.

Bought a side car, was supposed to be 30 days, 7 months of excuses I finally received it. Was supposed to be made to fit my specific bike, cost me close to $1000 to have frame fabricated to fit safely. Very poor quality and craftsmanship, every weld had to be ground off and rewarded. They're very helpful, courteous and professional til they receive your payment, then it all goes out the window. Salesman wouldn't take my calls, had to have other people call for me then I'd get on the line...

This company takes advantage of people. Purched the wheelchair that says up to 450 lbs. I'm not 5hat big it did not fit me. I filled out ticket never got back to us. Called said they don't do returns and was told I should of read seat size. Iv never bought a chair like this before. I read 450 lbs on there advertisement and thought it would work for me. Buyers beware this business scams people. This hurts me badly I'm on a fixed income and stuck with a chair I can't use. Please read reviews so you don't get scammed by this awful company
