I always get a little cautious when ordering from Aus to the UK (hidden duties/taxes, astronomical shipping) but this was a breeze! So happy with the speedy delivery and excellent customer experience, will for sure be ordering a lot more from Sabo thanks to this. Also the quality of the products is 10/10 - the swimwear in particular is a perfect fit and gorgeous design. Couldn't recommend more.

I've been shopping at SaboSkirt for the past 5 years and I absolutely love them, they are by far my favourite store and go-to brand! The styles are always so unique and gorgeous and the quality is wonderful. The customer care service is so friendly and helpful. I always get nervous buying online because of sizing but their sizing charts are really useful and after a few quick measures I was able to get the right size:)

Easy to order, delivered with no ease, needed to return something and it was an effortless transaction, always love Sabo Skirt, at times the pricing can be steep but I am still rocking some outfits from when they first started online so the quality is there!

The return process is the worst I have seen at any company which is really upsetting because the clothes are so cute but it is so complicated to return compared to competitors. I will most likely not purchase anything again. Returnly is a wonderful platform for returns in case you are looking to implement something on your site.

Such quality clothing, so impressed. I'm obsessed with the fit. I hate buying clothes and they are too small for what size they are supposed to be. Sabo has quality, size perfection and everything is lined where it needs to be!

I received an order that was an XL but I had requested an XXS. I tried to return my item within the 14 day window and whenever I typed in my zip code and Oder number it kept responding with no user found. I would expect a customer service where a buyer can call the merchant.

I realised on a Thursday that I hated my birthday outfit for the weekend and messaged asking what's the chance of me receiving my delivery (from Brisbane to Sydney) by the following day. The customer service rep ensured if I got my order in on time that they'd send it off for me (they'd already done their shipment for the day) and sure enough I had my delivery at 8am the following morning! The quality and design of clothes is phenomenal and I always look forward to ordering from the brand. Definitely my favourite online site - wish there was a shop in Sydney!

I accidentally purchased a necklace thinking it was a bracelet last friday (silly me i know). I sent through an email to SaboSkirt late last night just explaining the situation and questioning whether i can swap this item for another. I woke up this morning to a already have received a reply and a request from paypal had also been sent through requesting the amount owing as i was swapping items. IT WAS JUST SO EASY! Lily was the lovely customer service operator who allowed the situation to be so easily resolved. Great quality clothes & such a great team! :)

This was my first time ordering with your company, so I was unsure of sizing. I purchased xs sizes and was disappointed to see that they were still much too big. So I had to send the products back and the cheapest shipping from Los Angeles was $48 USD. I was so disappointed at how much it cost me to return the products. I do feel that the cloud shirt and short set is very overpriced.

I'm trying to give everything 5 stars but sitejabber has a glitch where it'll only let me select up to FOUR stars, so the stars don't accurately describe my Sabo Skirt experience. I give 5 stars for shopping experience and 5 stars for overall experience. Shopping was good, was easily able to navigate, and nothing was misleading. Shipping was fast. It shipped right away and got to me in America in about 2 weeks. Would definitely shop at Sabo Skirt again.

I received my order within the week and was so happy with all the pieces. Sabo is becoming the perfect ethical staple with compostable packaging and a mix of organic fibres as well as synthetic in their pieces while not sacrificing affordability.

Love all the photos and angles of the clothes, including the videos! Was really helpful to see how the pieces moved. It was also really easy and quick to fill out my info when checking out! Only thing is I would love to see the sunglasses on a model- since they were only $24 I was willing to take the risk but would rather see a pair of sunglasses on someone's face before purchasing!

Love the designs, hated some of the fits. Asked for help returning from the US given the quality of the clothes was so lumpy and received zero help whatsover. Customer service even lied about how much it usually costs to return shipment. They said $20 but when I checked with USPS it cost closer to $60 for my parcel... nearly 40% of the cost of goods I was returning!

I would be fine paying $20 for return if they (1) helped print a return label, and (2) had honest customer service.

Quality of clothes is too risky to buy from US if returns policy is so bad. Great designs but the company is NOT an ecommerce company.

I'm unfortunately between show sizes and therefore purchased 2 sizes. The items were received quickly and the return process was easy, even giving you an option of reason of return of ‘I purchased two sizes' which made me feel less guilty of returning an item. Refund was received in a timely manner.

Super cute clothing but it is somewhat false advertising because the dress was not flattering in the slightest. I am 5'3 and only weigh 115 pounds and this dress was a horrible look on me. Also, I tried returning the dress but they made me pay for shipping which is overseas and it became a way too expensive purchase! Just fyi
