I accidentally purchased a necklace thinking it was a bracelet last friday (silly me i know). I sent through an email to SaboSkirt late last night just explaining the situation and questioning whether i can swap this item for another. I woke up this morning to a already have received a reply and a request from paypal had also been sent through requesting the amount owing as i was swapping items. IT WAS JUST SO EASY! Lily was the lovely customer service operator who allowed the situation to be so easily resolved. Great quality clothes & such a great team! :)
