Sabo Skirt

The item shipped when it said it would, everything was good. Just sad the dress did strap was maybe too thin and broke already. I was excited to wear it this Summer but unfortunately I'll have to find someone how is good at sewing. I'm not confident eve of fixed it won't happen again.

It was good overall, the only difficulty is I live in the US and it's hard to send stuff back if it doesn't fit right. Also not a huge fan of paying for shipping to return when I've spent a lot of money on clothing from you all. I understand why, but it just makes it hard for me to want to order things online. I do it though because I love you guys!

Really love the clothing, the shipping isn't my favorite. I've ordered from other Australian brands before and they get here to the US so much quicker than Sabo as well as the providers they use to deliver are much better at updating than the Australian post. Returns will also cost anywhere from 14-30 dollars if you have to return something from the states. So overall I would definitely order from them again but make sure to get the right size and order well in advance from when you need the items. I do think for how much you spend shopping there Sabo could consider other shipping options

I paid for Express Shipping to get the items before a trip. It showed up greater than 10 days later and the items missed the trip - so much for that expense. I am now burdened with paying for International Shipping back to Sabo with a cost of $200+, despite their 'miss' on the shipping to me and they expect it within 14 days. Completely unreasonable.

Overall, the product quality was OK (a bit cheap and many of the items were completely sheer, despite the product description indicating otherwise).

I have been trying to reach out about submitting a return and no one has gotten back to me, I have now missed my return window because of such. Absolutely horrible Customer Service for anyone purchasing from the US.

This brand is very hit or miss. Pilling on their sweaters, pilling even on natural fabrics dresses they've made. Lots of synthetic materials clothing, thin fabrics, loosely woven stitching. Very glitchy website sometime can't access your Sabo account or view orders. Sometime the website even tells me i don't have an account. Customer services rarely response to your emails unless they have a problem with you and needs to reach out to you about payments.
Not petite friendly. They used to offer few petite sizing, now to accommodates others request, their dresses are longer. I'm 4'8 and most of their clothes runs long in length, not narrow enough for the shoulders, so straps always falls off my shoulders. This is the brand lean towards the younger crowd. Provides something that last you couple seasons or trendy pieces that looks good for the moment. Occasionally they may have a good piece, but most my purchases has not been great.

Would have wanted more from a boutique kind of brand, not overly comfortable materials. If I were to wear this I would only feel good wearing a large tshirt over them as they as see through not flattering unless ur cellulite free and thin.

This was my first time ordering with Sabo Skirt, my particular items arrived in the US in less than a week, items were even better in person if that's possible, particularly impressed with the quality of the material which is sometimes hard to gage with ordering online. Will be ordering again soon!

Item was oversized and had to spent $30 returning it from the US via USPS. I sent it 3 week ago and it still hasn't arrived yet - no option for expedited delivery else the shipping would cost more than the item. Worried I'm not going to get money back even though item was returned labelled 1 day after delivery. Could appreciate some reassurance from Sabo that I can get a refund once item arrives and suggest better returns system for US customers.

EXCELLENT! Love the clothes! Great service! Even when I needed to return one thing the process was sooo easy especially with the digital return code, the communication was great, they let me know where my package was, when they received it, and the process stages of my refund, definitely will be shopping again soon!

Would recommend having a bit more variety in clothing styles

Overall great experience. Almost all products received were as pictured. The biker shorts and oversized tee I was very confused about as I can't see how the cut would fit anyone well but they were on sale and the cost of returning wasn't worth it.

Arrived very fast, free shipping and great packaging. Items were absolutely stunning and quality exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be ordering again, also very affordable. For the quality i would have thought it would be 250!

Filters could be improved to be able to filter by style - i. E. length of sleeves, neckline. Finding outfits that suit certain body types could really help too.

However when i received the dress it fit really nicely, was true to size and loved the colour and style

A few days ago I purchased two items from Sabo Skirt. At first I thought the shipping was quite fast and good however, when I opened my parcel that was a different story... Inside was a dress I didn't even order... I was missing a top... I was eager to find out how good the quality of the clothing was. I was absolutely disappointed. The quality is terrible. Low quality material and even the dress I didn't order that was worth $72 felt horrible and I would not wear it. The other top I ordered was partially see through when near the light on an overcast day... I would definitely not recommend to anyone, save you money because you will regret buying from here. I also am about to find out the returns and after reading the reviews I am hoping to receive a refund because this is terrible.

I've bought multiple times from Sabo at least 2 times per month for the past year 1/2 (I know!) I can't deny how cute there stuff is. I live in the USA so it has always taken long for things to arrive. Longer than any OTHER Australian clothing brand. I purchase 3 items on March 24, that all came out to a little over 150 USD. I get it the pandemic is making this longer and on April 24 I received a package with a stamp that said RECEIVED WITH NO CONTENT. Just an empty bag but listing the items that should be in there. I reached out to them 3 times... through different venues AND... crickets. In the past they have answered me through diff venues as well but not even a curtesy sorry to hear that let me check if we can see anything from our end. So upsetting and I'm extremely disappointed. Lost trust in there company and as cute as there stuff is I just can't risk that again so i won't be buying again. Lost 150 USD and nothing to show for it. :(
