Zara's return policy is unreasonable. Charging $3.95 per return and per individual item if it's for 2-3 different orders, even if customers packaged together in one package to reduce waste and cost for Zara, will still be charged $3.95 for separate order returns. So if you return 3-4 different items from 4 different orders, you will be charged 4 times of $3.95. Which is clear attempt to profit at the expense of their customers and such unfriendly return policy. Zara clothing quality has always been hit or miss.Fabrics are so thin, color not true to what is shown online, stitching unraveling is one of my major issues with Zara clothes. The background noise on Zara's customer service phone line is always so loud that you can hear other people's conversations. Just so many things are unfriendly with this brand

I always been having issues with shipment and delivery every time I order from Ordinary website. But at least I was still able to receive my order. Customer service are hard to reach. Phone line sometime on and off. You can hardly get hold of anyone. This recent experience was the last draw for me. I ordered gifts a week before Christmas in 2022 that's supposed to be arrive before Christmas. Till this day, I still have not receive my order and it's Jan 2023 now. Shipment was just sitting at the origin for days and not being picked up until days later finally moves but since then no updates. Buy this brand from other retailers. I love the products this brand offers, but their customer service sucks, their warehouse fulfillment is nothing compare to other major retailers. They do not have a sense of urgency of customers needs. Plus, sometime you can find cheaper price for the same product at other retailers. I found couple items are priced higher at Ordinary website than other retailers that sells Ordinary.

This brand is very hit or miss. Pilling on their sweaters, pilling even on natural fabrics dresses they've made. Lots of synthetic materials clothing, thin fabrics, loosely woven stitching. Very glitchy website sometime can't access your Sabo account or view orders. Sometime the website even tells me i don't have an account. Customer services rarely response to your emails unless they have a problem with you and needs to reach out to you about payments.
Not petite friendly. They used to offer few petite sizing, now to accommodates others request, their dresses are longer. I'm 4'8 and most of their clothes runs long in length, not narrow enough for the shoulders, so straps always falls off my shoulders. This is the brand lean towards the younger crowd. Provides something that last you couple seasons or trendy pieces that looks good for the moment. Occasionally they may have a good piece, but most my purchases has not been great.
