Sabo Skirt

Sabo skirt is the absolute worst company. They ship items extremely slow from Australia, my item never arrived to me and Sabo did not help me at all so now I lost money. They will never refund you money if you don't like item they will offer you store credit. Beware of this site they are horrible.

Ordered 6 sets, half came damaged. If you write a review under their clothing it magically doesn't show up if it's bad. Customer service doesn't have a number and takes at least a week to answer a single email.

Really impressed with how quick I received my 2 dresses, however I had to return one. The style didn't suit me. The service again was so quick. They processed my refund within a couple of days of it being received.
Quality of items was great, and I'm so picky as a small business owner who sells kids clothing. Happy to return for more purchases

Horrible experience here. Ordered two items which were xxs small. They're not true to size for America petite. Still very large at weird parts of the body like the chest and hips. When I wrote an email if I could get a re try to label it took them over 1.5 weeks to reply. Also, they mention that the return label would cost $14 when I noticed the amount of money that was refunded was incorrectly they said the return labels use to be $14 now they're $30. I'm confusion with the miscommunication they're providing their costumers. I will not be purchasing from here again due to lack of communication and slow shipping process. They should reevaluate their business because this process would cause a lot of upset consumers.

I bought a wicker bag from them, and the black clasp that closes the bag was crooked. It works fine, and it's only noticeable if you know it's there. But they literally glued the button off center...

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and asked me to remove my review in exchange for a new bag. I had read on their site that exchanges were not possible, so initially, I did not think that was an option. So I got my new bag a few days ago -- still crooked. I didn't update my review because I thought it would be pointless. They contacted me again and asked me to remove my review. Anyways, here is proof of the bag I got, which again, has a crooked clasp.

My order arrived within a about 2 days which was amazing since I live in regional SA, usually it takes 4-5 business days. Their website is easy to use, straight forward and customer service has always been quick and efficient in past times.

Beautiful, unique designs with high quality fabric at affordable prices. Shipping is always quick. If on the rare occasion i need to return or exchange an item, the process is super easy. I've never had a bad experience, I've been shopping from Sabo since the beginning and they just keep getting better.

Had never shopped with this company before so was wary however after my first order I spent another $200 with them! My items came almost immediately! The items were packaged so nicely and are all such high quality, will be shopping here again.

This is by far my favorite place to shop online in terms of Australian clothing stores. They are amazing and the products are unique and gorgeous. I have shopped from this website for years and continue to do so. The customer service team is fantastic and very fast to respond. The only down fall is the continuous price hikes which I am willing to pay for the unique items. Some items they carry are similar if not the same as other Aussie websites so just keep an eye out, but sabo skirt carries their own line now which is pretty one of kind (sabo luxe, sabo formal). They also do surprise discount codes which are always good to keep an eye out for if you're trying to save money!

I love Sabo skirt. The quality of clothing is amazing and all pieces are stunning. I love that they offer free shipping on orders over $50 instead for a crazy amount that some people may not be able to get over.

Love how you guys had so many options to choose from and multiple sizes. My experience was very easy and the fast shipping made it even better! Will definitely want to buy more things from Sabo Skirt in the future.

I have never been disappointed with the clothes that were delivered to me by Sabo skirt. Once I did not receive my order, customer service was very responsive and I received a refund promptly. The delivery costs are a bit expensive for me who live in France but all my outfits fit me as indicated in the size guide. The designs are always amazing.

Really good, everything was smooth on the website. Just took a while (ab a month or more) to receive my order in the US. I had no updates on it for the first 2 weeks so was worried but turned out fine.

All of the products were great quality and I will definitely purchase again. The shipping didn't take too long and they kept me update on the process of my shipment. Can't wait to wear these items this spring. Only negative is I received a D necklace instead of a Q for my son.

It was good overall, the only difficulty is I live in the US and it's hard to send stuff back if it doesn't fit right. Also not a huge fan of paying for shipping to return when I've spent a lot of money on clothing from you all. I understand why, but it just makes it hard for me to want to order things online. I do it though because I love you guys!

I found this brand through social media and then became obsessed and obviously it's from Australia because what cute brand isn't from there? Things are definitely pricey but I think the material is great and cut and sew is awesome. Only downside is that since it's coming from Australia, shipping takes awhile (over a few weeks) and if you need to return, cost is on you to send it back to there (especially if you're in the US that's a no go).
