Clothing sizing was too small, which I have experienced before with Sabo.

I really wish the dress I ordered was higher quality.

The custom duties were too expensive, shipping cost was not cheap and the items took a lot of time to arrive but the pieces are beautiful

Returns aren't made easy as I would expect. Other online shopping companies make it much simpler by providing a direct link for returns or including a printed label already with the shipped items.

Filters could be improved to be able to filter by style - i. E. length of sleeves, neckline. Finding outfits that suit certain body types could really help too.

However when i received the dress it fit really nicely, was true to size and loved the colour and style

I have always loved Sabo Skirt for many reasons but the main being how high quality the clothes are and how cute everything is always.

This brand is very hit or miss. Pilling on their sweaters, pilling even on natural fabrics dresses they've made. Lots of synthetic materials clothing, thin fabrics, loosely woven stitching. Very glitchy website sometime can't access your Sabo account or view orders. Sometime the website even tells me i don't have an account. Customer services rarely response to your emails unless they have a problem with you and needs to reach out to you about payments.
Not petite friendly. They used to offer few petite sizing, now to accommodates others request, their dresses are longer. I'm 4'8 and most of their clothes runs long in length, not narrow enough for the shoulders, so straps always falls off my shoulders. This is the brand lean towards the younger crowd. Provides something that last you couple seasons or trendy pieces that looks good for the moment. Occasionally they may have a good piece, but most my purchases has not been great.

Ordering from the US has tons of tradeoffs - long wait times for orders & expensive shipping. I knew this going into it but didn't realize I would be responsible for the shipping expenses for returns as well till I read the fine print. Really hope Sabo follows in the footsteps of other Australian labels like Princess Polly and opens up shop somewhere in the US :) I bought both dresses as potential options for my college graduation and have been recommending Sabo Skirt nonstop to friends for the occasion and the upcoming warm months.
