Sabo Skirt

Website was very easy to navigate. Initially was a little worried about having sunglasses shipped, but they were bubble wrapped three times so they were well protected. Shipping did take a little longer than would have anticipated, but this was an out of country order for me. Very pleased overall!

Great experience. Saw the bikini on their Instagram before the drop and had an alarm set because i wanted to make sure i got the suit bc i loved it so much lol. Everything was seamless! Arrived much quicker than i thought too.

I have done a few orders with Sabo Skirt and love them. They don't often do sales but that is because they start their price points so reasonably which I much prefer. They have original designs and are good quality. Their shipping and returns policy is also great for online shopping with confidence. I definitely recommend them!

Clothes were shipped so fast, and while their price can seem kind of steep for "fast fashion", it is NOT fast fashion. Insanely high quality clothes (ordered white shorts that ended up being lined) and the quality of the knitted goods I purchased was unreal. You can tell someone/some people have put their heart and soul into designing, and see to it that it's carried out flawlessly. I can tell my clothes are going to last a long time, and I've gotten compliments. Absolutely worth it to pay a little bit more for unique, quality clothing versus buying the same thing over and over again because it falls apart. Lastly, I accidentally ordered the wrong size in shorts, immediately emailed them, and got a response back within the hour confirming the size change. I couldn't be happier, I just wanted to rave about how amazing this company is that I emailed them asking about where I could review!

The designs were all very nice and the items were decent quality, although considering the price point, I would have expected better. Don't expect to get what you pay for in terms of quality. Buy it if you like the style. Very quick shipping. Would shop here again despite the slightly unjustifiable price.

I shop here a lot and iv never had an issue ever iv heard some things about not getting refunds or packages getting lost but i returned clothes and got refunded fairly quickly and i had 1 package out of 20 take a very long time but customer service was very helpful

I've always loved Sabo Skirt's style and have wanted to order something for a long time. But the prices kept me from purchasing anything. I finally ordered when I fell in love with the playsuit online. Definitely glad I ordered something else as well, as the playsuit was ill fitting.

Sabo skirt is the absolute worst company. They ship items extremely slow from Australia, my item never arrived to me and Sabo did not help me at all so now I lost money. They will never refund you money if you don't like item they will offer you store credit. Beware of this site they are horrible.

Ordered 6 sets, half came damaged. If you write a review under their clothing it magically doesn't show up if it's bad. Customer service doesn't have a number and takes at least a week to answer a single email.

The clothes are great quality. However, if you need to return from the US, don't expect your money quickly. I made a return over 7 weeks ago and have yet to receive my money back. Their customer service is very difficult to get ahold of and doesn't respond back timely so you wait days on end to get a response. Something I wish I knew before I made multiple purchases.

I ordered a dress for my daughter for her birthday and it took several weeks to get to her and I never got a confirmation email so I never had a confirmation number. They kept asking me for the confirmation number when I wondered where it was but of course I didn't have that then she sent the dress back when she finally received it because she didn't like it and it took many weeks to get $68 back when they charged me $98 something about the dress having to go to Australia or something? If you live in United States, don't use this company. They are terrible.

I kept seeing ads and saw positive reviews so I decided to try and I was honestly disappointed in the quality. The items didn't look like the picture or worth the high amount. (forever21 quality in my opinion) I bought 2 things and the return process as been a true headache. I will never order anything from here again or recommend that you do if you are in the US… 1. You have to pay for your own shipping. 2. If you use their shipping portal, it only tracks to their distribution partner (in The USA) but no tracking to Australia so you have no idea when it will be processed. It's been a month and I finally received a refund BUT for only one of my items. They were packaged in the same box. Customer service emails are slow to respond.

I bought a wicker bag from them, and the black clasp that closes the bag was crooked. It works fine, and it's only noticeable if you know it's there. But they literally glued the button off center...

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and asked me to remove my review in exchange for a new bag. I had read on their site that exchanges were not possible, so initially, I did not think that was an option. So I got my new bag a few days ago -- still crooked. I didn't update my review because I thought it would be pointless. They contacted me again and asked me to remove my review. Anyways, here is proof of the bag I got, which again, has a crooked clasp.

Love the bikini. The dresses did not fit. When trying to return the items for a refund, I attempted to take the small envelope to several shipping options (USPS, UPS, etc) and was quoted $88-95 to make a return to Australia. This is ridiculous and costs nearly as much as the 2 dresses itself. We will give them away. I don't imagine we will gamble on Sabo Skirt in the future unless there is a different return policy provided (e.g. A US location that accepts returns for a reasonable amount, prepaid label, or something else)
