Terrible, first time and the last time I order from them. If you cant handle the number of orders you get, then either hire more people or stop taking that many orders.

I purchased an empty hilt/blade for an electronics project and everything went well until I got my confirmation email. The email said that there was a 9-12 week lead time on my order which is absolutely ridiculous considering that I have also ordered from Ultrasabers and my hilt was shipped less than 24 hours later. Their cancellation policy (which is buried inside the help section, not at all where I thought it would be) said that products that are in stock could not be refunded and pre-order products could. I assumed that the long lead time meant that the hilt that I had gotten was a pre-order since I never saw anything during the ordering process that said otherwise. They didn't even respond to my cancellation request until 2 days later and when they did it turned out that it was apparently in stock so now I am stuck with a hilt coming in a few months that I thought that I was refunded for and I used the money to buy an Ultrasabers hilt instead, so now I am stuck with my money being gone because of the super ambiguous ordering process. Go to Ultrasabers. I don't think that any hilt is worth a 2 month minimum wait time let alone the reported 6 month waits that I have heard about. If SaberForge sees this, please fix your site to make your enormous wait times more obvious and please do a better job laying the return/cancellation policy out for potential customers so that they don't unwittingly fall into the same trap that I have.

We had no issues with purchasing or delivery. The light Saber came within the said delivery window. Only issue now is that my son somehow muted it and we can't figure out how to unmute it.

Don't buy!

Saberforge is a rip off! Ordered a saber in April never got it. When you inquire they say quit emailing us or we'll keep putting you at the end of the list and might not get to you at all. Rip off!

Quality of the Saber is beyond expectations. The hilt is sturdy, and the powder coating is beautiful. Lights are vibrant, and the effects are unreal. Reactivity of movement and rotation are sensitive (In the good way). Overall just great quality.

I can't say that I've had the best experience with lead times, however. I ordered my Saber at the end of April, hoping to have received it by the end of my 5 week quoted lead time for 3 major events I was attending. My order was put on hold for a whole week until someone reached out to me asking a question regarding finish level and powder coating. I would have had no issue with the suggestions, but the entire week that my order had been accepted and placed on hold made it so that I did not have my Saber for any of my three events, and was past its initially quoted lead time. In fact, I waited nearly 10 weeks from start to finish. Very disappointed in how the events occurred.

Tutorial videos are easily accessible to learn how to operate the Saber.

Lastly, when I went to plug in my Saber to charge with the provided Mini USB cable, the plastic coverings around the plug just fell apart, making me use a different cable. Poor quality cable.

Mixed experiences with this company, and although the Saber is of excellent quality, as stated before, I will likely not be a returning customer for my other Saber builds because of inconveniences and ruined events because of untimeliness.

The best saber i've had so far

I already had an older SF Saber from back in the day, but the SF Eco Aprentice with the Xeno Electronics is a massive improvement, i cant describe how fun it is to just twirl your saber around and it turns on due to the movement. Really one of the best purchases i have ever made

I got one to play with my kids. They have cheapos for now but we'll upgrade eventually. Growing up around star wars (og trilogy), a nice, realistic humming lightsaber is like being a kid again.

I am definitely not one to write a bad review, I'm very civil about wait times, order mix ups, I understand and I've pardoned a lot of things in the past. But this place, Oh boy. I ordered my lightsaber June 15th, I follow up emailed once a month every month until this week, October. They said my lightsaber was on hold because I haven't paid in full (As if 300 DOLLARS isn't enough). So they were waiting on ME to pay, without telling me? How was I supposed to know? If I hadn't inquired, it probably would've sat there for a year. They have no customer service skills, NO phone line so you HAVE to email which takes them 5 or 6 says to respond EVERT time, so a conversation can take WEEKS. ITs crazy expensive, and my friend who bought one says there aren't even that durable, just for looks. Go to ultrasabers. I have one of theirs, its nice.

Ok so, I cant tell yall enough how amazing the craftsmanship was on this saber. FAR more detail than all my other sabers and I just love looking at it and holding it. I purchased the Fallen Order MK 2. Its sleek, metal is exquisite, and so on.

Here's where the terrible part comes in. I ordered it on May 6th of 2020, I received it on October 19th of 2020. That is well over 5 months of a wait time which was rather odd and somewhat frustrating. Furthermore, when I ask about the order, I was ignored (email was not responded to).

I completely understand the life of customer service as I am in that field, but they could definitely step up in that way.

I sliced my thumb on the saber 10 sec into using it so I'm not sure if it needs to be sanded on the edges but it's really sharp, a little inconvenient, or dueling, but that's an easy fix since I have the tools for it. It didn't come with a hex key which I'm not sure if it's supposed to but it would be nice if it did.

Overall, if your willing to test your luck on the shipping/wait time/customer service end. TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Aside from their terrible customer service, just received my saber and it came broken because they didn't glue the pieces on properly. So I'll have to reglue all of the plastic handle pieces on myself.

As for first impressions:
- Not as bright as you'd expect
- Allen screws misaligned, so had to create a new thread which was annoying
- Instructions super vague
- Charger not compatible with my countries sockets
- Sounds aren't great, speaker not very good quality and movement detection is poor, and doesn't really align with the movements well at all. Clash detection also pretty garbage.
- Overall build quality subpar for the price I paid

Came out of this feeling ripped off. Would have expected much better for their highest tier saber with all of the extras.

I've ordered from other companies as well, and this was the first saber to arrive, so fingers crossed they turn out much better. They have a better reputation, so I'm hopeful. Wishing I didn't waste my money on Saberforge though. Don't make my mistake.

Ordered 3 saber for the hallowen even after purcshasing the website is totaly quiet and dont give any answer on mail / phone / message of facebook
