Ordered my roll of vinyl on Saturday, got a call confirming the order was correct on Monday because the shipping address and billing address were different, received the roll on Thursday. I couldn't ask for better.
Came super fast with no damage. Website is a little finicky but easy to use and great customer service. I accidentally charged my card 4 times during ordering but they gave me all of my money back. Product was great and super easy to use, I wrapped my hood with it and it went super smooth and looks amazing.
I"m sure the vinyl will be good and the service is good except they use the post office. It's been 10 days and I still don't have my order.
I've ordered a precut tint for a car and have been waiting for over 4 weeks already, the shipping seems to have stuck, they're not picking up their phone and usps has no clue where the item is.

My first order was cancelled upon entering a chat session to change the color and changing my mind and closing out as I was at work. The next order is missing two items. It's a fantastic product maybe I should return and start with a small roll and see how goes from there and order a big order as I did.

I ignored the negative feedback that has been submitted upon discovery of this site. However there's been an issue with my order. I reached out for support and was offered a re-order. I asked for expedited shipping in hopes to make up for lost time. The associate stated that only ground shipping was available. Not sure why Rvinyl chose not to handle the re-order with urgency. I have not received my order, I might have to ask for a refund. Is there anyone in charge of tracking shipments?
Overpriced garbage. Can just buy a roll for less than half the price and cut it to fit. This product was just cut slightly cut down to fit but not an exact fit. Instal went fine. Was able to stretch it on and fit it. Cut it to exact fit and almost immediately wrinkled and peeled up at the edges making them unusable and thrown in the trash.
