From being required to fill out a form just to validate our credit card, to the couple days of processing time, to the lack of faster shipping options, to the vinyl we ordered going out of stock in the few days we were trying to sort out these issues, it just wasn't 't the best experience for our business. Rvinyl charges quite a lot for vinyl and we made the mistake of assuming that high price would at least come with more premium services.

Mariel of all people was extremely kind though. They were easy to speak to and hats off to them for doing the best they could. Mariel made us decide we would come back if we need vinyl again.

Ordered a product that I thought was the right part for my car. It ended up being a sticker that goes over the part in was looking for. I asked for a full refund but was told that they don't do refunds but will do a credit to the store. Basically I got ripped off. SMFH.

Arrive packaged well in clean brand new condition!

Ordered pre-cut window for my wrangler jeep. First, they shorted me the rear hardtop glass tint and gave me two front windshield tints, second all but the front side door windows are cut slightly smaller and let's light through. Emailed about the situation and they came back with "we need photos". I complied and sent them waited and waited, 3 days later and 3 emails out with no response, I decided to try the chat. Got the same individual that told me to send photos and then informed me he could only replace the items or give store credit.? If your product doesn't fit, why would I want the same item or credit for another project that potentially won't fit. I will never use them again.

Simple process! Can't wait to see the results of my new tint!

Website very well managed, the fact that they give the layout of the car I have with the correct tint cut is amazing...shipping is short and they constantly send a email letting me know the process so I won't have to wondering where my product is

I had a good experience a few years ago so i decided to purchase the same exact kit i used on my last truck. This time i didnt receive cuts for all the windows, and the cuts i did recieve didnt fit my windows and i had to cut them myself to fit.

Ordered a small order online,off hours. Decided to change shade of black and contacted them as soon as they opened. (by email as they do not use phones) Was told order cannot be changed. So tried to cancel order. Was told it cannot be canceled as it was "shipped"
Got tracking info 2 days later. It was NOT shipped, just a label made. Got order 2 days later. Asked to return it unopened for refund. Was told no refunds. They go out of their way to make contact impossible ( replies to emails are about 24 hrs later and no phone contact at all) and WILL NOT even try to work with customer. It's all about making a dollar! And keeping it no matter what. They suck!

Rvinyl did not fulfill my order and tried to scam me by asking for a photo of my credit card and driver's license when they already had my money

Was not what i expected. Very poor quality i thought it was like b&i product and not even close

Shopping experience was good but im very disappointed in the quality of the tint. My drivers side window especially. It came already creased in multiple places

Great customer support and speedy response an delivery however quite pricey for the kit. Looking for a discount if I return with more jobs. Would rate 5 stars but the website had error that mislead me into believing the kit came with the necessary tools which it didnt.

Cut the 12' wide black strips to 6" and covered the rocker panels. Looks very nice.Had some problems with bubbles and a little wrinkling but looks good at a distance.

Decent price but it's pretty low quality tint, and I ordered a front windshield and it never came… I'm just scrapping it and getting it done in a professional shop, it's way more expensive but at least you get results

Got the product was wrapped around her tightly wrapped around cardboard roller so I had to stretch them out and in doing so while I was opening them, they already appeared to have a imperfections in them were the film that was on the top of them started peeling off try to work with it. Put these type of things on before the worst product. I was so frustrated I didn't even wanna return them for the money I paid for them I just threw them in the garbage made me feel better.
