I ordered the Woodgrain dash kit for my 4Runner, and expected it to be at least the kit that has the veneer kit pieces that fit over your existing parts to be covered by the dash kit, however, I received the flimsy film, that came with absolutely no diagram, nor instructions whatsoever, and the product was a complete disappointment, especially after spending $130.00! It was cheap material, that was completely useless, and didn't even fit the majority of the parts it claimed, despite that fact that I ordered specifically for my Make, Year and Model...STEER CLEAR, (Literally and figuratively) of any of these products, unless you have $130+ to waste! Complete SCAM!

Easy to find, order, and quick delivery. Even followed up to ensure that I'd received the delivery.

Great service and was able to get the sign decals cut and delivered on time as promised to kept my customer is satisfied.

Super quick shipping the quality of the tint is great, most tint that you get for a lower price is hard to see out off doesn't have great uv protection and the color on the cheap tint is just plain awful and is super hard to work with but Rvinyl knocks it out of the park on every aspect the first truck I used there product on is still going strong after 2 1/2 years of abuse. If your tint cutting skills are below par or have a complicated window shapes I'd recommend rvinyl everytime

I'll never do business with them again. They take your money, send you a wrong or defective product and will not refund or credit you your money back. They can only handle responding to one email a day so it takes forever to communicate. The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Save your money and headaches go somewhere else. And (collet M) if that's your name. You're the worst customer support agent ever you should look for a different line of work. This company doesn't even deserve one star.

I ordered some precut window tint and they just send a small slab of tint not precut but I got with there customer service and it was pretty good they got me what I ordered on the way

This place is a joke! Starting order tint for a 2016 Chevy Cruze in December and after many sets I still have not gotten the correct set. They refuse to refund my money so I just keep ordering set after set. The car has been completed with a set i ordered from a different company in February!

Package arrived quickly but was damaged on both ends from being crushed in delivery.

Received the vinyl I ordered but not the small ticket item, a squeegee. I contacted them and they offered a store credit or a replacement. The invoice was clearly highlighted with pink marker so maybe they were out or someone forgot to include it in my order. We'll see if they come through. Until then, 4 stars. Pretty simple order if you ask me. Will definately think twice next time I'm in need.

BUYERS BEWARE WARNING! If zero stars was possibly that's what I would be giving this company! Ordered a dash kit for my 2021 Escalade sport platinum and the pieces are nowhere close to fitting my trim correctly! As well as half the vinyl pieces arriving damaged! I've been getting the runaround from Mariel for few weeks now, she likes to come up with every excuse not to give me my money back! First it was in I didn't know how to install the product correctly, so then I took the time to install it as a professional would and trim still did not fit correctly! Then proceeded to tell me she can't warranty it out if it's professionally installed! If you order something and it doesn't fit you will not get your money back! Company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! 150$ down the drain!

The film is of good quality and cut perfectly to the shape of my windows. However mine arrived with specs of dust all over the film. I was unable to to successfully clean off the specs that were hard to see and caused my front to windows to bubble all over the film. Make sure you thoroughly clean the film before proceeding.

Product opened and spilled inside of box. Hope I can get a replacement to fix this problem.

The woodgrain kit I ordered for my Lincoln MKC, Burma Padauk Burlwood, states on the site it's dark red. It's very ORANGE! No way this is going in my car! What a disappointment!

Quick and easy to find. Slight delay in website response but overall; good.
