I received my vinyl as ordered but not my added on extra applicator..

I'm received what I'm expecting the person who works at the body shop didn't install yet,but I hope is working properly and can order more for others vehicles at the Body shop.

The tint came bent at the top of my rear window tint causing it to never being able to be shrunk correctly so ended up scrapping the rear one. The side ones came in okay quality just seem bent up a little. For some reason the tint had these bubbles trapped underneath causing me to just scrap it, but while taking it off it was trapped moisture. This was either my error or the tints seeing that I've never seen this on a car before.

So far so good with orderingl I don't know what I'm doing but the product works great and I need practice.

I rarely leave reviews but I have to say, this has been a terrible experience. I've ordered from Rvinyl before without any issues, so this really has me wondering what is going on. I placed my original order for wrap and tint on March 17 to be able to tint my daughters new car before her birthday. I got a notification that it shipped on the 18th, but watched the tracking throughout the week as the order basically sat in Tennessee for 4 or 5 days, until I finally received the partial order 11 days later on March 28. I called customer support the following day, on the 29th, to ask about the rest of the order. She said the original order got lost in shipping, and another order was placed at some point. Because I only received partial order, she would ship again same day. I didn't get an email until April 1 that the order shipped. Now, it's the 3rd and the status shows the label has been created and is waiting for pickup. I highly doubt that I'll get the order by this weekend, when I need to do the work to the car and also wonder if the order will be correct. What is going on that takes so long for material to get picked up and shipped?

My order was for 3 sample colors. 2 of those were correct, but the third was wrong. I was sent the Gloss Metallic Quick Silver instead of the Satin Silver Metallic (which I ordered). Everything else was correct, Thanks

Tabs for the tint are frustrating and useless. The tint came wrinkles. The back side windows tint was to big and had to trim myself. Do yourself a favor and pay someone to put the tint on it will save you time and a headache.

Ordered for a 2017 Audi A6. The rear door panel cutouts did NOT match the layout. The front driver door did not have a cutout for the power seat memory settings. I had to cut the hole myself. The rear doors have huge gaps because the speakers in the door panel are not as big as the cut outs came. Also ended up with 8 extra pieces of vinyl that I have no idea where they go. I spent 30 minutes looking for where they could go and they didn't fit. The edge seal pen would not prime properly. I pushed the applicator in for 2 minutes and it barely got wet after shaking the hell out of it. Would not recommend.

Well I ordered online. And I got my tint. So overall, yes it was very jolly. I like how they have precut tints. And it's easier than trying to handcut tint. So now, I can simplify the steps and get to tinting!

Window tint was not labeled and the film would not separate from tint.

Ok, not sure what I'm getting and quality, also the process for order and processing seems slow. First you get an email "reviewing to see if you qualify for your purchase request." Next email comes 2-3 business days later, confirming my order qualifies and, "rest assured, as a valued customer, we will get your order shipped to you quickly with a confirmation # and tracking number for your order." Following that, received a tracking number same day, but the postal service waited for package to deliver for an additional 2 days. Total, was an okay experience being a first time customer. Quality of the product, for the price point, matches, both being average or what you pay for. When asked if I would order again, maybe, next time I will have to plan in advance, now knowing from date of purchase and product received is about a 10-14 day process. Not the best, not the worst.
