USPS said that they did not have a shipping address and almost returned to sender but I caught it in time before returning

Was surprised I got my order with bad BBB reviews and rating, The problem is their is no other contact with this company other than the chat on website,,,,not sure if this is the R Vinyl I know from the past, that was at all the sign trade shows and Expos. But I got my order with in about a week and it was correct.

As advertised products. Easy customer service and fast shipping. Will continue to use them for my tint needs.

Ever since I saw the 3M 1080 Gloss/ Satin Flip Ghost Pearl, I knew I wanted to wrap my Genesis Coupe with it. I ordered 5ft x 1ft of the 2080 Satin (since 1080 got discontinued, for valid reasons lol.) to test the wrap and to practice. Wrapped my fuel door with ease and it looks better than I could've imagined. Super high quality vinyl and tools. I can't wait to buy more!

From ordering, to handling, to shipping and the final product. It was easy and met my expectations. Ended up coming just in time for a project I needed to complete.

Very dissatisfied with the service since I ordered it on April 2 and it appeared that it would be delivered on April 6 and today is April 8 and I still have not received anything despite having paid an extra insurance cost in case of loss and even then I received an email where they asked me to check if I had already received my order or not yet and I checked no to ask about my order and they only sent me my tracking number again

Always had luck with Rvinyl, however this time it wasn't top notch like I recall. Now this put be due to the fact that it is on a 1982 truck, bit I had to cut over a.25 off each window that was too wide.

Your web site was easy to use and finding what I was looking for was easy.

I ordered samples for a new project. Website does not reflect what they sell since a got a refund after ordering because they do not stock some items I ordered. I received the samples and half do not have any reference numbers to order if I wanted that specific color.
Anyone can make up a website and take your money. This happened to me. Beware!

Placed an order and items that were listed as shipped were not. Contacted customer service via email and problem was resolved. Would have much rather been able to speak to someone rather then rely on back and forth emails. For that reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars

A lighter film between 20 and 5 would be nice to have.

Ordered for my Mercedes. When arrived after what felt like years has product professionally installed and ended up being to short all the way around for tail lights. After install products where used for installation film peeled within 12 hours.
