I ordered on Aug 6th and I still haven't receive the items today on Aug 15th, the tracking number they provided has no updates at all since Aug 7th. I contacted the customer service 2 times and they only said I have to continue wait for it.

We needed a small amount of two films very quickly and Rvinyl got us exactly what we needed fast
Was not real happy with the fitment of the B Pillar pre-cut for my vehicle. Edge overhang made it difficult to get to stick, and the fact you have to line it up stick it down and hope it is in correct place. I have B Pillar pre-cut protection on my other vehicle that are applied with spray solution so you can spray, position, and squeegie on, so much easier.
The extensive product descriptions, large inventory from several manufacturers, good pricing and fast shipping got us up to speed quickly. We appreciated ordering in small sizes for prototype and larger for production.
I was interested in finding replacement pieces for my pillar strip pieces - received vinyl stick-ons.
Rvinyl will only give store credit. They don't sell anything I'm interested in or have any use for.

The quality of the wrap and tint I got was amazing! Very easy to install, or even reinstall if you messed up the first time. The customer service I got from everyone at Rvinyl was great!
I can't speak for the product yet, but I'd buy here again for the customer service alone. The vinyl I ordered was temporarily out of stock. Rather than make me wait for what I paid for they upgraded my purchase to a better quality at no upcharge.
