I had made a purchase in September with Rushorder T's. It did not go well, the quality was bad, the shirt was not true to size (very small) and the no quantity limit was false.
I'm updating my review on this coma y because in the end they made it right. I received a t-shirt, good quality, true to size and they gave me a partial refund on the order.
The work is good! You have to find the right CSR, otherwise you will be frustrated even more.
I chose a shirt that claimed "no minimum quantity" required, NOT TRUE! I had to buy 3. I received the shirts, and they are too small!
The sleeve is barely 14", the sizing chart shows it should be 15.5, the width shows it should be 22" and it is barely 20", the length shows 27 and it is not even 24" long? These have not even been washed, from what I am reading once they are washed, they shrink a lot!
I emailed their customer service about the issue and was pretty much told, sorry about your luck, we don't fix size problems. They did tell me I could order 3 more at 50% off?!?!? I spent $234.00 on 3 shirts that don't fit and a hoodie! Luckily, I ordered the hoodie in an extra-large, it doesn't fit like I would like, but it is do-able. I just won't be able to put it in the dryer.

They have always been great to work with. Francis is super helpful. We order hundreds of shirts multiple times a year and they always on time with a great product.
The website is truly a pleasure to work with and the functionality is a breeze. Really easy to upload your artwork and manipulate it how you want it on the shirt both front and back. The cost was a little high for my budget but customer service went out of their way to make it more cost effective. They were a pleasure to work with and will be back for future purchases.
I guess my only critique is to provide more color options for certain style shirts. I have specific color schemes I need to work with, and I was limited to what I could choose based on that.
I haven't received my shirts as of yet, so I'll leave this at a 4 star for now.

Ordered 2 shirts to see how they would look. Logo and placard was uneven on front and rear logo was blurry. My first time ordering from this bussiness and it is my last.
We ordered quarter zip shirts for our Cross County team and they look absolutely amazing. I also messed up on the order and they were very helpful and understanding. Make sure you check your order status fully where you sign in so that you do not order duplicate orders. Overall very happy with my experience and will order again!

This is most definitely my worst experience with any printer in my 30 year design career.
I have never had such poor quality presented, to a client in my life.
The logo has not been printed horizontally across shirt, but at an angle. Are you kidding me?
Rush Order Tees ( Rushordertees.com) does NOT give a refund. No matter how bad the quality.
What was misleading was their 5 star Ad with Google. Then I find out later. That this was false advertising, as I am reading on this website. I have some friends at google, I will contact them, and make sure that this company can no longer present false advertising.
$350 for 8 shirts, and no refund. That is a lot of money wasted!
They canceled my order because I asked why I never received an email to approve the art work... Worst place ever.
I didn't really read up on the bad reviews like I should have prior to placing an order with this company but sadly, many of these negative reviews resonate with me and my experience with this company. I placed an order for a rush job and the words on the shirts are so small yet their shirts are extremely too big so it just looks blah. Their extra small is huge even for me I've worn xsmall forever and this is the largest xsmall I have ever seen for sure. What really did it for me is one of my designs, my most important one at that, was ordered in red but what I received is definitely an orange color completely ruining my last minute launch event in which the colors are primarily red and black. This orange writing will not match with any of my other red and black merch. Highly disappointed as these were extremely expensive. I asked this company, which does shirt orders in the thousands, to print my one-off unique-image T-shirt. The experience was not without its problems, but the final result was spectacular, and although the experience was a little rough, I doubt that I could have attained a result as good as I did with a less steroidally muscular firm.
The problem I had was with a design flaw in the interface. I ordered a 100 percent cotton shirt. I then selected heather sapphire as the color. That was my big mistake. Because although heather sapphire is listed as a color usable for the 100 percent cotton shirt product, there is a little note near the bottom of the order page that says that heather colors will be 50/50 (cotton-poly).
So when I selected heather sapphire as my color, without any warning at all, my product was converted from a 100 percent cotton shirt to a 50/50 shirt. And the display gave no warning of this. In fact, below my color selection chart there was still a line that said "100 percent cotton" after I made my selection.
I have an allergic reaction to synthetic fabrics like polyester. So when my 50/50 shirt arrived, it was not wearable. I also was not happy with the plastisol ink (which has to be used on polyester shirts), since it has a strong chemical odor. The shirt *looked* fine but it wasn't the shirt I ordered, and it wasn't a shirt I could use.
I chatted with customer support and they said, no problem, we will send you a new shirt. So I asked them to change the color to sapphire instead of heather sapphire, and to make sure it was printed with water soluble ink (not plastisol).
They sent me my new shirt post haste and it was even more perfect than I had imagined. Beautiful colors, merged nicely with the sapphire blue color of the shirt itself.
So I would recommend this vendor; just be careful of the interface, as it still has at least one minor flaw. But if you do get in trouble with your order, my experience shows that this company will take the time to make it right.
I originally had ordered matching shirts for two of my friends that were leaving soon. All was fine until I received my order. Instead of getting an adult size for one of the shirts, I got a youth size. This wasn't going to work so I contacted the seller and they willingly sent a new shirt. When I received this shirt they had "upgraded" me to a different kind of shirt that did NOT match my original shirt at ALL. The lettering on the back was also messy and was not acceptable. Soooooo I emailed them again with this problem and they planned on sending me another one of the "upgraded" shirts instead of the original one that I had ordered because the brand that I had ordered originally couldn't be ordered. The man on the phone was very rude while I was talking to him and forgot to hang up the phone after he was done talking to me. He called me a "$#*!" while talking to his coworkers.
Here we are now a month and a half later and they are making me pay for a whole separate order of two shirts if I want them to even remotely match and at this point I will not have them by the time that my friends leave. Will never be ordering from this company again.

Just working through my 5th email with customer service. Overall poor print quality and cheap ink, I bet they wont last 10 washes. The biggest issue is that some of the garments left their facility with missing print in sections and they felt it was ok. Some logos are also crooked and some not centered. I am now on my second customer service person and the best part is that they don't issue refunds, which means I get more cheaply printed goods, lucky us. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company.
I ordered t-shirts for my business. The shirts themselves were exactly what I ordered, however the print began to come of after 1st wash. They have been washed 3 times now and you can barely read my business name and phone number. These shirts were $35 each. I've reached out 2 times to them with no response. I will never use them again or refer them to anyone. If you want the poorest quality screen printing, and sorry customer service, then order from them.

Ordered 17 cotton tee shirts. Total came out to $533 dollars. Print on shirt was terrible. Looked like they were washed 100 times before they shipped them to me. Tried to resolve via customer service. They told me to send them another 4 dollars per shirt and they'd reship! Why the hell would air pay more money for a terrible product. Lesson learned won't ever order from them again.

I have used Rush Order Tees for the past few years for all of my promotional needs. Everything, and I mean Everything has always been perfect until this last order. There was a small mix up in the printing of the shirt. I am writing this review to say they are great to work with when everything goes right, but when something went wrong, they were even better. They responded so quickly and fixed the issue with out question. The true character of a company is how they handle something and Rush Order Tees handled everything perfect! Thank you so much for making sure I was happy! I would suggest them to anyone! A special thanks to my salesman Steven and customer support team. Great JOB!
The call-outs for the placement of the artwork on the front and the back of the shirt were clear. There is no mention that "With printing being a manual by hand process when it comes to loading the shirts, it's almost impossible to not deviate from the requested measurement." on the Proof.
There is no mention that if the proof calls out a 2.5" drop from the collar seam (in this case, on the front of the shirt), that your chances of getting that placement of the art are 1 in 30... that's what I received. And, that 2/3 of the placements will be at 1.5" from the seam; a 60% margin of error.
Further, there is no mention that if you request a 2" drop from the collar seam (as I approved for the back of the shirt), it may be off by as much as 100% (4").
Having used screen printers and DTG printers for some 30 years, I've never had an order with such deviation from the approved proofs. I could belabor how your excuses are just that, excuses, and not even good ones. But I can see that your company is not going to attempt to stand by your product and any measure of pride in the quality of production. That's a shame, and disappointing. But worse, this kind of short sightedness will cost RushOrderTees my future business.
There is apparently too much emphasis on "Rush", and not on care and quality. This should have been a "teaching moment" for your production team, but just turned out to be a bad customer experience.
They will print almost anything you want but no matter how large of a design you make they will center it too high & to small & after one wash the print is 70% removed.
Sadly a waste of money
I ordered T-shirt's for expedited shipping and each time I called I got a different story on why it was delayed. They do not "rush order" shirts at all. I'd go with a more trusted company.
Just received our order of 1 T shirt, with a photo our son took, placed on front. Beautiful job. Photo is very clear, placement perfect. Customer service is wonderful!
Answer: They are very legit. You should go to them first. And second if the first time doesn't work.
