Terrible customer service. Please save your money and loads of stress and go to the post office. They charge a ridiculous amount of money for you to be on your own anyway.

Please do not use this website it's not legit in any way. It presents like an affiliate of FedEx or the government but it absolutely is not.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Rush my passport is a scam. I was charged 260$ and I tried to go to rush my passport they were closed. I tried to call muilple times. I rush my passport representatives told me to go to post office and sumbit my application. Post office lady said I got scammed by rush my passport. They don't expedite passport. They take your money. And make application look pretty. Post office said rush my passport scams people. Avoid at all cost! You will loose your money

I had important visas in my old passport to I talked to them and they ASSURED me that I would receive my old passport back with the visas included. I also noted on the application that I am a frequent international traveler and was told that I would automatically receive the larger passport with more pages; neither of those things happened and now I will incur hundreds of dollars in expense and inconvenience to resolve the visa issue and there is nothing I can do about the small passport book!

I was worried about sending in the paperwork and my expiring passport - hoping it wouldn't get lost, etc. But RushMyPassport made everything so easy! And they kept me updated all along the way so I never had to wonder if everything was okay. And, I got my new passport within 3 weeks with the regular service! Super happy with the service!

This company is honest and the process was a painless and less expensive experience! And I got my new passport much quicker than I thought I would!

I received excellent service and help from Rush My Passport when I had made an error on the application. They do seem understaffed as far as response, but when contact is made help is instant.

THEY ARE NOT THE ONES THAT EXPEDITE THE PROCESS OR EXPEDITE SHIPPING BOTH TO AND FROM THE PROCESSING FACILITY - ALL OF WHICH YOU PAY SEPARATELY FOR DIRECTLY TO THE US SECRETARY OF STATE AND THE PASSPORT AGENCY ONLY.

This company literally does NOTHING maybe aside from typing in your answers for you to print instead of handwriting it on a DS-11 (or DS-82 for renewal) that is FREE AND EASY TO FIND (online, post office, passport facility) that you have to print out anyway.

Now here's a list of what it does NOT include:
-The form for someone who is divorced (which we found out we needed)
-Instructions to write the mother's maiden name so we had to fill out a new DS-11 anyway when we got to the passport agency (Just saying you're paying a whole lot for nothing, at least you could have clearer instructions)
-Instructions that he emergency contact cannot be someone you travel with (Makes sense, but if they were going to charge for nothing again.)
-The copy of your ID cannot be printed on two separate pages but that the front and back is required on one page
-Does NOT include the passport photo service or fees
-Does NOT include the expediting fees to send the applications faster
-Does NOT include fees to process the application faster
-Does NOT include fees to have your passports shipped overnight back to you
-You still have to go to a passport location in person to complete your signature and provide your ID (and where you pay your real expediting fees to)

Long story short, our County Clerk office said we are one of many people who have fallen for many of these companies out of desperation when, in fact, they have nothing to do with the solution- just taking credit for it. We were advised to report it to our bank for fraud to get our money back.

I paid for the service, waited and kept looking for updates, when I finally got through to some they had done absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time.

The instructions are detailed, customer service is responsive and helpful, and my passport arrived six days before the expected delivery date. This is the third time I have used RushMyPassport and had a great experience each time.

I sent out the documents for my passport on January 30th at USPS and even there they said it was unlikely I'd have it by my trip on March 2nd. I got it on February 9th, so far in advance still lol. Obviously I am a very satisfied costumer!

Paid over $200 to RushMyPassport. The first part was easy. Downloaded the documents, filled in the info, got everything together to mail in the the government. Then I discovered there was no shipping label and NO way to get one. The man at Fed Ex said they have nothing to do with RMP. The post office said they couldn't help. Calling RushMyPassport is a total waste of time. No one answers or returns calls. I'm out over $400!

On December 15th, 2022, my wife and I ordered updated passports. I chose to use Rush My Passport. My wife ordered directly from the Department of State. My wife's passport arrived two weeks before mine. So, In essence, I paid over $200 for a slower response time?!

From my experience, I cannot recommend Rush My Passport. I recommend going directly to the federal government (I can't believe I am saying this).

They simply file the paperwork you provide. Take twenty minutes to figure out what you need to do so the State Department can send you the passport. If your trip to within two weeks, call the State Dept and get an appointment. Your money should be spent on getting your passport. Do not send these guys your money. I missed my trip. Three separate calls with in excess of three hours of holding time. Still no answers as to the delay. The last call ended with the CSR putting me on hold, then disconnecting the call.

Malucia Alfrenard, Solutions Coordinator at the West Palm Beach office offered polite and professional discourse while fixing any and all issues experienced while expediting the renewal process of my passport. Many thanks to Ms. Alfrenard for her quick and concise responses.

This was the worst service I have ever received in 63 years of my life. Waste of money for expedited service, which never happened. Fortunately, I did not wait for this office after waiting almost 5 weeks to deliver and made an urgent appointment with the Houston Passport agency and received my passport in 2 days, and was able to travel to India on March 6.
If I had waited for RushMyPassport to deliver, I would have lost 10K on my India tickets.

My 84 year old mother had the opportunity to go to the Cayman Islands which is her favorite place to go. The trip was in three weeks from when she found out about it. Her passport was expired. We found out about Rush My Passport service but were skeptical. After reading mostly positive reviews we took a chance. We were able to get her passport in less than a week after sending in the package. The customer service was professional and prompt. I highly recommend this service.

Paid 189$ for nothing, gov fees are all separate. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO CALL BACK, Refund form not available online as they claim. To date I am out $210, no contact from RushMyPassport after multiple calls, they have MY ORIGINAL PASSPORT, and I will certainly miss my trip. RUN AWAY. I filed dispute with my card company and the Better Business Bureau. This is a class action lawsuit for deceptive and unfair practices waiting to happen.

There was a terrible error in your instruction on how to print forms. I still am confused about what happened. We received urgent message that passport agency rejected my application because forms not printed properly. ALL forms were printed fit to page as I always do so every word is printed - we were then told by customer service we needed to print them larger??!! That has never happened to me before on any government forms applications.Needless to say that caused extreme anxiety - having to do all over and hope I'd get passport in time ( I did and the card so happy with end results and how customer service responded & helped me and reassured me I'd get in time) BUT customer service also didn't understand urgent email we received and my husband literally helped your representative figure out problem!And no one has ever heard of this large print demand - you MUST include in your initial instructions.This caused us to have to pay $50 more along with all those days of worrying if we solved the problem!!Lastly WAY too long waits on phone for customer service.

I sent my passport in with the correct forms, photo, and money order all approved by USPS prior to sending. I got an email today saying they had lost my 200$ money order and they wanted another one sent and that my photo was over exposed and that I hadn't signed my forms.Talked with someone on the phone for half an hour and nothing is resolved and no promises that it will be. They told me to call back later this week or next week. Not pleased that I'm paying double to get this done quickly and might have to pay it all AGAIN to get my passport back.

Expedition of passport was excellent. However, the call back service needs "dire" improvement. Best to stay on the line and wait for next available, service representative. 5 days passed before I figured that out. Notifications for receiving documents was "stellar!"

I sent my passport directly to the State Department originally and it was returned within 2 wks with a correction. So I decided to use Rush My Passport to expedite the corrected version to meet my departure. They received it the same day I mailed it. RMP took 10 days to "review" the passport and mail it to the state department. RMP charges a hefty fee! Yet the State Department processed it faster than RMP. Don't waste your money! No one "walks it thru"! Have a local passport agent review your documents and FedEx your application to the State Dept yourself!

Cannot believe Fed Ex associates itself with Rush My Passport. I would NEVER recommend this company. I submitted my documents on July 28. My travel dates were Oct 19,2023. I Paid $239.00 in addition to the Fed Ex fee. They had my phone number and email. I started calling in September because my info was not in the system for my passport status. Customer Service told me to call closer to my travel date. I called Oct 2, Still not in the system. Rush My Passport rep told me my packet was going to be in the mail that day. He did not tell me there was a problem. Later that afternoon, I got my ENTIRE application back. They claimed to have reached out to me Aug 3rd. I could not believe it. The letter stated my application expired and that my name change documents were not certified. Yet in my packet was my original CERTIFIED, stamped copy I sent with the application. I was confused. I called them back and a very nice rep helped, but the damage was done. They waited 2 months and sat on my application. And the audacity to tell me the application was expired when they held it. The rep begged me to take the certified copy to verify if it was certified. My original expired passport fell out of my bag. I then went through more drama trying to fill out a lost passport application. The passport agent verified that I had everything,sealed all the documents and I sent it back to Rush My Passport. 3 days later, I was chastised for not submitting a copy of the application and letter of authorization with the seal packet. None of this should have happened. This was all because someone did not know what a CERTIFIED copy looked like. This was horrible service. I spent $2000 on a trip and fees for nothing. I am not going on my trip to Jamaica.
