I worked principally with Zaria Marslin over the phone. She was very patient, helpful, and encouraging as she worked with an 81 year old with Parkinson's disease. I have a speech impediment because of my disease but Zaria was most understanding and helpful. I know she would have worked with 3 other clients for the amount of time she spent with me. I'd hire her in a moment if I needed a customer service rep!
