Felt like I got upsold and, given the time it took, could have easily gone with the less expensive timeframe I had originally selected. It was exactly as advertised, but the person on the phone lead me to believe that I needed to add and extra day - that the day at the beginning and end for shipping and delivery are not included in the estimated times given, so I paid for a faster method and didn't need it. He was wrong about adding two extra day.

I required both a visa for travel to Brazil and a second passport to accommodate my heavy travel schedule and future visa application needs. These were handled in two separate transactions. This service was well worth the money. Everything went smoothly. Stress free. I called the customer service line numerous times. Everyone I spoke with was overly helpful and extremely professional and courteous. This is hard to come by these days, which is the only reason I'm taking the time to write the review. Just a great experience. The only criticism I can provide is that my passport arrived with some of the pages folded creased and bent/banged up. Which seemed weird considering how uptight everyone is about keeping this document in good shape for a period of ten years. I just folded everything back though. All is well. Again. Great service. Saved me a lot of time and effort. Thank you.

The USPS lost a passport that was mailed, I had less than a week to have a new one processed.
