*1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointed with ItsEazy's Service*

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after experiencing a nightmare with ItsEazy. The NOC process for the bike was initiated on April 13,2024, but despite numerous follow-ups, no documents have been produced.

The agent, Ms. Anam, was highly irresponsible and rude. She delayed the file by providing an incorrect registration number for my vehicle. This error was inexcusable and demonstrates a lack of attention to detail.

The operations team, specifically Mr. Vinay, was unprofessional, incapable, and made only excuses without taking any action. It's appalling that such individuals represent ItsEazy. He fails to deliver service he promises.

My experience suggests that ItsEazy operates with a fraudulent business model:

1. Takes payment upfront
2. Ignores calls, texts, and emails
3. Fails to deliver promised services

I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with ItsEazy. Their lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism is alarming.

Pathetic and arrogant service. It has been a month since I've given my documents for a simple HP cancellation. The person assigned responds arrogantly, doesn't answer your calls or number is switched off. You can raise n number of complaints with them but it ll never get resolved. It is better to get local services or do it yourself instead of going with these people. Regret giving my documents with them.

Whenever you search for services on Gogl, this one pops up in the first page on top always! I was a gullible customer wanting for a Marriage certificate. I spoke to the customer care first. They asked me to pay Rs 7000 and said that the marriage certificate would be delivered within a week's time. I gave them all the required documents. This was in March 2023. After a week's time,there was no update and tried calling their number, to no avail. No one responded. I raised a ticket in November 2023 and no action has been taken. When I logged into their website, it stated that my order has been delivered! I have never shared my address with them! How could they deliver it?! The courier details has some date as 1970! I messaged them that I want my money back, but no response. I unnecessarily donated 7000 to these fraudsters.
Be careful, go ahead, if you want to lose money and time! :)

Fraudulent company! Don't get cheated!

Their rep - Jyoti made me pay Rs. 499 and didn't say it is their consulting fees. When I declined to take up their services and asked for a refund, they flat out declined. Don't avail of their services and get cheated.

I have applied for a DL address change via them. They promised that I will receive in 15 days. Its been more than 2 months and they are not responding. Please don't trust them. They are scammers. Use sweet words till you pay money. Once they receive the money they stop contacting you.

This is my worst experience with any company. I paid half the amount (2750/-) for the driving licence and (500/-) for the Pan Card and it's been more than 2.5 months, both of my issues are yet not resolved. The agent (Mrinalini Singh) has stopped responding to my calls and now it seems that my advance payment is lost. They are all scammers here in this company.

I have booked rc service & post that i got call from Ms.Anisha (20 feb 2024) 3 days within 3 days our executive will come to collect documents post that no one have come to collect the documents. After that i have booked complaint for refund complaint ticket ( CTKT*******) and still it's been months i have still not recieved refund. I am doing continue follow up with team & with Ms. ANISHA but all staff behaviour are like government officers sir we have shared your concern and it will resolve soon. But no one have bothered to call & update when it will get refund. Over all worst service.

My driving license expired and I did not notice the date and it was a bit over the 1 year period. I thought i would use itzeazy.com for this purpose esp since i had to do this long distance, as we have moved to Mumbai. I informed them on the first call itself of the circumstances 1) Expiration date 2) Validity date of license 3) I am not in Delhi.
I paid an amount of Rs 3000 only to be told in a few days that i had to do a driving test and would need to be in Delhi. This was something they should have known or checked before charging me.
When i asked for a refund I have had no response from them. While the amount is small, it is ridiculous that they dont follow a process. They should be aware of the rules, requirement etc
Moral of the story - dont pay services like these, dont use touts, DIY :)

Writing a review against the company - Anisha, pooja and even the CEO Himanshu. They DO not have the ability to help you. They only take your money and stop responding to you. Please find better agencies for your needs. You can get the government to do your jobs faster than them. I have lost a lot of money and they have the audacity to say take action - they will not process a refund. Beware. The reviews posted on most platforms seek fake. Look up Linkedin and make an informed choice.

Beware of Itzeazy. This is a fraudulant company full of fraudulant employees. This lady Ankita contacted me and I did full payment and now she stopped responding to my calls. There is no update from their end. All are working from home and you will not find anyone in their office.

I raised for ownership transfer in sept. 22 and so far not received. The customer service also very poor not able to solve the issue even after several call and escalation.
Not showing true professionalism by returning my originals and money.
Worst service had ever faced.

I booked a DL renewal service in April 2023. My DL expired in August 2023. Not a SINGLE thing was done. I ended up doing everything myself, and they are not refunding my money. NEVER use this website for ANYTHING. They are here only to extort money from trusting customers. Also ORIGINAL DL is not required, only a copy which I had already sent these scammers.

Now this is about my experience with ItzEazy. I had requested for ownership transfer for 2 wheeler on 20-May-2019 but the job is not completed till date.

Think twice or thrice or may be thousand times be asking #ItzEazy for any task.

Can you guys think, they took the original RC card and other bike documents and it's with them from past 2 years.

This will happen with you guys too. I've attached some screenshots as a proof too.

And one more thing, If you're thinking why to listen me? That's your decision whether you're gonna listen to we the "Google verified Local Guides" or some other random people or ItzEazy (Who are already cheating the people and doing fraudulent work).

Itzeazy is an incredibly professional company. Rarely have I seen a team of theirs receive this kind of sincere assistance. These guys also prioritise building relationships with their clients. Without any hassle, I registered my used car only 12 days. Regards Shikha

They will take advance payment and will never process your request. No progress on my request for 6 months since I made the advance payment. Their website mentions about Refund policy under FAQs but there is no process to claim the refund.
Their complaint redressal section also says that they will resolve it in less than 24 hours, but its fake and they wont even pick up your calls.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY TAKING THEIR SERVICE.

1. I have assigned NOC and Hypothecation cancellation to Mrs. Pooja.
2. It was done/completed in December 2021.
3. From December 2021 to April 10, I was following for the documents.
4. At last, I received this day (that is April 14,2022).
Finally because of their delay I am paying a huge fine.
So, do not entrust any work to this agency and especially Pooja.

I placed the order for my Bike NOC transfer on 27th of Jun 2023, My order Id is BLRRTNO*******, still the work is not completed it been 52 days and still there is no response from them, support executive are not picking my calls and senior members are also not responding and not providing any solution, I am worried about my original RC which they are not returning now, I am thinking to file a criminal complaint again Itzeazy.

False commitment, then they sent me to the wrong address for marriage registration, no refund, and now no response
