Eight days before my international flight, I notice my passport was expired! I panic!
I reach to this web site "Rush My Passport"
BAD, Worst, Terrible, Bad Mistake I ever made! They send me a bunch of forms and I had to do all the work with out any help from them! But I had to pay them immediately $325.00
I had all the necessary items, like pictures and the immigration forms all done.
This company wanted me to fill more forms and had to go look for a UPS office, they wanted me to get the pictures from them at $30.00 and other additional fees.

I found the US immigration office near me, did my passport in a rush at a less charge. No extra work NO extra charges, they used all the documents I had ready.
Rush My Passport did NOT want to refund my money for a long time and when they did, I only received a small amount!
DO NOT USE their service!
Go to your nearest immigration office, they do a quick service at reasonable price.

I went through this company because they were affiliated with Fed Ex (if I were fed Ex I would distance myself from this company). There was no instructions on where to send my "completed Packet" which was literally a few pages that I could have filled out on my own. My order number is GW-3345C05BD. I am willing to change review with some sort of resolution. I have been on hold for a total of 3 hrs at this point, have left 3 messages and sent 2 emails and have not received a costumer service response.

This was the worst service I have ever received in 63 years of my life. Waste of money for expedited service, which never happened. Fortunately, I did not wait for this office after waiting almost 5 weeks to deliver and made an urgent appointment with the Houston Passport agency and received my passport in 2 days, and was able to travel to India on March 6.
If I had waited for RushMyPassport to deliver, I would have lost 10K on my India tickets.

I paid for my Passport in Jan 2023.
It's now Sept 2023 and I still don't have a Passport

These people are complete Scam artist! Trust me, don't go through them! And also, once you pay them… you still have to go to an Acceptance Agent, and they are going to charge you the actual price for the Passport. And it's the Acceptance Agent the one that's going to send off for your Passport. You can go to a Clerk of Court or a USPS office.

They Clerk of Court told me "Why did you pay Rush My Passport? You still have to come through us to get your Passport. They are a scam"

And now, Rush My Passport is refusing to give me back my money $166.00

I sended my application for Renewal in 06/29/2021 and received my old passport in 11/03/2021, but the new passport not received, so I canceled with my credit card the payment of $171.95, and they still not sending my new passport, and cero communication are all, I lost those passports.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Rush my passport is a scam. I was charged 260$ and I tried to go to rush my passport they were closed. I tried to call muilple times. I rush my passport representatives told me to go to post office and sumbit my application. Post office lady said I got scammed by rush my passport. They don't expedite passport. They take your money. And make application look pretty. Post office said rush my passport scams people. Avoid at all cost! You will loose your money

My wife and I went to fex-ex and a person helped us through the process. It was not until we had paid and completed the application process that I learned we had to find a post office to complete the process. NO POST OFFICE HAD AVAILABLE TIMES because they were all booked out for months. There was one we could stand in line for and we did that, for 5 hours! When we got in we were informed that Rushmypassport is a scam because you need a letter of authorization which rushmypassport does not provide. So the post office turned us away. We went to another post office and the lady said they are booked out for months but even if she processed us now, with no letter of authorization she could not help. We had to cancel our plans. I'm still trying to get a refund from these *******!

Paid 189$ for nothing, gov fees are all separate. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO CALL BACK, Refund form not available online as they claim. To date I am out $210, no contact from RushMyPassport after multiple calls, they have MY ORIGINAL PASSPORT, and I will certainly miss my trip. RUN AWAY. I filed dispute with my card company and the Better Business Bureau. This is a class action lawsuit for deceptive and unfair practices waiting to happen.

You are basically pay them to do the legwork for you:) You are paying someone to hand-deliver your paperwork! I found out about a trip out of the country TWO AND A HALF MONTHS before hand! I tried trush my passport and their customer service was really helpful. It was easy to print off the documents and they tell you exactly what you need! You basically put in your information and it automatically fills out the document completely for you. You only have to sign it. It also gives you step-by-step directions on how to prep the paperwork. When I called in the wait was not that long maybe 45 minutes to an hour and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful when I called back a second time the wait was a longer maybe twice as long but the second person was extremely helpful, the hardest part is finding an agency! Do with that btw) The rush my passport CS person literally went through maybe 10 sites that were all booked months out. She then gave me two that I had to actually call myself and luckily one of the sites was having a first come first serve workshop on a Saturday. I filled out all of my information and got it prep for that Saturday went to the agency and then mailed off it myself later that day. The courier had my documents on Monday. I received an email on that Friday stating my passport was on its way! It literally took 8 to 10 days for me. I would recommend this to anyone you do have to pay but sometimes it's just our situations but they make it super easy! Best of luck to you all!

Please do not use this website it's not legit in any way. It presents like an affiliate of FedEx or the government but it absolutely is not.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I sent in my ORIGINAL SEALED Certificate of Naturalization along with my application. I filled out the wrong application and had my paperwork returned for that reason. They sent back EVERYTHING except for my ORIGINAL Certificate of Naturalization - which costs $555 to replace! I contacted them by chat (because NONE OF THE PHONE NUMBERS GO TO A LIVE PEZRSON) and was told that IF they find it, they will return it to me! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! These people are NOT customer focused! They lie and do NOT take responsibility! Their service is set up for anonymity! GOOD LUCK trying to get ANY issue resolved! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

I had important visas in my old passport to I talked to them and they ASSURED me that I would receive my old passport back with the visas included. I also noted on the application that I am a frequent international traveler and was told that I would automatically receive the larger passport with more pages; neither of those things happened and now I will incur hundreds of dollars in expense and inconvenience to resolve the visa issue and there is nothing I can do about the small passport book!

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Their customer service department does not care and they steal your money. It's a waste of time when you can go to the post office for cheaper and better service. Like they really try to get you. The customer service agents are ignorant, the first female I talked to hung up on me. Leave this place alone and I will proceed to really tell the truth about their service which seems to be a problem for them to do. People have to work to make money just like y'all and stealing and finessing people is not the way. That bad energy comes back to y'all more than y'all can imagine.

This company is a SCAM and a POS. I paid my money and went through their process but then I learned that I had to take my application to the post office, but post office couldn't help because I had to make an appt. With the passport person and appointments were booked out for months.

I paid over $450 in total for the most expedited service possible and passport renewal fees, that was supposed to get me my passport in 6 weeks. No one at the Fedex office I went to was familiar with the process, and my status updates were telling me things that we not true. It said it was delivered, and it was not. I talked to many people (after struggling to not talk to a recording), and no one could tell me where it was and why it would say it was delivered. I could not get a tracking number, and found out from the Dept. of State that there is actually no special service to guarantee getting it in less than the 12 weeks that is offered by the Dept. of State. After paying hundreds in extra fees, there is nothing they are doing for that money, and I am still without a passport... 7+ weeks later. According to the people I spoke with, "it is out of their hands" and I have to talk directly to the Dept. of State. In short, nothing they can do for you for all the extra money spent. Just go directly through the Dept. of State and save your money!

Terrible customer service. Please save your money and loads of stress and go to the post office. They charge a ridiculous amount of money for you to be on your own anyway.

My documents were received on 3/4 by Rush my passport and not received by the US Department of State until 3/16 because THEY ARE UNABLE TO FED EX THE DOCUMENTS, they must send them regular mail! This company is supported by FED EX and no where on there web site does it say this. I expedited my service for $250.00 when infact, I could have done this myself. After numerous phone calls I was advised to make an appointment to walk in to a local office. The closest office to me is in Atlanta, 5 hours away, with no available appointments. The only other office is Miami, which is a plane ride away as I am in Charleston, SC. Traveling April 9th with no resolution to this matter, just a wasted $250.00
