I ordered the wrong color of rug. I returned it right away. I am still waiting for my refund. I think I have called about it 3 times now. As I said previously, I am still waiting. I finally received the refund on my account 7/29/21.

Shipping took much longer than expected (though I do understand with the pandemic) and the colors of the rug are slightly different than pictured. I'm still happy with my purchase, just wanted to share.

Shopping on Rugs USA is very easy but the rug I purchased was not what I expected. The photos showed the rug having a 1/2 inch pile and our rug definitely did not. We have now returned it because it was not at all the quality we were expecting. Very disappointed. Also the cost to return it was high but, since we are so dissatisfied with the rug, we would rather get some money back. I will not be ordering from Rugs USA again.

I enjoy the design of the rug and it is soft. It sadly despite following instructions will not fluff up like a normal rug. The tufting is in rows spaced a bit too far apart to brush into a flat fluffy surface so it looks a bit awkward/cheap and not very shag. I won't return it because of how large it is, it would well enough, but it is much thinner than I had hoped.

I've order many rugs and have been happy with them
Received rug very quickly but was not what I was expecting. The color was completely different from the picture. I expected some difference of course from what's on the computer verses in person but the main color of the rug was almost completely missing. I ordered a rug that was mainly orange with hints of blue and yellow but instead it was the other way around.
Even though the rug wasn't as expected and returned the customer service was excellent in helping me with my return.

Love the rug it goes perfect in my living room, but it does shed a lot as though I have a pet. I gave it a really good vacuum which helped a bit.
