Looking for new rugs for the living room and entry way. Store shopping was not working out. Looked at Rugs.com. Chose several selections, eventually ruling out 4 of 5 selections. I like the fact you can upload a photo to see what the rug would look like in your own setting. The rugs and pad chosen were on sale (bonus). Ordered two rugs and they were both here in a weeks time from placing the order. Packaging sufficient and rugs in perfect condition. Great experience all the way around.

I ordered a 6 ft ROUND rug, it shipped in a decent amount of time. When I received it I noticed it was folded flat instead of wrapped around a cardboard cylinder in the center. This has caused the rug to have deep folds and it will not lay flat. I've tried ironing and even shampooing to get it to lay flat. Very exasperating

It came on time just like they promised. I love the rug & the colors. It was large than I expected but that was my fault for not measuring the size I needed. It will take time to get use to it b cause it is so much larger than the one I had down. I will definitely order again!
