Ordering this rug was very easy. The hard part was choosing the pattern and the coloring. It arrived very well packaged without any damage. I laid it out today and it is ready to be laid where I will be using it. I must say the pattern and colors exactly matched with what I ordered.

The process was easy, just making a decision was the hard part. They left the rug by my garage door and never rang the bell.

Used their little "see how it looks" app in the browser. The rugs looked EXACTLY the way it showed. It worked perfectly, very pleased!

I ordered what looked like the perfect fit for our Airbnb. Having never used Rugs.com before I was not sure about the quality and delivery. Both were perfect! Rich beautiful colors, appears well made. I was surprised that the pads arrived later than the rugs, shipped through a different provider. When I expressed concern that the pad did not arrive, Rugs.com responded quickly.

I ordered my rug on Monday. The website states a two day delivery and the rug is now in transit to be delivered on Friday. I have furniture coming on Friday to be placed on this rug. I will now have to reschedule the furniture delivery. This should have been out for delivery on Thursday if the delivery time is 2 days.
