So many wonderful options. Great prices. Love the view in your room feature.
I like the closeup photos of the texture and height of the rug selections. I want to make sure that the rugs are not made up of loops. My strong Dyson pulls up the loops in other rugs and makes runs in new rugs. I won't buy that type of weave again in my rug selections.
I knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it. I love the colors in the runners that I chose and the quality is great.
So far so good. Will let you know after delivery. Will complete review if deliver goes as advertised. Great looking carpet. Will also update on quality.
Finding and buying was easy, I'm hoping the quality is decent.
I needed a 12'x16', a 3'x5' and a 12' runner. I was able to get all 3 in the same design! Perfect for our new home after our old one went up in flames from the Smokehouse Creek Wildfire in the Texas panhandle. Thank you RUGS.COM for making it stress free. I will be back to shop for bedroom rugs.
Website was good. Hope rugs are. Survey is not friendly
This site has a lot of inventory to choose from at very reasonable prices. I'm looking forward to receiving my rug that I ordered for my bedroom.
Great to be able to view rugs in my actual room! Nice choices and good customer service!
I could not get the order to go through TWO times prior, I sent an email and all they did was tell me to call,
Not having the right country flag? WTF does that have to do with it and why don't you recognize the address I have completed?
I will probably not order ever again
Very easy hope product is as great and the shopping!
I am so disappointed. The rug is two yes two feet shorter than what I ordered. Right now we laid it out and there is so much of the hallway not covered. I got out the measuring tape it shows 14 feet. It was suppose to be 16feet NOT 14 feet
The service was great.
But the pad was not 4'x6'. It was an inch short in length and 2 inches short in width. And a little thinner than what I expected. The size was what upset me though.
Shopped with them before…easy to find my previous purchases! Third on is on its way!
I was able to use the See it in your room setting on the website and it helped me determine exactly what would be the best rug for the place I needed it.
Haven't gotten the delivery yet but the online experience was pretty smooth. It did take 2 days to place the order because the site wouldn't let me add my phone number. Other than that, the app was superb!
There were so many rugs to choose from but we finally decided on the
Ivory blossom rug. Our living room is very boring so this rug will brighten it up.
Answer: Impossible to return! They don't provide a return lable you have to call. I called twice staying on hold 20min and again for over 40 min before I hung up. Tried email twice, still here with no response after 3 weeks! Stay away from them!
Answer: eSaleRugs.com sells the rugs that I purchased from Rugs.com for much less money and they were delivered even faster. I will not be doing business with Rugs.com anymore due to inability to contact customer service unless you hang on the phone on hold for more than an hour. Rugs.com has lost another loyal customer.
Answer: Please may I have your email used when you made the purchase or order ID I will locate your order.

Answer: Hello Mary! Our apologies for the delayed response (we don't get many inquiries on this platform). Typically the rug will lay flat within 1-2 weeks on it's own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend the following these 4 steps: Step 1 Try back-rolling the carpet. To do so, unroll the carpet and then roll it again, this time rolling it in the opposite direction. Let the rolled carpet sit for a day or two and then unroll it again. Step 2 Place a piece of furniture or a stack of heavy books on the creases for a few days to flatten them out using weight. If the corners of the rug are curling, curl them backward, flatten them back out and place weights in just the corners of the rug. Step 3 If your rug still won't lie flat, apply some heat to it. Spread the rug over a clean concrete or asphalt slab such as your driveway on a sunny day. It's best to do this in the afternoon on a warm day, giving the surface time to absorb the sun's heat all morning. Usually, one or two hours in the sun is enough to release wrinkles and creases. If you don't have a large enough patch of sun, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to heat up the creases of the rug and release them. Always hold the hair dryer 6 to 9 inches away from the rug and use a sweeping motion. It's possible to melt rug fibers, so use a low or medium heat setting and keep the hair dryer moving back and forth at all times. Step 4 Tape it down. Double-sided carpet tape is available in furniture and home improvement stores. Apply this tape to the back of your rug; then remove the paper covering the adhesive and smooth the rug over the floor. Press the tape down firmly, smoothing it as you go. Carpet tape works on hard floors and on existing wall-to-wall carpet, holding your rug in place to flatten existing creases and eliminate new ones.
