I am a "Rug-a-holic" 😂 & have bought many rugs through Rugs.com. I love this Rug...but...its not one of the best I've received. It was not cut properly to size & if I may add, please roll the rugs no matter what their made of or the backing. There is a crease in it that may not come out. I would have turned it and put under the bed...but...the sewing on the edge was not done nicely. So I had to decide which of the 2 evils I would show.
So even though I love it, it's not one of your best rugs 😏.
Any suggestions on how to remove the wrinkles would be appreciated. Thank you.

It took me quite a while to figure out that you wanted me to put a +1 at the beginning of my phone number. The example in the box just showed a 10 digit phone number without a country code. I entered my 10 digit phone number multiple times and kept getting a "Invalid phone number" message. This is poor design and sloppy thinking on the part of your programmers. I finally guessed that the country code was needed and the order went through. Hopefully the rug will be good. So far you are off to a bad start.
I have recently begun to remodel the rooms in my house. The rugs I ordered came quickly and well wrapped. The rug pads are a good quality, and I would recommend. The rug for room 1 is very soft and has beautiful colors. I really like that the folds and creases worked out quickly and the rug lays flat. The rug for room 2 is equally nice but I ordered the wrong size. I am glad Rugs.com has free returns and I just shipped it back today. Hoping the refund will be handled shortly. I have ordered a new rug in a different size and different make due to the fact the original rug didn't come in the size I needed. I will be ordering another rug in the coming weeks. You have a very wide selection. I would encourage buyers to read the descriptions carefully and look closely at all photos. Sometimes there are colors that you don't want in your pattern and beiges and greys are sometimes hard to discern.
The rugs live up to the quality advertised. I have purchased their rugs in 2 different residences, maybe 3.
If you have any problems they are great in customer support.
