I purchased a 6' x 9' rug last Christmas as a gift. Wanted to add a runner of the same type, but had difficulty navigating the website, so I called the customer service number. Mark helped me locate the runner rug, gave me an SKU # and I was able to complete the order. Nice to have a human assist in a problem.
