Easy to shop and I liked all the different sizes of rugs available.

Ordered a runner and everything went smoothly. It looks like it should work nicely!

Easy to place oder on phone. Concerned about putting credit card on phone, however, they said it is secure.

Too many rugs have the same name. The website is clunky and not intuitive. One must keep logging back in to see cart and favorites. Also, though the website offers the ability to send to a friend, it does not do so.
The selection is very nice and the rugs are extremely well priced.

It was a little difficult but I finally got it done!
It was probably my hard time using on line things.

We have purchased multiple rugs from rugs. Com. We have 2 golden retrievers and we love the quality of these rugs but with the Virginia clay and 2 dogs these rugs are also affordable and fashionable so no one knows you got them at a discount. We will continue to be a client for years to come.

Saw this om Facebook and decided to look for the site on my computer. I was so happy to find such a huge selection of rigs and carpets. Fond the one I truly liked. It was just what I had in mind. The checkout was very easy.

Found just what I wanted for an awesome price and was able to visualize it with the ability to upload a picture and place the rug there. Easy to surf the website, found what I wanted right away, item was on sale and was available in the color and size I wanted.

I ordered 2 rugs one I believe was 3x5 the other 2x3. I ordered the wrong size on one. Wanted the 3x5 but needed a 4x6. So I ordered another 4x6 was hoping I could delete the 2x3 before it is shipped. Do you have a phone number I could call you at?
