I've purchased a number of rugs here and always have been satisfied with the selection, the prices, the service, and the quality of the rugs. What's not to like!
I would have preferred it if the pile height and listed color where in a higher area of the screen. Something about your filters is off, if I for example selected 6x9 which also selected 7xsomething then used the sliders to narrow in the size I was getting crazy results.

I have been looking for an outdoor rug. I went to an outdoor birthday party and saw the host's rug and asked where she got it from. Of course she said Rugs.com. I went on your site and had the hardest time choosing which rug I wanted. My experience has been difficult only because there are so many to choose from. After making my choice, it was smooth sailing.
I ordered two large shag area rugs a few months ago, and the quality and feeling underfoot was great. They were definitely upscale rugs at an extremely good price. Just ordered two runners... looking forward to another great experience! Love all the multiple photos of each rug, they really help make the selection.
Bought a rug no problem. Went back to order the pad for under it and payment never processed after waiting for 15 minutes I gave up and tried the next day. Same issue again. Finally changed payment methods and it worked. But the discount that was supposed to apply to the item in cart never was discounted off the purchase price. The only good thing thus far, is that they have rugs in stock.

So I was scouting around for inexpensive rugs to fit specific sized spaces and Home Depot was not cutting it. Rugs.com come popped up with many options. I really liked the ability to upload pictures of my spaces to try out different colors and patterns of rugs. Here's my drawback, when trying to see what looked right in my entry hall, the computer couldn't figure out how to optimize the space regardless of which angle of photo I uploaded. Ultimately I bought from the site. This review is based solely on the web interface. I know nothing about the quality of rugs I purchased.

Quick easy, glad I can take a picture to see it in my room with color. 2nd rug from them. Great quality. Just changing up the color. Shag rug is comfortable enough to lay on the floor even without a pad under it. My children love it!
