THIS COMPANY IS BULLYING ME - DROPPED THE BALL ON A RETURN AND IS NOW EXTORTING ME. They refuse to provide anything to return the item in, took 3 days to get back to me, told me they did not have electric, and now I am supposed to be screwed with this horrible carpet. STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNETHICAL PEOPLE
I was mostly satisfied with my rugs, especially for the price, but I had a horrible thing happen and wanted to share to spare anyone from the same mistake. I spilled water on my rug and when I pulled it up to mop up the spill I saw a FedEx sticker stuck to the back. I pulled it off and most of the carpet fibers came off with the sticker. Leaving a 4"x4" very thin spot in a prominent part of the rug. Very upsetting! So your choice is to leave the sticker and risk the glue eventually breaking down and making a gooey stain, or risk removing all the carpet fibers as you peel the tag off.
I ordered five matching rugs. Upon arrival, two of them had errors in the printing of their pattern, which I decided to ignore in order to avoid the hassle of returning (I didn't notice the pattern problem at first and had already thrown away the packaging). The problem is that one edge of each of the carpets was rolled. I thought it would flatten over time but it none of them did. These rolled edges began to fray. I reached out to customer service 5 days after the 30 day free return window to let them know their products are defective and poor quality. Rugs.com does not stand behind their product. They are charging a restocking fee for rugs that need to go in the trash can and also requiring me to pay return shipping. I could understand if I'd had these 6 months, but not 35 days. We have no pets and no young children that could have ruined the rugs - it's just a bad quality issue matched with terrible customer service.
I wasn't able to load all my photos due to limit with photo size. But I added a couple. The problem is, once the fraying starts it will just keep going. There should be zero fraying after just four weeks on the floors.
Have not received product and asked to cancel and they refuse. They charged me for something I have never received. Won't be ordering from them again.
I ordered three rugs and pads from rugs.com. When I received them, the rugs were cheap looking, so I wanted to sent them back. Had no problem getting the labels. They told me to keep the rug pad and they would reimburse me for it. Took a few days and they received all three rugs back. But didn't give me the correct amount back for the three rugs plus tax. I emailed them. They told me they did give me the refund. I did all the math for them and showed them they owed me almost $20 more. With the rug pad it's a little over $36 they owe me. Still waiting on a response from them. So tired of going back and forth with this company. Evidently they haven't taken math class for simple addition. I will never order from this company again.
Ordered expedited two day shipping for a purchase. They said two business days. I ordered late Wednesday early Thursday. Rug didn't get here as of yet and it is Sunday. This service did not provide as advertised. Chatted with their customer service who was rude and kept sending snippets back in response to questions. The phone wasn't any better. Usually companies give back funds for poor services. This one was not the case. Super upset about it.
I ordered two rugs, only one came but the tracking said they were together. The rug came shrink wrapped, very tightly. There is no possible way they could ever fit two rugs in the plastic. They know they didn't send the second rug and even after photos they refuse to send the rug or refund me. I filed a claim with my credit card and that's not fair to them at all. Bad company.
Can soaking wet and stinking cold f mold and mildew. Customer service is in India and beyond unhelpful as they're contracted and don't care. Received an insulting offer of $50 which is less than half the cost of cleaning it. They tried getting me to clean it at my own expense after having paid $599 for the rug. Rugs then refused to pick up the rug and forced me to package it myself and send it exposing myself to the mold. A bad business with horrible customer service. Buy at your own risk
I ordered a rug from Rugs.com and received notification from them that my package was delivered to my front porch via FedEx. The package didn't show up after a few days and there were no signs of a FedEx delivery to my home on my security camera footage for the entire week. When I reached out to Rugs.com, I was told that I had entered my shipping info incorrectly and the package was delivered to another address. The address they claim I gave is not even a valid mailing address. Additionally, the "proof of delivery" doesn't show any information as to what address the package was delivered to. Rugs.com said that if I still want the rug that I needed to go to this imaginary address and retrieve it myself. They then reiterated that there was nothing else they could or would do for me. Meanwhile, FedEx cannot find any information about where the package was actually delivered. I then looked up Rugs.com on the Better Business Bureau's website, where they are given an "F" rating (photo attached) due to having over 200+ complaints logged against them, many of them unanswered and unresolved.
Simple and easy! I'm working with a tight budget after purchasing my first home. I'm thrilled Affirm will give me a little flexibility in order to buy all the items I need to make my house a home!
I so appreciate the ability to load a pic of my room and then see different rugs, that was a game changer for me. I was able to find THE perfect rug with confidence.
I chatted with Stephen about a return. He was rude and condescending. He needs to be in a line of work other than customer service. He has no people skills whatsoever.
Ok on-line purchase. I hope I selected the color I wanted.
Buying a rug on rug.com is easier than shopping on Amazon. I found exactly what I needed and the purchase process was a breeze.
Ordered outdoor beautiful (equivalent to Olefin) 10x13 rug at amazing price (under $400) with free shipping. We'll see how long it takes and what shape it's in upon arrival! Worried about corners curling. Stay tuned…
Answer: Impossible to return! They don't provide a return lable you have to call. I called twice staying on hold 20min and again for over 40 min before I hung up. Tried email twice, still here with no response after 3 weeks! Stay away from them!
Answer: eSaleRugs.com sells the rugs that I purchased from Rugs.com for much less money and they were delivered even faster. I will not be doing business with Rugs.com anymore due to inability to contact customer service unless you hang on the phone on hold for more than an hour. Rugs.com has lost another loyal customer.

Answer: Hello Mary! Our apologies for the delayed response (we don't get many inquiries on this platform). Typically the rug will lay flat within 1-2 weeks on it's own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend the following these 4 steps: Step 1 Try back-rolling the carpet. To do so, unroll the carpet and then roll it again, this time rolling it in the opposite direction. Let the rolled carpet sit for a day or two and then unroll it again. Step 2 Place a piece of furniture or a stack of heavy books on the creases for a few days to flatten them out using weight. If the corners of the rug are curling, curl them backward, flatten them back out and place weights in just the corners of the rug. Step 3 If your rug still won't lie flat, apply some heat to it. Spread the rug over a clean concrete or asphalt slab such as your driveway on a sunny day. It's best to do this in the afternoon on a warm day, giving the surface time to absorb the sun's heat all morning. Usually, one or two hours in the sun is enough to release wrinkles and creases. If you don't have a large enough patch of sun, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to heat up the creases of the rug and release them. Always hold the hair dryer 6 to 9 inches away from the rug and use a sweeping motion. It's possible to melt rug fibers, so use a low or medium heat setting and keep the hair dryer moving back and forth at all times. Step 4 Tape it down. Double-sided carpet tape is available in furniture and home improvement stores. Apply this tape to the back of your rug; then remove the paper covering the adhesive and smooth the rug over the floor. Press the tape down firmly, smoothing it as you go. Carpet tape works on hard floors and on existing wall-to-wall carpet, holding your rug in place to flatten existing creases and eliminate new ones.
