This time I was looking for an outdoor carpet. I was surprised at the colors available and the price.
This rug was pretty cheap for a 5 x7 ish. ($80 +tax) and boy does it look it. I ordered a beautiful blue and biege colored rug. What I received was what looks to be a solid piece of grey carpet scrap cut to size. I hope I can save someone some money and disappointment
I ordered a rug from their website and used a 15% off coupon. When I pressed the button to submit my order, the price listed reflected the the coupon. When I received the confirmation email I was shocked to see they had charged me full price. It took way to long for this mistake to be corrected. Multiple emails with customer service went nowhere. I was about to contact my credit card company to get it fixed. Finally, after about the 6th email, they finally acknowledged a mistake had been made. But they calculated the refund incorrectly and shorted me about 3 dollars. I knew it was not going to be worth my time to try to get back the final amount. Also what really made me angry was that no one seemed to be concerned that the checkout process was not working properly. This leads me to believe it was not a mistake and hoped I would not notice and then hoped I would give up with their unresponsive customer service. This is honestly the worst experience I have had purchasing something on the internet.
When I purchased the rug I realized it was the wrong size immediately I called to change the rug size just to be told I had to wait for it to be delivered then I would have to return it for the correct size when the could have fixed the problem easily because it wasn't even shipped yet what a waste of time
Sadly our rug was delivered exposed, packaging torn open and rug folded like a burrito. I expected a rolled rug not one shoved in a flimsy plastic torn open bag. First time ordering, not sure I will recommend. Packaging also had another address smaller label almost like it was returned. Well it's getting returned, sadly cause I really liked the rug but not interested in someone else's leftovers. One can only guess what this burrito folded rug really looks like once opened, not interested in finding out. If you can't ship nicely rolled rugs, get out of this business!
Rug is not at all as dense as pictured! You can see the black backing through my white rug! The price is too high for such insufficient quality!
Awful company and product and apparently they rip a lot of people off with their low quality product and awful service. They only show the good pics, they will not post the bad ones or the unhappy posts, complete fraud. Product never flattens and sheds a lot, horrible quality and horrible service regarding the awful quality.
I recently ordered a rug from rugs.com and I must say, both the product quality and the service provided by this online store exceeded my expectations. The rug I chose exceeded my expectations in terms of its design, craftsmanship, and durability. The colors are vibrant, and the material feels plush and luxurious underfoot.
What impressed me the most was the seamless shopping experience on the website. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through their extensive collection of rugs and find the perfect match for my home. The product descriptions were detailed and accurate, helping me make an informed decision.
The customer service team at rugs.com was exceptional. They promptly answered my inquiries and provided helpful guidance throughout the purchasing process. Shipping was efficient, and the rug arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
I highly recommend rugs.com to anyone in search of high-quality rugs. Their wide selection, excellent product quality, and top-notch customer service make them a standout online retailer. I'm thrilled with my purchase and will definitely consider rugs.com for any future rug needs.
I'm not sure how their website review is 4.7 star while their Google review is a 1 star.
My experience with USA rug has been horrible. This is my first time shopping with them. On Sunday I purchased a rug once my order was submitted for some weird reason they pulled up my sisters address in Austin Texas. They were unable to do anything until FedEx creator generated a tracking. I received a tracking on Sunday and they were not able to guarantee if the rug will be rerouted to my home. Overall I've spoken to two people and I've sent multiple emails. The communication is awful and there's no solution.
The rug came quickly their service was great however was disappointed in the quality of the rug for the price. They offered to have me return it but it's too big of a hassle. Quite frankly I bought a rug for $30 less that is better quality
Trolling Google for Rugs. Grey and some gold. The rug I found was perfect. That gold just makes my lil room pop.
I ordered my rugs, then cancelled, reordered the wrong size, cancelled. 3rd time reordered and rugs arrived promptly. Was going to send the large one back and the company sent me a shipping label. But after remeasuring everything, I ordered a different size and decided to keep the large rug too. Anyone I have talked to whether by phone or chat has been super nice and understanding. My rugs that I have are beautiful. Excellent company to deal with. Will buy from them again. Highly recommend rugs.com. Excellent staff to talk to. Excited to redo LR and DR
I received an obviously flawed rug from Rugs.com. There are 2 large miswoven areas (see attached photo). I asked for some guidance on what to do, as other online vendors will often not bother to have you return a flawed item and quickly ship a replacement. Not Rugs.com. They asked for pictures, which is reasonable, and after reviewing them attached to an e-mail describing the flaw, sent a long description on how to remove creases from a rug with no mention of the flaw at all. I kid you not. I tried to call to see if I could get help that way and talked to a person with limited English speaking ability who was obviously sitting in a loud room (echoey call center overseas in with little noise control) making an reasonable near impossible. No help there.
I had just in case started a return on the rug from the order with also included a pad. Since I will never deal with Rugs.com again, making a replacement of the rug not possible, I need to return the pad as well. When I tried to add a return for the pad online, that failed too. I found my rug return and click the "add other items from this order to return" button, only to receive an error saying my order can not be retrieved at the moment and I should try back later.
The one star is because the rug is decent for the price.
Spent almost $200 a thin slice of rug. It's so thin the waves from being roll up are permanent. Terrible product...BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered an Indian rug from Rug.COM (a 1K purchase) and had to send it out to be cleaned because the rug smelled like $#%@. In the attached photo before cleaning, I kept a bowl of coffee grounds in the room to help adsorb the ordo. My advice -DO NOT USE this company; buyer beware. The rugs look nice online but smell like $#%@ once they arrive.
I never expected the rug to be shipped folded like a piece of paper.
When it arrived and I unfolded the rug it had deep creases, that's when I realized how cheaply made the rug was. I knew it was inexpensive I just didn't realize it was cheap too. Now I have a rug with creases.
The rug looked great upon arrival. We laid it down & discarded the rug we purchased it to replace. A couple weeks hence, we lifted it up to vacuum underneath & discovered a 2.5-inch cut along the long edge held together with what appears to be packing tape. We also discovered multiple heavy-duty staples in 2 corners. They do not appear to be holding anything but removal would destroy the threads. We were offered (1) a return but now have nothing to put in its place, or (2) an insignificant 10% refund, which wouldn't come close to repairing it. When we noted that the rug had been advertised on the website as "brand new" with no imperfections & was so described on the attached label, we were told: "Please note all images of the rugs current condition are listed to show these imperfections on this specific item. All hand knotted and hand woven rugs are "brand new" in the condition they are in but they are refurbished and approximately 30-50 years old. Since then, they have been cleaned and refurbished from the main wear on the previous use." Obviously this makes no sense. A product is either brand new or it's not. We feel that rugs.com misrepresents its products & practices false advertising. We are very disappointed with our experience.
Received 8x10 rug which was beautiful but had major creases in it even after 1 week of having it been reversed rolled then laid flat. Had great customer service who sent me a return label and as a 'one time courtesy' had FedEx pick up from residence and associate ordered a replacement rug. Fast forward 2 weeks: replacement rug came and has same major creases, not wrinkles but creases and one side edge is rolled and will not flatten after 2 weeks. Cust serv will accept return but no courtesy pickup which is a pain. In looking at rug, I now realize it is só think, less than 1/2" that creases will never come out nor will it be a good rug for foot traffic as it is too flimsy for its size even tho website says pike is 1.5" it barely makes a 1/2" heights.
At checkout they wanted permission to access my banking information. There is no reason as to why they needed it. My credit card should be sufficient. I cancelled order and will never use them.
Answer: Impossible to return! They don't provide a return lable you have to call. I called twice staying on hold 20min and again for over 40 min before I hung up. Tried email twice, still here with no response after 3 weeks! Stay away from them!
Answer: eSaleRugs.com sells the rugs that I purchased from Rugs.com for much less money and they were delivered even faster. I will not be doing business with Rugs.com anymore due to inability to contact customer service unless you hang on the phone on hold for more than an hour. Rugs.com has lost another loyal customer.
Answer: Please may I have your email used when you made the purchase or order ID I will locate your order.

Answer: Hello Mary! Our apologies for the delayed response (we don't get many inquiries on this platform). Typically the rug will lay flat within 1-2 weeks on it's own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend the following these 4 steps: Step 1 Try back-rolling the carpet. To do so, unroll the carpet and then roll it again, this time rolling it in the opposite direction. Let the rolled carpet sit for a day or two and then unroll it again. Step 2 Place a piece of furniture or a stack of heavy books on the creases for a few days to flatten them out using weight. If the corners of the rug are curling, curl them backward, flatten them back out and place weights in just the corners of the rug. Step 3 If your rug still won't lie flat, apply some heat to it. Spread the rug over a clean concrete or asphalt slab such as your driveway on a sunny day. It's best to do this in the afternoon on a warm day, giving the surface time to absorb the sun's heat all morning. Usually, one or two hours in the sun is enough to release wrinkles and creases. If you don't have a large enough patch of sun, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to heat up the creases of the rug and release them. Always hold the hair dryer 6 to 9 inches away from the rug and use a sweeping motion. It's possible to melt rug fibers, so use a low or medium heat setting and keep the hair dryer moving back and forth at all times. Step 4 Tape it down. Double-sided carpet tape is available in furniture and home improvement stores. Apply this tape to the back of your rug; then remove the paper covering the adhesive and smooth the rug over the floor. Press the tape down firmly, smoothing it as you go. Carpet tape works on hard floors and on existing wall-to-wall carpet, holding your rug in place to flatten existing creases and eliminate new ones.
