Would've been 5 stars had delivery been to my hidden, covered front door & not left in plain sight in front of my garage & open to rain. I wasn't notified about today's delivery, which on the good side was 2 days early, but had I been away, rug could've been wet or stolen.
We ordered this rug on Thursday, and we received it on Sunday. After ordering a rug from a competitor a month ago, and being disappointed in the color and texture of the rug, what was advertised on rugs was true to match.
Being able to chat with a LIVE HUMAN was terrific. I hate bots! And frankly, it made the difference in whether I bought a rug.

I placed an order for a rug; however, ordered the incorrect color. I called CS and spoke with a lady who cancelled my order, advised me of the refund expectations and then assisted me with placing the correct rug order.

The shading of the rug I ordered was exactly what I wanted. It looks as good as I imagined it would. All the pieces I ordered came very securely packaged and arrived sooner than I expected. I am very happy with what I got.All pieces are exactly as presented in the pictures.
