My bedroom was all grey - that seemed like a good idea in June. But when winter hit (we haven't seen the sun in 10 days) I longed for some color. This rug fit the bill with its stripes of many colors. And it was on sale for a great price. When I walk into my bedroom now, that rug instantly brightens up my mood. Very satisfied!
Easy ordering for a quality product. I bought several a couple of years ago that are still going strong! Purchased a small rug today for a new area and was delighted I caught a great holiday sale. The selection of size and color is amazing and I know I will be getting a quality product. Customer service is excellent. I haven't received my new order yet, but when I ordered a couple of years ago I received the wrong rug. It was an easy phone call to fix the problem to my satisfaction from a caring operator who gave me a discount code for future use. Rug and pad came same day same delivery. Easy to remove shipping plastic that protected both the pad and the rug desperately! Also my boxer dog thinks it's her new king size bed

My rugs came so fast! This is my second time ordering from Rugs.com and they did not disappoint. The rugs are the right size, shape, and color, they are definitely new with no marks or damages. I was a little disappointed in the color of one of my rugs, it came out more brown than gray when placed against my floors but once I put furniture on it looked really nice.
We were very pleased with the ordering and delivery part of the process. However, the rug does not look good with our decor. It is much too "country" looking for our decor. There is also a problem with the binding at the end of the rug but that did not cause us to make the decision to return it.

Enjoyed the great selection offered - took awhile to narrow down to my chosen rug. I wanted some color (but didn't want a Persian design) and found it. I was happy to find my 6x9 size, often hard to find in stores. However, I wish the rug pads were better sized to fit under the rug that didn't need trimming - just a few inches would help in installation and protect from peeking out. As a senior living alone, I am not looking forward to installing, other than my new look, can't wait to receive my rug.
