I had to make a return on one of my orders and couldn't be happier with the polite, courteous and fast service I received. The rug I had ordered was beautiful and was received in perfect condition but I erroneously ordered a size a bit too large. The exchange was handled very well.

The one point of frustration is that there is a consistent color difference between the primary, full-size photo of the rugs vs. the series of secondary photos. All of the. Primary photos have more of a red tint to them compared with the secondary, which look more green in comparison. The difference is subtle, but noticeable, and given that color matching is a huge part of selecting the best rug for a room, this difference throws a bit of a curveball in that a person doesn't know which color to believe.
We'll see which one is more accurate when it is received. Suggest you do some color comparisons between the processes used for the various photographs/perspectives.

The rug I ordered was delivered within a few days! I was not able to lay the rug until yesterday. I am extremely happy with the design and the texture and especially the price! The pad is great quality and I am really happy with it.

It's a little thinner than I expected but overall very nice. The thing I don't like is it was packaged in such a way it will not roll out flat. It will take several days to flatten out.
