User friendly web page, pictures are true to real color and show the rugs up close to see the pile and pattern. Ordered the performance pad also, love the pad. Great price and great quality on both the rug and pad. Easy ordering and quick shipping. Quick response to my questions and concerns. Already have ordered three more rugs for different rooms. This is the only place I am buying rugs and rug pads from now on.
I got a great deal on a couple of rugs. They haven't arrived yet so I can't say if the product itself is great yet or not. My biggest frustration was that while checking out and checking order status. I didn't have an estimated arrival date, at least until it shipped, and even then it took a bit. There was one while shopping for the rug but then I couldn't find it, and it proved to be inaccurate anyway. I would have ordered anyway, but it would have been nice to have proper expectations.
It was super easy to navigate the web site and order my rug and pad. They were delivered ahead of the estimated date, and were tightly wrapped to keep them clean. It was a good ordering eperience.
Everything went well and the carpet came as expected within two weeks or less.
Nice, easy way to browse rugs and order. Just wish they would tell you date the rug will arrive to my home so that I can try to be home ( I don't want it out in the rain or weather) if I am not home. It only says you will get an email after it ships.
Placing my order was easy, but I still haven't received my rugs. There has been no communication about my order, just this email to review it. I believe my rugs should have arrived last week. So, no, I'm not impressed with rugs.com at this point.
I haven't received my latest order yet, but my previous order is on the floor under my feet. It is a beautiful rug; incredibly soft deep pile and a very interesting design; true to the photos online. Ordering was extremely easy, and the rug came wrapped very well and in perfect condition. When I need another rug, I will go to Rugs.com. Highly recommended.

This rug is very nice but do not expect to use it right away without letting it flatten out from the shipping roll.The side wrapping is tight. I am hoping it will stretch out. The fringe is double stitched.
One directional view has a sheen to it. Pretty rug.
I had a pretty good experience with rugs.com. I wish the shipping would have been a little quicker, but it still didn't take too long once the order was received and accepted. The quality of the products seem to be good. My only complaint about quality is I'm not sure if the edge of the rug is going to lay down properly. Ive allowed time for the rug to straighten out after unrolling from shipping and have applied weight to the edge that is giving me problems so we'll see if that holds up. Even if it doesn't, the rug looks great and is soft material to walk and even sit on, cause I like to sit on the floor. The rug pad I was suggested to by really didn't seem too necessary so I don't think I'd purchase that again, but I would definitely buy another rug from this website.
I received an email about the sale. We searched out two rugs we wanted to order. I ordered them, on separate orders. I was able to get credit for the discount and a credit I had earned with points. It was easy.

I got 2 small rugs. They were wrapped in heavy plastic with end protectors. The rugs are great. Beautiful color, pattern and good quality. I plan on buying more. So easy to have them delivered. The hard part now will be choosing!
The rug was nowhere's near as advertised and then when you go to return it they make it impossible to return they want you to take photographs why I'm just throwing the stuff away and not going to mess with it and chalk it up as a lesson to learned but I am going to give it a review on their website and on Facebook for no one to buy from temu for any product they sell a lot of stuff I bought several and was very disappointed in all the items
