The rug delivered was completely folded up and does not look anything like what was on the website,

Good quality, but is a little thinner than anticipated. Pile the same depth as rug being replaced, but doesn't feel that way. Glad there is a pad under it. Delivery was right on time. Ordered a 10'x13' rug for our great room which came folded. Took a long time for the creases to flatten out. Rolled the rug the opposite of how it was folded and left it that way for a couple days before laying it out. Also, ordered a 4'x5' matching rug for the entryway which came rolled up.
The rug was pretty much exactly how pictured with just the right avocado green accent that I was looking for and goes perfectly with my new furniture and living room! Being able to see how it looked in my room before I ordered it was great. It was delivered on time couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!
Receive the wrong rug received a bamboo mat instead of a low level carpet called in they offered us credit but we were dislike that we request information on sending the rug back because it was damaged as well we sent pictures in and we're waiting for a response
Waiting for it to smooth out but I'm sure it will do so soon.
A beautiful rug and I loved it, however the descriptions states it has burgundy but there is no burgundy but a pumpkin or burnt orange color that was not listed. I needed the burgundy for my decor.
"Rozz" Customer service was excellent and immediately took care of the return and was incredibly nice and he will be my representative for any future needs. Too me that's great because I hate having to talk to different people and explaining over and over a situation and it most definitely gives that personal touch. My return label was sent to my email within 30min and FedEx was scheduled to pick up the next day.

Just received my rug and 2 matching runners. I am unable to give a review as to their quality, etc., because my new floor is not complete yet and we can't lay them out.
