I got the runner and small rug; however, I never got the padding for the runner. I am not pleased!
Easy to find color and size I needed. A really nice product.
We recently remodled our kitchen and family room. We looked at every rug store locally and couldn't find what we wanted to fit our new decor. On a Sunday evening I found Rugs.com and used their search tool where I found 5 rugs that were exactly what I was looking for. I ordered them that evening and they were delivered to my home Tuesday morning. They were neatly packed and I found them easy to open and unroll. They look amazing on my new floors and I couldn't be happier. I told a friend who recently remodeled her home to check out the great selection. I haven't had much luck with online shopping, but Rugs.com did not disappoint. They will definitely be my go to site whenever I need indoor or outdoor rugs. Thank you, Rugs.com!

I am happy with my purchase, but displeased that I had 10% off in my cart that was not applied at checkout. I'm not sure if this was because I used Google Pay, but it felt a little like a bait and switch.
Speedy delivery despite terrible weather! Well wrapped. Using on kitchen tile to modernize an older tile! Decided to use sticky corner adhesives instead of an under mat as the underlay makes the rug a littler higher off the ground and in my situation, on a walker, makes it more of a trip hazard! VERY happy with the look of the new rug. Color, just like the photo.

Rugs.com never disappoints. I don't really see how you could get better deals anywhere. And I love rugs. I'm like an Arab; I'm ready to start putting them on the walls and ceilings. So many beautiful ones; so little floor. I just don't like being bombarded with ads. One can only reasonably use so many rugs and I'm pretty much at my limit. Also, it's unnecessary because I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Love the rug, I was worried about the jute not being soft but reviews convinced me to try it and it is very soft. I bought the thickest pad because I want to provide a soft landing for our little dogs jumping off furniture. The thick pad is great for them too.
I will be contacting customer service about FedEx though, they managed to get a rug and pad completely covered in plastic the pad especially soaking wet.
