They want you to pay and then send ALL of your information to them and they want you to call them to record your voice so they have that too. Its a fraud scam. I asked for a refund instead ot doing this. They agreed but its been a week and when i went into the chat again to ask they said its my fault for asking. And by "asking" it opens a case and delays the refund...

Manager used my spin the tried to say because of glitch he can issue me lowest amount on spin. After I just purchased $100 usd worth of gold. Once I addressed the issue the manager got offended then blocked me from site luckily I reached out to my bank so I could properly get a refund. Highly suggest using different sites for gold. Due to this company stealing from its customers.

Joke of a service, making me do verification after verification i even talked to them on phone about how much the purchase was, and then this creepy chinese lady forces me to send my passport too. When is it enough? When i signed my life over to rsorder?

I went to Rsorder.com to sell them accounts. I sent them pictures of my ID and mail to show my address. Took 5+ DAYS to get back to me. THEN, I got accused of being someone I wasn't that I guess they had done bad business with. Long story short don't waste your time on these clowns from China.

Ordered 91-99 strength on osrs. They did 91-94. After a month of no activity I started contacting them. They keep ending the live chat and will not respond to emails. It seems after your transaction clears with the bank they stop the service. Its sad cause ive used them for 7 years now for gold and the one time i try power leveling I get screwed of $180 (2 orders)

Complete and utter scam.

Do NOT part with your money. You wont get the product, they will offer you a refund and will not pay it.

They will ignore you on live chat.

They literally said i woulsd gte my refund in 24hours havent seen it in many days, now i went to customer support and they dont even respond to me anymore they just read my messages and they are not gonna give me my gold or my money back so this company is totally full of $#*! do not buy from here

I know some of you are reading these reviews and wondering damn is this legit or not, it definitely is. It took a bit longer than i thought it would but it was 100% legit. The chat closed due to how long it was taking and that scared me, but the service team assured me each time it is still coming. Once i got my account they even waited for me to be fully logged in and account set up the way i want. The best site hands down. Thanks again, everyone.

I placed a order for 58-75 defense. Said it was going to cost about $60 and take 59 hours to complete my order. I would occasionally check in on my account to discover this " Gamer " was not training my account at all during the day and only for a few hours between midnight and early in the A.M. i literally had to take some spare time during my vacation and gained 3 of those defense levels that i had paid for on my own. Here it is 56 hours later and my order will not going to be completed on time. Im paying a $1 for every hour for nothing. I have screen shots of customer support ignoring me and closing the chat without saying anything because they do not have any answers. Ive spent well over $1,000 on this site over time and i think this is the final straw. Time to move on...

This is a scam website, I'd avoid it at all cost.

I hacked their website back in 2012-2014 sometime due to them having an email linked to godaddy that wasn't registered, so I created the email and recovered their godaddy account. I also had all their chatlogs from the live chat, lots of people accusing them of scamming.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This site will continuously give you the run around about needing your personal info and just kerep saying "hold on im checking" and they arnt checking anything. DO NOT BUY from this site they will scam. I bought 200m from them and they wont do anything about it.

Earlier this week I had a quantity of gold in my cart to buy. Today I decided i would purchase it. To my surprise the price had risen, just by a few dollars but i reached out to the 24/7 support team to see if they would honor the earlier price as that is what i budgeted spending.

These were the responses I received "we dont have right to change the price" "the price is matched to the market".

I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if they would be able to help and the chat was rudely ended. This is such poor service and I will be taking my money elsewhere. They only seem to care that they have your money before they treat you with respect.

If you don't provide them with your personal identity eg. Credit Cards, Driver License or Cell Phone to call you, they won't go ahead with the order. If you've already paid them and don't want to give them your personal information and wish to get a refund, they will lie and never refund you. Completely fraudulent and disgraceful.

Thought that the ten minute deal was to good to be true and being 3 DAYS later i know it was. Contacted live chat every day just to be told "sorry sir we contact paypal support and they said there's issue with the transaction in Jun 12th and 13th, and they need time to solve these issue. Once we received their inform we'll email you and deliver gold to you with some compensation, is that okay?" Odd since PAYPAL sent me a receipt and RSorder sent me the order confirmation as well as the full sum of money being takin out of my account but ok. So I decided to call PAYPAL myself. As expected, they said payment had been processed immediately and then asked if i would like to make a dispute claim since money had already been taken out of my banking account. Of course i did and here we are... still nothing. Word of advice use another service

I know this is a long time ago but I decided to drop it because these people are not professional. They have agreed to refund me but it took about 2 weeks to convince them to even accept what they did. After I got them to agree for a refund, they "updated" my order to "refunded". Low and behold, it has been almost a year and there has been no refund. I decided to drop it because they take forever to do what they say they would do and end up never doing it.
