They always say never trade back. One day someone asks me to trade back. I said no till live chat says its ok because we are gonna offer more gold. So i did. Then no response from live chat. Then they denied it was one of their guys lmaoooooooo useless

You'llhave your money held for a week. They'll ask you for more info than you'd want to send your own mother, even if you've been a customer here for YEARs as i have, spent thousands, all to be held for more info than you've ever given for $130 worth of gold. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE WITH SUPPORT. Took them 20-25 mins to even answer the "24/7" chat.

I would strongly recommend to NEVER buy from this site. When i purchased the gold the customer service asked me " are you afraid we scam you " when i declined to send them my drivers licenses

Okay I understand the whole deal with wanting to do a KYC verification; to avoid losing money to clawbacks (KYC is more of an insurance measure than a confirmation you are the card holder; it just insures their money when the original cardholder backcharges a fraudulent transaction)

However; what I do not understand, nor appreciate, the trivial requisition for information as sensitive as let's say; your drivers license number... They refused to allow me to block out my drivers license number from the photo for verification... ontop of that I'm provided with a personal hotmail.cn to send the pictures to... not a business domain... HUGE RED FLAGS, seeing as they want your DOB license number (address ofc too) what are they hoping to do? Sell my information as a fullz package on briansclub. Cm? Holy $#*! $#*! that.

I bought gold few times, I thought their payment was secure and I paid with my debit card. I spent $143 and they charged my account $498, when I confronted them they didn't do anything bout it and said that I spent that much. Do never sell your accounts to these guys, will tell you after 2 weeks when youre supposed to get payment that you already received a payment earlier and they wont send it again.

I bought a 160$ account cause my main got hacked and i totally didnt wanna start over. I get on today and it says i cant. I come to dispute this bull$#*! and they wanna tell me i called paypal for a charge back or some bull$#*! when i didnt. Do not buy from RS2hot.com over the course of three weeks I bought one account and it was recovered by the owner they then replace the account with a cheaper account which was also recovered by the owner then they did not want to give me a refund and said they cannot help me now and refuse to do anything about it. I spend $169.99 on a account and they told me they could refund me $136 I then picked out a new account which was also recovered by the owner and they refused to give me another account try to get the account back and also refused to give me a refund. The management and customer service line was the worst customer service experience I've ever had I'm having to open up a dispute on PayPal just to get my money back. Best advice stay clear do not buy from them they will lie cheat and steal your money and won't do anything about it.

I learned my lesson after I wasted $190 on this level 118 account. I only had it for about 3 weeks UNTIL THE OWNER HACKED THE ACCOUNT AND RECOVERED IT BACK. RS2HOT is legit with gold trading, but DO NOT EVER buy a Runescape account! The owners of the accounts will STEAL your money away from you! I filed a claim on RS2HOT on Paypal because they did not want to give me my money back and I sure hope they eventually REMOVE the account page on their website.

Foreign people these days are just SO stupid it's unreal... thinking they can get away with a simple transaction. I got my 5-year main BANNED for botting on Runescape and this was my LAST resort and this just really pissed me off.

I ordered 4 days ago checked my bank statements and saw that the money was pulled off my card and never received my in game gold. I tried calling but no answer. Big orders over 50m, you might not get it within first 10minutes. Don't give customer service hard time, english is their second language so be patient. If you are nice to them, they are nice to you. Over the course of 5 months i've probably spent over 2g's between questhelp/minigame, gold, and powerlevelling.
