This site used to be legit but now they're so unorganized. Has been almost 2 weeks with minimal response. Paid up front n haven't received what I was buying. I've contacted them 4 times since n they say the same thing, will refund soon.
I was asked for quite a bit of information including: Phone #, Email, Age, Rs CB level. Uncomfortable. I was pleased to have received my gold. However in the future you've lost yourself a customer. Taking people's information is $#*!ed up. If anything happens in my name my uncle is the police chief of Calgary. He will get foreign affairs on your asses.
I bought gold few times, I thought their payment was secure and I paid with my debit card. I spent $143 and they charged my account $498, when I confronted them they didn't do anything bout it and said that I spent that much. Bad idea on my part but seriously everyone there can go die, never use this site

Do not buy from RS2hot.com over the course of three weeks I bought one account and it was recovered by the owner they then replace the account with a cheaper account which was also recovered by the owner then they did not want to give me a refund and said they cannot help me now and refuse to do anything about it. I spend $169.99 on a account and they told me they could refund me $136 I then picked out a new account which was also recovered by the owner and they refused to give me another account try to get the account back and also refused to give me a refund. The management and customer service line was the worst customer service experience I've ever had I'm having to open up a dispute on PayPal just to get my money back. Best advice stay clear do not buy from them they will lie cheat and steal your money and won't do anything about it.

Okay I understand the whole deal with wanting to do a KYC verification; to avoid losing money to clawbacks (KYC is more of an insurance measure than a confirmation you are the card holder; it just insures their money when the original cardholder backcharges a fraudulent transaction)
However; what I do not understand, nor appreciate, the trivial requisition for information as sensitive as let's say; your drivers license number... They refused to allow me to block out my drivers license number from the photo for verification... ontop of that I'm provided with a personal hotmail.cn to send the pictures to... not a business domain...
