I've been ordering with this website for 6 years. Since the new update on the website. The new owner or customer service representatives have no common sense of customer service. They are rude and not easy to communicate with. They leave you to wait and deal with the scam they just pulled. I bought 300m for $144 via paypal and they say I need to provide ID. I don't like sending my personal information online nor does it have to necessary for any service or product. This website/company should be ashamed for losing a valued customer. I asked for my refund for a month and they still haven't refund me for the product that was promised to be delivered. Don't fall for this scam of a site

I bought 200M osrs gold, they made horrible crap excuses as to why im not allowed to get the gold, then everyday for a week straight have said they will issue refund, then its new the next day and wont issue refund. I post a bad review on their site until they fix the issue and they delete the bad review then randomly disconnect chats and tell me to wait for an email.

Very unsatisfied with these guys worst place to ever do bussiness they're super rude, rob you and sell your information to poeple who keep spamming me now overall rsorder is the most garbage thing you can use

I initially purchased the firecape service for my pure for ~$18. The service claims to be completed in 2-4 hours time. 6 hours after my order was placed, the service had not been started. I contacted customer service who offered me a considerable discount on gold instead of the firecape. I (foolishly) agreed to take this offer instead, spending another $40 in the process. Customer service informed me that they had refunded the cost of both the initial charge and the subsequent charge for the gold. Neither was refunded. Reports filed for both charges on PayPal at this time. This site is NOT legitimate. Go somewhere else for gold, items, or services.

Scammed me for 30.3M! So I purchased 30.3M I waited in the bank for about 2 hours after spending 40$ CAD, I asked the supporter how long he replied with "soon" about 20 minutes the supporter messaged me and said "We already gave you your gold" and he sent me picture supposedly trading me, I honestly haven't recieved the gold therefore screenshotting the pictures and sending the results over showing the supporter that the player declined the trade. He sent me some photoshopped pictures showing the player traded me and I accepted the trade when I haven't? I showed RSOrder my proof via Email and they haven't done anything but claim they sent me the money and refuse to answer me or view my pictures showing i didn't receive the gold, even though I've been a paying customer for the last 3 years unbelievable I spend over 400$ and they scam me over 40$?

ONLY USE IF THE EMAIL YOU USE TO BUY IS DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE YOU USE TO LOG IN. Yes, you will get the gold but if you use the same email to buy as your RS login, they will take your account. I know this because I started play RS again for only a week and did receive gold from this vendor. My account was hijacked from the vendor right after. I made the mistake of using the same login credentials as my purchase and knew who had hacked me instantly. This is one of the ways they get their "accounts" to sell.

I've power leveled my strength from 90 to 99 fairly cheap and very time efficient nothing was stolen from my account and service was all they good
