I know this is a long time ago but I decided to drop it because these people are not professional. They have agreed to refund me but it took about 2 weeks to convince them to even accept what they did. After I got them to agree for a refund, they "updated" my order to "refunded". Low and behold, it has been almost a year and there has been no refund. I decided to drop it because they take forever to do what they say they would do and end up never doing it.
